Curled + Contoured

cient; on time, quick set up, very organized and flexible. Even before the wedding, from the moment I booked, they keep all information clear and are very flexible and patient. The make up trial also went great. Everyone in the bridal party was so happy with their makeup. They did an impressive job of making their make up look glam and effortless, I was really impressed with the way it didn’t look like they were wearing a lot foundation or concealer while they looked so glamorous and the women in my party are of all different skin tones including the flower girl and the mothers of the bride and groom. I loved my makeup, Kathy did great with bringing my vision to life and it lasted alll night. And lastly, their vibe was so awesome, they are so fun and laid back while being professional, we were all laughing the whole time. I’m so happy to have booked with them for my special day.

ented, and friendly, and they made everyone in my bridal party feel and look absolutely beautiful. The products were also amazing; I didn’t experience any breakouts after wearing my makeup all day. My hair and makeup stayed flawless throughout the entire wedding. My hair even held up the next day! I honestly didn’t want to take it out the night of the wedding because it still looked so pretty. They truly helped make my wedding day even more special, and I would absolutely recommend them for any wedding or special occasion! 🤍

to translate what you want into reality. They worked with me bringing their expertise to support my vision. I felt glam and elegant for my wedding and also like myself which was really important to me. They are also kind and fun, and true professionals. My updo and make-up held up from around 12:30pm until after 12:30am despite over 90-degree heat, high humidity, a windy ferry ride, a five-minute downpour during my outdoor ceremony, dinner, and hours of dancing. They honestly know what they are doing.

expertise. They are truly the best team to work with. They made the entire day so much fun and ensured everything turned out absolutely beautiful. It’s rare to find a team that is not only talented but also such amazing people to be around. They brought such a positive energy to the day and really listened to what I wanted, bringing the vision to life perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, and wonderful team!

nd noticed a few things I wanted changed for the big day. Both of them adjusted perfectly to yield such a timeless, elegant, and unforgettable look. Book C&C, you won’t be disappointed!

e wedding day! It was a no brainer working with them come my wedding! Janaice, Kathy, and their team are not only incredibly talented, but are the energy you want on your wedding morning. Everyone in my bridal party and family was obsessed with how their and makeup turned out and we all have very different styles. My hair looked stunning and lasted through the whole day despite my jumping on the dance floor all night long. I am not a big makeup person and Kathy really worked with me to understand my vision and comfort level while proving she is a true artist.

d attention to each person made the morning relaxed and joyful. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to start such a special day. 💕

ommended places for me to get clip-in extensions I wanted to try. They looked at my inspiration boards and completely understood my glam goals for my wedding. They were organized and professional and absolute pros, completely understanding our venue, timelines, and ensuring we all stayed on track.  They have incredible bestie energy which is exactly what I wanted on my wedding day. They fit in with my loved ones so well and it was such a joy to spend my wedding morning with them. Thank you so much for helping us look and feel our best!

tely amazing! She put me at ease early on as I worked through the logistics for my wedding day and vision for my hair, provided recommendations and checklists, took such great care bringing the vision to life trying out different things during my trial and was so understanding when I asked to add a couple additional ladies within a few weeks of the day. Day-of, Janais arrived right on time, ready to go and flawlessly styled my mother-in-law, 3 bridesmaids and me, keeping us on time with touchups and all. We couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out! Huge bonus for how it held up as we danced the night away as well! Highly skilled, super professional, positive and fun energy - what more could you hope for?! Don't miss out on booking C+C for any of your styling needs! Thank you so much, Janais!! You are the best!

tiful. I felt like me, but the best version of myself. I got to keep my natural curl pattern (without the frizz) and I achieved the bronze-y glow-y look I was after. Plus, everything held up all night (despite wind, sun, and rain)! Curled + Contoured also made my mom, MIL, and SIL feel so beautiful with their glam. I cannot say enough great things about this team. They delivered exactly what I wanted and more and were absolute pleasures to work with. I highly, highly recommend them!

ng, and enjoyable. Thank you!!!

