For a ceremony of that size, where guests need to clearly hear the vows and officiant, that advice simply didn’t make sense and felt extremely frustrating during the planning process. I want to be fair because the wedding itself went extremely well and Richie delivered as well as he possibly could on the day of the event. However, the planning process is also a huge part of the experience, and respectful communication and a considerate tone with clients would have made a significant difference for us. Richie- if you are reading this, hire a receptionist because your communication with clients is lousy. Be polite and check in more often!
