All of our wedding guests were blown away that the cake was dairy free, they couldn't even tell which is hard to do! I HIGHLY recommend using them as your baker for your wedding cake and all dessert needs! They are absolutely the best!!!

We had a very specific idea for our wedding cake, and the team at Dallas Affaires Cake Company listened attentively to all our desires. They offered expert suggestions and collaborated with us to design a cake that was not only beautiful but perfectly matched the theme and aesthetic of our wedding.
The final product was nothing short of stunning! The cake was not only gorgeous to look at, but it was also incredibly delicious. Our guests raved about the moist flavors and delicate textures. **If you're looking for a bakery that can create a show-stopping cake that also tastes amazing, look no further than Dallas Affaires Cake Company!**
Hands down the best wedding cake vendor in Texas, arguably in the US. Over many decades we have used Dallas Affaires for wedding cakes, birthdays, and other special occasions. When...
it was our turn to get married, we knew we had to use Dallas Affaires. The whole experience from start to finish was effortless and enjoyable. Both the white cake and the chocolate GF cakes were fantastic.
Most DELICIOUS wedding cake we've ever had! We are biased, but it's true! We got several recommendations for Dallas Affaires, & we even taste-tested another highly rated bakery sid...
e by side with them and with one bite we knew they were the ones to go with!
We had the most beautiful abstract cake & precut sheet cakes in the back and the guests were raving about it! We had an amazing experience planning and designing our cake with them and they are just great people overall!
A couple of things just to recommend for future would be more access to email communication vs mostly phone as we had a lot going on in planning and it would've been easier to keep track of communication. Also, I had to recruit my sister in law to help transport the cake flowers from the florist to them so that would be nice to have a feature of the service in the future.
Incredible cake & experience, we cannot wait to receive our complimentary anniversary cake next year!
We are so glad that we chose Dallas Affaires to bake the wedding and groom's cakes for our wedding! They were very nice and professional at the cake tasting and allowed us to take...
our time to try different cake and filling pairings to get the exact flavors we wanted for our cakes. We really appreciated how they asked questions about us and then came up with artistic designs for the cakes based on our story! The tasting at their bakery was one of the most fun parts of wedding planning.
The cakes looked spectacular at the wedding and were delicious! Overall we think they are a great choice for wedding cakes. They offered a lot more customization and personal touch than many other options we were considering. Guests gushed about the cakes non-stop!
We loved our wedding cake from Dallas Affaires! The cake was beautiful, and our guests raved about how delicious it was! The process of ordering the cake was easy. First we had an ...
at-home tasting, then we met with Cassandra to design the cake and finalize the order. We did a fake cake for display, with one real slice inserted in the back for the cake-cutting, and the rest of the pieces came from a sheet cake in the kitchen. This allowed us to adjust our guest count after downsizing due to Covid. Dallas Affaires made the process easy and delicious!
Moist, savory tasting, beautifully made, fresh, the best creamy frosting, and the most tasteful filling. There certainly cannot be anything out there to compare! Need I say more? F...
rom cake tasting to planning what the cake might look like, they were on top of it. Don’t make any decisions about a cake unless you go to Dallas Affairs Cake Company, first. Donna and Nesbit Johnson
Excellent group of people to work with and a truly beautiful cake that didn’t break the bank! Will recommend to all my friends

oto from Pinterest as an example, and it turned out even better! Dallas Affaires was extremely flexible throughout the process, and even purchased extra flowers for the design as we hadn't provided enough from our florist! Excellent customer service right there!

cious. We were still eating leftovers after we got back from our honeymoon a week later. Though all big cakes are expensive, we felt that their price point was very fair as well. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Best cake ever. Tasted fantastic and looked beautiful.
I wanted a geode cake for my science-themed wedding, and was discouraged by the price tag of such a cake from several other Dallas vendors. Until I met with Dallas Affairs!! I knew...
already from a friend's wedding that their cakes are DELICIOUS. Moist, smooth, and not overwhelmingly sweet. And lots of unique flavor/filling options. (We went with Vanilla cake with Red Velvet filling-- A++). For a very reasonable price, we got a geode cake that our guests raved about and posted all over social media. Not to mention, Dallas Affairs was very friendly to work with and proactively contacted me for all the final details and payment, so I never had to worry if they were on top of it. Highly recommend!

