ail or on the phone. She really took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. I had shared a Pinterest board for inspiration, and what she created exceeded my expectations. The bouquets and arrangements were stunning, and the floral installation on the floating beam above our sweetheart table was an absolute showstopper! Heather has a true talent for turning ideas into breathtaking floral moments. I’m so grateful for the beauty she added to our day!

n provided me with inspiration photos of what she thought would be best. In the months leading up to our wedding, I changed a few things and she was very accommodating. All of the flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. Additionally, we appreciated how Heather re used my bridesmaids bouquets for reception decor as it saved us money. We highly recommend Heather and Custom Florals.

he added to our tables/hanging ladder feature at our venue. We cannot recommend her more. Thanks Heather!

and took everything we had said we wanted and made it look better than we could have imagined, down to the boutonnieres. In my opinion, her quote was extremely reasonable for the amount of florals we had and her work was absolutely stunning. Even her team was so kind; when we were there getting ready they were sitting up and were so sweet. The flowers were fresh and bright - when we came back from our honeymoon they were still thriving and beautiful! I cannot recommend Heather enough if you're looking for florists for your wedding!

would highly recommend hiring her for a wedding or even something else that needs floral arrangements. It was all top notch quality.

wanted and I always felt like she had my best interest at heart. I was blown away by how perfect the flowers were on my wedding day. Heather was a pleasure to work with and we 1000% recommend her!

ot so many compliments on them! She personally came down while I was getting ready to show me my bouquet to make sure everything was how I wanted it. She also provided a lot of decor for our tables which matched perfectly with what we were already providing. We would definitely book Custom Florals again!

ls. I knew I wanted peonies for my fall wedding, and Heather confidently told me that was not a problem and she could get me peonies to have in my bridal bouquet. I almost cried tears of happiness. Heather was responsive over the phone and back and forth in email, which was essential to me. We went back and forth closer to the wedding, and she understood my vision and helped to answer all my questions. On the wedding day, she made my vision and dreams come to life…BUT BETTER. She made the most beautiful eucalyptus garland for our barn doors, my dream bridal bouquet, and made the reception tables come to life. She is also such a sweet and kind soul and I would recommend anyone to use her services!!!

in a real life bouquet. She also set up two beautiful urns with flowers next to the ceremony that were transferred to our sweat heart table. It was beautiful. We also rented our centerpieces from her. We wanted greenery and Candles (simple yet elegant) to be the centerpieces and Heather did an amazing job. She really captured our vision on these items and more so so well! We could not be happier and recommend her enough!

bouquets, elegant centerpieces complete with the candles I’d been dreaming of, charming florals for our welcome sign and a STUNNING bridal bouquet that I adored! Custom Florals was generous in rearranging dates for us during many Covid-related pivots. We are so grateful that they stayed onboard with us, as they made all the difference in creating the atmosphere of an idyllic real-life fairytale. She was so wonderful to work with, even tenderly making sure I had a last sip of water right before I walked down the aisle. She is a joy. 10/10 would recommend for your special day. Thank you, Custom Florals!

uquet was exactly what I wanted, my bridesmaids bouquets went so well with their dresses, 2 urns filled with flowers added a nice touch to my ceremony aisle, and my arbor for my ceremony looked so pretty in pictures, which was then able to be taken down and transferred to be used at my head table to make It stand out. She also added flowers for all my guest tables and greenery throughout my reception. Heather is so easy to work with! She’s very friendly and has done a lot of weddings so even with me not knowing much about flowers, showing her pictures of what I wanted and didn’t want she knew exactly what I was talking about. I would highly recommended customflorals for your wedding!!!

ompletely understanding and warm during times of stress when we had to change our wedding date due to Covid. I really needed that positivity during those crazy times! She was punctual on our wedding day, and did a fabulous job on all of our decor and bouquets.

ur photographer) for our micro-wedding in October at Cameron Estates Inn and she got back to me immediately. We set up a phone call and I explained my vision and she ran with it. I do not know flowers very well and she was so helpful spelling out the various flower names to me so I could look them up while we talked on the phone. I appreciated her thought, care, and vision that she put into our flowers even though it was a small wedding. The bouquets were stunning… as were the table piece and mantel piece. The boutonnieres complimented my bouquet perfectly. When she arrived, she took care of every detail from setting up the centerpiece and mantel piece as well as making sure I had everything I needed. She was incredible to work with and would recommend to anyone who asked!

omfortable. Due to Covid-19 we actually had to downsize our wedding from 150 guests to 30, although this didn’t change all of our florals, we still made quite a few changes and Heather took all of our ideas in stride and worked with us to redesign and create our dream wedding! Our wedding looked like something from a pinterest board and Heather is entirely to thank! From the flower girl petals to our centerpieces, Heather made our day beautiful!!

