We enjoyed working with Curts as our caterer for our wedding at the Margate Resort in Laconia, NH on 10/3/26. We did a tasting at their facility in January. It was just the two of ...
us and one person from the family that owns Curts. We thought the experience was very intimate and helpful to talk about menu choices in that setting. We did the Italian buffet for our rehearsal dinner, a dessert buffet for our Welcome Party, as well as cocktail hour appetizers, cheese and cracker display, three entree dinner buffet, and our cake! We were happy with how everything turned out and it seems our guests were happy too!
My husband and I got married on 7/19/2024 and had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding catered by Curt's Caterers. For our rehearsal dinner, we did an Italian Buffet and for our w...
edding, we did a buffet consisting of a variety of options. Both buffets were amazing! We also got the mashed potato bar at our wedding which was a hit! Our guests have not stopped talking about how good the food at our wedding was. The staff at Curt's was attentive and helpful at the tasting, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. It is evident that they truly care which helped to make both the rehearsal dinner and wedding run so smoothly.
Start to finish working with Curt's was amazing! We had our tasting at their location with Julia and had given the groom's allergies in advance. No one could have prepared us for t...
he fact that we would have discovered at our tasting that he was also allergic to haddock! Julia and the staff were beyond accommodating and helpful as we worked through that and continued the tasting after a bit of time.
We used them for our rehearsal dinner for the italian buffet - Everyone raved about the chicken, pasta and soup! All of the food was very flavorful.
We continued to get rave reviews at our wedding and after about how wonderful the wedding food was - They stated that it was the best wedding food they ever had. Multiple guests shared how moist the chicken was and how having medium rare steak on a buffet is like unheard of but Curt's made it happen. The apps of tartlets and dumplings also got multiple compliments for an array of guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Julia and team - Julia actually went way above and beyond when she helped me tend to my bee sting and got me some ice - These people are truly the best!!!
Finally, my husband, being a wedding photographer who has attended over 500 weddings states that he wishes Curt's could be everyone's caterer!!
Stop what you're doing right now and immediately book this caterer if you can because they are truly EXCELLENT!!!! Curt's was our caterer for both our reception and our rehearsal. ...
From the start at the tasting they were so pleasant to work with. It's a family business which I loved and they're so personal and professional in their interactions with you. Julia is the point person you most work with. She was there for the tasting, rehearsal dinner, and the wedding. She made a point to check in with us, make sure we got fed and had everything we needed. She was truly such a pleasure to work with and so nice! Also their food is absolutely delicious!!!After the tasting one of the things I was most looking forward to at the wedding was eating that food again. We had so many compliments on the food!
For rehearsal dinner did the BBQ and added in ribs.
For hors d'oeuvres we did the bacon wrapped scallops, kielbasa, pork and leek dumplings, caprese on a stick, and fried Mac and cheese balls.
For dinner we did buffet and did steak tips with cilantro almond butter, grilled teriyaki salmon, and pork tenderloin with roasted garlic rosemary butter. The sides were some of the most incredible things I've ever eaten we had the orzo salad with almonds and dried cranberries and the crunchy wok chop salad with glazed almonds.
For dessert we did the assorted mini desserts which I also loved!
Curt’s was one of the options for catering at our venue. They are INCREDIBLE. They have a wide variety of options in their menus. When I requested an item that had been previously ...
discontinued, they were more than happy to make that option for our wedding. Our guests commented over and over about how good the food was. Not only was the food incredible, but their service was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. We missed the first tasting with them because of a car accident. As soon as we reached out to explain the situation, they set up a private tasting and were so accommodating.
My mom even used them for the shower, and said they were incredibly easy to work with on her end as well, and the food was so tasty!
Highly highly recommend Curt’s caterers!
Our venue, The Margate, outsources their food - after reviewing the options, we chose Curt's. We were very pleased with the quality of the food! We chose the Paugus Bay buffet, a...
nd we were not disappointed! The steak tips with cilantro almond butter were extremely tender and juicy, the salmon with ginger, garlic and soy sauce was so flavorful and the herbed cheese stuffed chicken wrapped in prosciutto in a garlic cream sauce was decadent. Even though the buffet has plenty of options for sides, there was NO WAY I was going to pass up the add on option mashed potato bar - it was totally worth the splurge and it was so fun - all the guests LOVED it!

nner and also had a buffet style for the reception. The staff was very attentive and made sure my husband and I ate first. We had nothing but rave reviews from our guests. Even a few of our hard to please friends made a point to tell us they how much they loved it. I wish we could've taken the leftovers home. You are in good hands and can't go wrong with Curt's Caterers .

ere amazing. They made sure we ate during the night and saved extra dessert for us to take home. Being from out of state, a lot of our preparation occurred via email which was such a help to us! We also used them for our small rehearsal dinner the night before and had some really fabulous Italian food. You can't go wrong with Curt's! I give them my highest recommendation for food and service!

s and met our needs. We needed cookie trays for our table and a wood slab for under the cake and they supplied that no issue! Any questions or changes we wanted to make we just had to email Juilia and she was best at telling us not to worry! The food was delicious for both nights! Our guest absolutely loved it! We can't thank them enough for all the wonderful and professional work they did on our special night!

