I hired Daniela as our month-of coordinator, and she was attentive and professional from day one. Although her “month-of” services officially began about six weeks before the weddi...
ng, she went above and beyond by doing regular check-in calls and keeping me on track with my to-do lists as my fiancé and I finalized planning.
I was living out of state, but Daniela made everything feel easy. We coordinated two venue walkthroughs, and she was incredibly thorough—taking her time and bringing up thoughtful questions and considerations based on her experience that we hadn’t even thought of.
On the wedding day, we were originally expecting two assistants in addition to Daniela, which would have been helpful for shuttling items and the bridal party to the venue. However, it ended up being just Daniela. Even so, everything ran seamlessly, and I felt completely stress-free throughout the day.
She delivered on everything she promised—organizing and leading our rehearsal the day before, coordinating all of my vendors and necessary documents, and making sure all of our important items were gathered at the end of the night. My main goal in hiring a coordinator was to ensure that neither my mom nor I had to manage logistics on the wedding day, and Daniela absolutely made that happen.
Daniella was hands down the best wedding planner I could have ever imagined. She single-handedly saved my wedding day. Despite the venue's laundry list of issues, Daniella tackled ...
each one with incredible grace and efficiency. Her organizational skills are unmatched, and she was on top of every detail from start to finish. I cannot express enough gratitude for everything she did throughout the entire process. If you're planning a wedding in South Florida, do not hesitate to book her services. Daniella is an absolute gem, and I am forever thankful for her sweetness and expertise.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend Daniela at Daniela Events for month-of coordinator services. There were many things that could've been done differently throughout the wedding pla...
nning process. I think Daniela was truly 'flying by the seat of her pants' so to say by relying on her prior month-of wedding coordinator experience and not giving it more than just that.
Just to name a few: being intermittently unresponsive over phone/email, not contacting all of our vendors with the finalized timeline per contract- I had to send them out the night of, being MIA during important parts of the wedding (which we needed her the most as the timeline had to be changed last minute- bridal party did not know where to go), my parents did not have available seats at the front row (!), boutonnieres were forgotten to be provided, promising 2 assistants but only met 1, the list does go on. We were in disarray. If it weren't for our other vendors assisting with coordinating, we are not sure what would've happened. We even had a discussion two days prior to the wedding expressing our concerns but were assured otherwise.
It is unfortunate that we were saddened and disappointed with her month of wedding planning services. I consider myself a type A and feel as though I had made it easier by creating all the planning documents e.g. contact list, timeline, orders for things, photo list, etc. We did have a chance to email Daniela personally already with more detail and did not received a response. I think that there should've been more effort and time put towards our wedding which ultimately caused us much more stress.
If you're looking for someone to not only plan your event but keep you emotionally sane, then Daniela is the best in the business. She went above and beyond our expectations. Our d...
ay of was absolutely perfect, we never had to worry about anything. She was on her game, and we are so thankful for her. We even had an issue last minute with the venue not letting us do our rehearsal the day before, but she put that person in her place. I highly recommend her for your wedding!
We used Daniela's Events for a holiday party for our HOA. It was last minute and we weren't sure we would be able to have anything but Daniela got it all together and it was perfe...
ct and exactly what we wanted. She is a pleasure to work with, very professional and very capable. Would definitely use Daniela's Events again in the futre.
She was great to work with, made me feel comfortable and eased my mind the whole way!
She made the whole day great!
Daniela did an amazing job with our wedding. We wanted a small, intimate ceremony, and she definitely delivered.
She was mindful of our budget and worked hard to find us vendors ...
that would go above and beyond for our big day. She presented us a number of options and helped us find the perfect venue for our vision. She also has great knowledge of the industry and definitely helped guide me when I didn't know what I was doing.
She is a great communicator and probably an even better therapist. She helped manage all the issues that came up leading up to and on the day of the wedding. We had a number of things come up on our wedding day and she addressed them all masterfully. She even made my wedding bouquet after the florist sent over the wrong bouquet!
We would highly recommend Daniela and her team!
It was a pleasure meeting & working with Daniela!! My daughter's wedding was stunning!! Thank you Daniela!!
