Overall I'd say our experience was just ok. Janina was friendly both on the phone, via email, and in person. The serving staff was amazing and extremely nice and accommodating. The...
bartender was nice too. And she got us in contact with a cake maker that was great. She even was able to make a single vegan meal for our one vegan guest. Unfortunately the food was pretty bad. So bad that some of our guests at our wedding are still talking about it. We had stuffed shells and chicken marmalade. We requested a pastry as an appetizer and corrected the chef via email when it was listed wrong, and still got the wrong appetizer. The food was unseasoned, over cooked, or mostly just meh. She was very accommodating when a guest wanted to provide desserts and she placed them. Communication was troublesome as we had to remind her several times of details despite them being in email. On our wedding, the silverware was forgotten delaying our meal. Overall I'd say there may be better options out there.

ocess. We received tons of compliments the night of the wedding about Janina and how beautiful she made our reception. Felt easy flowing and FUN during the whole wedding planning process because of Janina.

Usually catered food is not very tasty, but Janina and her crew (mostly her family) made everything we wanted AND it was delicious. Janina and her crew took care of the food and dr...
inks, and for no extra charge took care of rental coordination, wedding setup and any other tasks we needed help with (her people even made my mom a plate of food so she would sit down and eat)!
I would never, ever use anyone else if I need to cater an event. The food was wonderful, the people were laid back and a joy to work with and they made an impact on the day by making things go MUCH more smoothly.
