Dan D was on time with dropping off the tables and chairs we rented, although they were at the wrong place. The delivery people read the billing address instead of the drop off add...
ress and showed up at my mom's house. They pulled their huge truck into the drive-way and when we told them that they were in the wrong location, it took 20 minutes for them to get out of the drive way. The stairs on the back of the truck were getting stuck in the drive due to low tires and kept taking chunks out of the street until there was space cleared for it to get out. Once they actually made it to the drop off location, the three girls they sent unloaded all 40 tables and 225 chairs at the end of the road and left, leaving us to move them to the barn by hand. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. The tables and chairs were good quality, but the service from the delivery crew sucked. Staff in the store was very helpful.
I almost rented from Dan D and they were wonderfully quick and helpful. Their prices are competitive with the area too.
My original guys (Cowboy Tents) goofed and so subcontracted to Dan Dee. The poor workers there didn't show up until dusk (I was very stressed by this since we were supposed to be ...
done decorating by then) and stayed until it was finished (1am?) after having started their day at about 4am. Not sure about the management, but the workers were great.
Dan D was great. We also rented vases for our centerpieces from them.
They were unorganized and very messy. I met with them 3 to 4 times before the last month before the wedding and when I called a week before the wedding no one had any idea what was...
going on! I wasnt happy I had to go in the week of the wedding and fix everything also so people that came to set up were really rude and almost closed the door to the back of their truck on my sons fingers! not cool!! Thank god for my friend being there to grab my son! Not happy!!
They had a large selection to choose from. I needed some odds and ends and was able to get them from them. when we were setting up i realized we need a few more things and they got...
them for us right away.
The party rental store had everything we needed at a great price. They even added items for us at the last minute. They have the best customer service.