I am so very in love with our cakes from Dallas Affaires! My request for my bride's cake was a little unusual, but they not only went with it but raved about how much they loved it...
and really encouraged me to be creative and do what I want! They were very responsive to questions, gave us plenty of time and space to think through our flavor choices, and were so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. Shayla is incredible, and is for sure an MVP of my wedding! I called her the week of the wedding asking if it was possible for her to send a piece of plain white wedding cake with my order, as that is my father's favorite flavor and I was worried he wouldn't like the combinations I had chosen. She not only made it happen, but gave it to me free of charge for my wedding! This vendor exceeded all expectations and made this an easy part of wedding planning - which was definitely appreciated! I am still getting compliments on my cake, and there wasn't more than a piece left over by the end of the night!
If I could add ten stars, even that would not be enough. Dallas Affaires Cake Company exceeded our expectations many times over when they created our board game cake.

creative license with the concept, they showed EPIC level artistry, attention to detail, and a delicious cake.
Sounds like I am gushing? LOL. Not sorry about it. Amazing job!
I’m trying to post a picture of this work of art for all to see.
Thank You Dallas Affaires Cake Co.
They were so low-stress! They took my design and made it exactly as I had pictured in my head! Absolutely stunning!

My wedding cake turned out absolutely beautiful but we were extremely disappointed when all the slices were being distributed with the fact that Dallas Affaires had gotten the flav...
ors all wrong. We had a three tiered cake although the top tier was fake. The bottom tier was supposed to be white cake with "champagne" filling and raspberry jelly. It in fact had buttercream filling and sliced strawberries. The second tier (which was my husband's choice) was supposed to be chocolate cake with chalkboard filling and sliced strawberries but it turned out being exactly the same as the first. When we brought this up to them, they apologized and simply offered us a voucher to spend in store. This was disappointing since we will probably never return nor recommend due to the fact that they messed up the cake on our most important day.
Very professional. Amazing wedding cake and groom's cake. All of my guests came up to me to tell me about how AMAZING the cakes tasted. I enjoyed the design process and was able to...
customize my cake to what I had envisioned. Everyone was so nice and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them for a wedding and groom's cake.

not only looked amazing but tasted fantastic. We had absolutely no left overs. Margaret was a pleasure to work with, she took all our ideas and suggestions and was able to perfectly implement them. She was very helpful in the planning process. We made a few changes in the beginning and she was easy to work with and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They cupcakes were so beautiful that our photographer even got some spectacular shots with our rings in them. We would highly recommend using Dallas Affaires Cake Co. for any upcoming event and we can't wait to use them again when we have another event to plan.
Delicious. The only word to describe wedding cakes from Margaret and her team at Dallas Affaires. We opted for a four layer carrot cake over other more traditional options. The mod...
ern-style simple white frosted cake was exactly as promised - beautiful and tasty. Our guests loved it too - obvious from the few pieces that remained after our party. Dallas Affaires is professional, easy-going and high on customer service. Best of all - they deliver on their promises. We love this bakery and look forward to using them again. A special nice touch is the free anniversary cake next year. I may have to start dieting now.
Overall we loved our cake & mini pies for the reception. Margaret helped us find a wonderful design and flavors.