We had our reception outside in a tent and had a sit down dinner. Curt's employees were very friendly and were on top of everything! The food was served in a timely manner and it was delicious! I would highly recommend Curt's to anyone who is looking for a caterer!

te dream to work with from our private tasting, through our menu selection, and Wedding Day on September 17th, 2016 at The Margate. She was incredibly responsive to my emails and very flexible to meet all of my requests. Julia and the team at Curt's were able to accommodate a guest with Celiac disease without question and although we chose to make our own cupcakes for our reception, Julia offered a cupcake stand and cake plates as well as all the set-up for our cupcake table throughout the night. I cannot tell you how many of our wedding guests have commented on how amazing and delicious our food was at our Wedding! We even had several guests let us know that our food was by far the best they have ever had at any wedding!
I absolutely recommend Curt's Catering to be your wedding day caterer if you want an incredible experience and incredibly tasting food!
Yummy yummy yummy! That is all I can say about the food. Curt’s is a family-owned catering service, with the talent to run any service from start to finish. We had Curt’s cater our...
wedding day from the cocktail hour to the dinner and dessert. Joanne was incredibly accommodating during the tastings and even allowed us to bring an additional friend to try the food selections. The food was phenomenal for our wedding day, and everyone was raving about it! Their menu provided us with the flexibility to build it from start to finish, and at a highly affordable price. We had incredible brie tartlets, scallops wrapped in bacon, chimichurri steak tips, and wrapped sole. Our wedding cake consisted of 3 flavors, with numerous options for jam and other fixings. The cake was exactly as described, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Curt’s buffet was highly complimented at our wedding. We requested that we receive to-go plates (as we anticipated not having time to eat), and it was a perfect surprise to find it in our hotel room refrigerator late at night to enjoy together. Curt’s catering is very detail oriented and can customize any needs based on allergies, style, flavor, and taste. I highly recommend Curts!

ING. Pretty much everyone cleared their plates. And the food for the rehearsal was equally as good! Would definitely use them again!
Curt's did a WONDERFUL job catering my wedding at Geneva Point Center. Guests were excited about the food, my husband & I were excited that it went off so flawlessly.
They were ...
extremely professional with the planning (giving us a free tasting to decide our menu), were very flexible on trying to get us food that felt "fall-ish", and worked well with our venue to make sure they could deliver the food.
We booked them for both the rehearsal dinner bbq and the big reception dinner- and they flawlessly performed at each. The rehearsal dinner was a more casual bbq, but they ended the night with a special touch of passed desserts. The reception dinner buffet was extremely tasty (I am not sure if the pistachio salmon or the mushroom risotto or the apple-stuffed pork ended up being the favorite, because they were all so amazing!). Even though we booked a buffet, they did a plated salad first along with champagne pours. They also served the desert (brought in from a different source).
My dad, a professional maitre'd at a high end hotel in Philly, was extremely impressed by their professionalism and their obvious command of their craft. We had an easy time working with everyone at Curt's -- especially Joanne.
Well worth the cost!!
The food for my wedding was phenomenal. The Prime Rib melted in your mouth, the appetizers were amazing, and the chicken cordon bleu was full of flavor!!
Curt's provided us with exceptional apps and dinner! Everyone raved about how good the food was! They were extremely accommodating to dietary restrictions.

appy with Curt's at first. The tasting was really yummy, and there were a lot of options, although quite pricey. On our wedding day, we had a buffet with the main entree being steak tips. The head table was served by the catering staff, and we received 2 or 3 small steak tips each, which was satisfactory to us. It wasn't until after the wedding that we found out that guests were only given ONE small steak tip when they went through the buffet line. They had to go back up to the buffet again in order to get seconds, but most people did of feel comfortable doing this. This made us look like we skimped on the food, even though we didn't! It was $25 a plate! I can't imagine going to a restaurant and being served ONE measly steak tip for 25 dollars. Our guests left our wedding hungry, which was extremely disappointing to us.
Curt's has been very rude and has refused to acknowledge that they were wrong, we feel very taken advantage of. It was so sneaky to serve the head table an acceptable amount of food, so we wouldn't find out that our guests did not receive the same. Do not let these people take your hard earned money!
Absolutely professional staff, delicious food, and reasonable pricing and selection. They worked with us to put together a wonderful brunch menu, and even were willing to use one ...
of my recipes to create their own take on a classic Caribbean dish. Plus, they do cakes!

h. The only comment that I would make concerning this caterer is that they can be difficult to get ahold of since they are often very busy. It's worth the hassle to keep calling, though, because their food was loved by all of the guests!