She is attentive and patient when answering questions or offering suggestions. We truly enjoyed coordinating with Heather throughout the entire process and highly recommend her!

rals will do that. She had vision and will help bring your ideas to life. She will work with you until everything is perfect. When I saw our reception, I couldn’t believe it. My wedding bouquet was beyond words. It was beautiful and like a piece of art. Heather took my vision for my wedding and made it better. I’m so glad we chose Custom Florals.

was better than I could have expected, and our table décor was perfect. Everything turned out beautifully and we got so many compliments!

s but didn't really feel as comfortable with them as we did with Heather. She was friendly and helpful and we instantly felt like we could trust her. After discussing our ideas with her she assured us that she understood what we were looking for. From there, we scheduled a meeting at her house where we talked things over and we felt right at home! We really enjoyed being there and talking with her and she felt like a friend after that day! She is professional, talented, and responsive. She provided BEAUTIFUL bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. She also made a spread for the outdoor chapel and provided greenery, gold candle votives, and mini white pumpkins for the farm tables that she set up which was super helpful because we didn't have to worry about bringing them. Everything was beautiful and we couldn't have been happier!

iding very unique ideas! She suggested using fruit for our tables in addition to our centerpieces - it was a hit visually and our guests loved it! The bouquets were STUNNING. She's absolute pro and I would recommend Custom Florals to anyone currently looking for a florist to help guide and/or make your vision go into fruition.

perfectly and looked amazing because of all the detail she put into her work. She really went out of our way to help us pick beautiful and affordable choices. We loved working with Heather and highly recommend her!

Booking House - well so she knew what would look great. The important things to know when choosing flowers when you don't know a lot about flowers is the shape of your bouquet and your color scheme. Heather will help you take it from there. I love flowers so much and just wish we could have had more. The positive side of that is that Heather knew our budget and helped us choose things that would make it all work wonderfully. Thanks, Heather for making us feel special and for bringing the most beautiful flowers for our wedding!

unning for me and my bridesmaids. On top of the beautiful work she did, Heather was just beautiful to work with. Personable and gracious. You will NOT be disappointed!

ed that I wasnt a big flower girl and didnt quite know what I wanted, she took my vision and ran with it. My girls and I absolutely loved our bouquets and the altar piece she made was gorgeous!

ask! I sent a picture of the bouquet I wanted mine to look like and all other details up to her and she did not disappoint! All of my wedding flowers were so incredibly beautiful!! She did such an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone- So happy with everything!

I didn’t know. We went over the color scheme and the possibility of flowers she could use and I still couldn’t quite envision how they would all fit together but she said “trust me it’s going to be amazing and your color palette is so different I’m excited” and in said “ok”. As I nervously awaited for the bouquets to arrive the day of the wedding I was so amazed at how absolutely amazing they looked! I would definitely trust her with any flower arrangements that you may need! Thank you so much!

was the day of my wedding. Her arrangements made it seem like she had known us for years! She put together both elegant church arrangements as well as fun colorful arrangements for our barn reception! Wish there were 10 stars to give!