Communicating with Margaret to setup the appointment and book the cake was sometimes difficult, but was easier as the wedding date got closer.
The cake arrived on time with no issues.
They do not use fondant, but I was OK with this since it tasted better. They did exactly what we asked. Overall very pleased!
The cake was ridiculously good! People are still talking about it. Definitely recommend.
My cake didn't turn out how I imagined, but it still looked fine. My husband's groom's cake turned out great. The taste was good, but no where near as good as during the tasting (a...
lthough I'm pretty sure this comes with the territory when you have a cake for 150+ people). Cakes are too pricey for what you get, but not as ridiculous as some other cake vendors in the Dallas area. They were great to work with, very professional.
This was one of those places that came highly recommended, so my fiance and I were excited to go to our first cake tasting. We love the cake flavors and the choices of icing - the ...
variety was perfect! However, the longer we talked with their sales rep. that was handling the appointment, the more we realized how pushy this vendor might be. I started talking about designs and ideas, and she quickly tried to get us to go with something bigger, flashier, and not out style and even kept saying, "Oh you don't really want that." We also weren't fans of having to pay per slice for fake cake layers - not having fake layers was not an option. We stayed the rest of the appointment, but knew this was not the vendor for us. We got exactly what we asked for at Delicious Cakes.
The cake was beautiful and the service was amazing. Loved working with Margaret. Only downside was how expensive the cake was. Most of the cake was not real but still cost me about...
$1400 which I thought was quite expensive. Still, turned out great and have no complaints.

ique, flavorful fillings for both the wedding and groom's cake. We requested fresh florals to be added to the bride's cake - Margaret asked the flowers be delivered to her the day before the wedding so she could thoughtfully incorporate them into the design. The wedding cake was absolutely spectacular; the groom's cake was made perfectly to order; both cakes were truly delicious!
My bride's cake was amazing! I honestly don't remember the taste (I only had one bite), but the look was amazing. It was one of the few details I have a clear memory of that day. M...
y groom had cake balls and the was gone early in the night, because they were so good. My cake was also completely gone and I got rave reviews on the taste. Day of was great.
The tasting experience was long! Margaret was nice and the selections were very good (the best out what we tried), but we waited 20 minutes before we got started, and we had an appointment. We almost didn't go with them because of that. It took almost 90 minutes to do the tastings, and we had made our decision after 45 minutes. So keep that in mind when making your appointment.
We used Dallas Affaires for both our wedding and groom's cakes, and could not have been happier. We had booked three cake tastings back-to-back, and Dallas Affaires was our last on...
e. During the second one, we were definitely NOT looking forward to eating more cake... We changed our minds after the first bite at Dallas Affaires. The cakes were moist and delicious, and the flavor combinations were outstanding. We met with Margaret, who does most of their wedding consultations. She was great. She brought out a bunch of samples of their cake flavors on their own, frosting flavors and fillings in their own containers, and worked with us to find our perfect flavors. My husband chose chocolate cake with a peanut butter filling and chocolate ganache topping. I wanted something a little lighter, and Margaret put together perfection: white chocolate cake, lemon filling with fresh strawberries, and buttercream frosting. Trust me. It was amazing. We were sent away from the wedding with a plate full of both cakes, and that's what we ate the morning after the wedding for breakfast. We're still sad that we don't have more of those cakes. You will not find better cake, or better service! They create amazing cakes/cupcakes/cake pops/goodies for any occasion!! We will definitely use them again.
This has been my family's bakery since I was about 4 years old. The choice for where we would go for our wedding cakes was an easy one. Our initial meeting was easy and fun, tastin...
g the different types, going through the different styles, doing the usual process I imagine would occur at any bakery. But this one is special because there's none that tastes as real as this - whether it's a small birthday cake or extravagant wedding cake, the team here creates something really special. It will be the most moist and flavorful wedding cake you'll eat.
I have used Dallas Affaires in the past for birthdays and what not. When it was time for us to get married I immediately knew who to go to! The cakes are so moist and they come out...
absolutely beautiful. Many options to choose from and really work with you on what you want as your wedding cake. All of our guests still talk about how beautiful our cake was. :)