ry meeting (both timely and physically) with my mother and me in between 2 wedding dress appointments in the area – I was on a quick timeline as I live in NJ and was home near Lancaster for a few days. I am pretty clueless when it comes to flowers, but I had a budget: Heather listened to my overall wedding vision of the venue, colors, fall season, etc. to sketch her ideas for the ceremony and reception florals, embellishing with iPad pictures to bring her ideas to life (remember, I don’t know my flowers). In a matter of minutes, she was able to take almost impossible-to-replicate magazine inspirations and alter them to work in the high-ceilinged barn and outdoor space where we would be married. For our fall (November 3) wedding, she envisioned the most beautiful combination of vibrant exotic flowers – highlighting my love of color and the fall leaves changing in the background, all while creatively finding ways to use the arrangements in both spaces. My family and I had some pieces (votive candle decorations/ escort cards, fabric pumpkins, wreaths, and mantle swag) pre-made, so our live flower priorities were the arch splash, 2 aisle entrance arrangements, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces, including a king table showstopper. At our final meeting, despite some miscommunications about the homemade decorations, Heather was able to incorporate the different decorations to remain within my budget. She communicated multiple alternative options with a caring and enthusiastic attitude through emails and phone calls to keep the ideas intact and displayed utmost professionalism the entire lead-up to the wedding. WHAT A DREAM IT ALL WAS! Her visions of King Protea, ranunculi, succulents, hydrangea, chrysanthemum, and vibrant orange and red roses complete with various natural textures of pine cones, cotton, and much more were truly stunning!! She was at the venue early to place the centerpieces and present the bouquets to my bridesmaids and me (which were breathtaking: she could not have brought my autumn statement vision to life any better). Thanks to a windier-than-expected day and an outdoor ceremony, Heather stayed until the last hour to put the center splash on the arch to protect it from the weather. I was able to see her in my final dress, hair, and makeup right before the ceremony started, and in that moment, I could not have appreciated her work and camaraderie more. Heather was such a professional about everything, and she delivered an amazing product. I had so many compliments on my bouquets, and when we entered the reception, she had transformed a classic barn into a gorgeous fall rustic elegance. Thank you for being so willing to share your creative juices, so pleasant to work with, and for “getting it.” I would love to have the opportunity to cross paths with Heather again.

old. This looked gorgeous and so unique! I was very happy with all interactions/communications, the pricing, and the final result!

very accommodating to all of our requests. We would recommend Heather to anyone of our friends and family.

were stunning, and we had greenery table runners on reclaimed wood tables that looked absolutely gorgeous. When we arrived at the venue, it was truly a huge relief to see how amazing all of the flowers turned out. Throughout the months of planning, Heather was attentive, flexible, and very kind to work with. We absolutely have full confidence in saying we highly recommend her for your special day!!

d boutonnieres and her and her team made it all come to life in the most beautiful way - we could not have asked for anything to have been done better. We are so unbelievably thankful that we found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing florist - you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Heather for making our day so beautiful!

ower dreams come true! I can’t wait to get my preserved boutique back and look at it everyday for the rest of my life!! Thank you Heather! Brides you won’t be disappointed with her! :)

we were not able to make it back for in person visits very often. We had all of the trust in Heather to be able to take our vision and run with it. She met with us at our venue and I had some colors in mind. She was really able to guide me through the design process to where we had specific flower decisions for the bouquet, tables, etc.. She also partnered very well with our linen provider when matching table cloths to the floral décor. We also had a beautiful mantel in our reception hall that I had really wanted to have decorated with greenery and candles, Heather knew exactly how to make it beautiful. I appreciated Heather's guidance through the entire process the most. I know nothing about flowers except for what was pretty from Pintrest so once I showed her what I liked, she made it all come to life. The day of, she brought the bridal party's flowers to the house where we were getting ready, and worked very well with the reception hall's coordinator to make sure everything was set up that day, we didn't have to do a thing! Heather was also very conscious of our budget. The first proposal came back higher than we had wished, and Heather was very honest and open about where we could adjust things to get the total back to our price range. I originally knew about Heather from my sister as she did the flowers for her wedding and I would continue to recommend her for people in the area:)

ted masterpieces that were at the peak of beauty 30 hours after we picked them up – perfectly timed for the beautiful beach wedding in Cape May. Everyone commented on how lovely the bouquets were, even the day after the wedding.

s what we wanted for our big day. Heather had such amazing ideas for our flowers and executed her designs with perfection! The flowers turned out even more beautifully than I could imagine, even on a 90 degree day! She even took the time to include small details (like the lace from my mom's dress) into my bouquet. Our guests raved about how beautifully the flowers complemented our venue space. If you are planning a wedding in the Lancaster/York area you MUST look Heather up! She was an absolute dream to work with!

ience. Guests could not stop raving about the beautiful greenery and candles that she put up stairways, her centerpieces at each table, the bouquet she created, and amazing flowers that she decorated the fireplace with!!!!