2 hours on a wooden boat) and they came through iconically. They even made my mom - who has NEVER worn makeup or had her hair professionally done - look beautiful and 15 years younger, all while staying natural to her self. If you're on the fence, don't walk, RUN to C&C and you will not be disappointed!

ience!

&C made everything seamless, even when I added on a few people for hair/makeup rather close to my wedding! Arami did an incredible job with my makeup - it felt very beautiful and natural, and she really listened when I asked to tweak a few things after my trial. Katherine was also amazing with my hair - it looked like a dream!! All my friends looked and felt awesome :) highly recommend C&C!!

l definitely hire again for future events.

idesmaids, my mom and MIL, and my aunt! Thank you Janais, Kathy, and Mia for making everything so seamless!

h the wedding party and they were so flexible with working with me. Highly recommend them!

d wedding party members looked natural and beautiful, which is exactly what they all wanted. I also appreciated the help Kathy offered in putting together a schedule for getting ready, as we did have a large number of people. Highly recommend Curled + Contoured!

adies were punctual, professional, and listened attentively to my girls, glamming them all to perfection! I had a total of 13 ladies (including myself) and Kathy & Nicole started bright and early and finished us on time! With no hiccups! Their work is versatile, they accommodated my ladies that typically wear little to no make up and fully glammed out myself and a few other ladies that wanted a more sparkly or dramatic look. Everyone was pleased with their faces, and we received many compliments!! A testament to their outstanding work, is that our make up lasted ALL DAY!! We started at 6:50 AM and the ceremony didn’t start until 6:30 PM. Thank you ladies!!

and my mom the looks we wanted for my wedding. Both Janais and Katherine were on time the day of the event, extremely personable and relaxed. I felt like I looked like the most beautiful and put together version on myself for my wedding. Would definitely highly recommend them both.

sure that everything was perfect. I got married on a 90+ degree day so they had a tough job making sure my face didn't melt and my hair didn't frizz up, but they worked their magic and I absolutely loved how everything came out. I felt so relaxed and comfortable around them. Trust me, you'll feel like a goddess after they're done with you!

y listened to everything I wanted and my hair and makeup turned out beautifully and lasted all day and night. They had amazing energy and made everyone feel comfortable. I am appreciative of the fact that they were able to execute amazing hair and make up for a diverse group of girls with different hair types and skin tones.

d did not make any of us feel pressured into a specific look. They also were both so much fun to hang out with as we got ready on the wedding day. Thank you so much Kathy and Janais -- you guys are truly the best!

fancy naturally curly look. I also don’t wear make up ever so I was nervous for my make up as well. Kyla and Kathy exceeded my expectations. They listened to what I wanted and made me feel so beautiful. They are so kind and sweet. My wedding party was so happy with all their hair and make up. I can’t recommend this team enough.

y trial was an absolute blast with Kyla and Mia, and any little tweaks I hoped to make after the trial were meticulously noted and executed for my big day! During my wedding weekend, Mia and Kyla did my hair and makeup for two different days—softer glam with an updo (for a traditional tea ceremony) and fuller glam with sideswept hair (for the wedding reception). Both looks were stunning and the makeup and hair stayed all day and all night (like 15+ hours!!) Also during my wedding day, the artists Kyla, Mia and Katherine were professional, relaxed and fun, helping to create just the getting-ready environment I was hoping to have on a busy day. My bridesmaids, mom, and mom-in-law loved how their hair and makeup looked and enjoyed spending time with the artists. I also appreciated how the team accommodated each bridesmaid’s different tastes and beauty preferences. Overall, C+C was such a pleasure to work with and I am looking for another excuse to get my hair and makeup done so I can work with them again!

o they had their work cut out for them — and they did an amazing job!! Kathy, Eduardo, Mia, Nicole, Katherine and Naila were all SO talented, fun, kind, inclusive, and responsive to what we all wanted. Each of our wedding party members wanted different things and all of them were so happy with their different looks. Most of all, each of the artists made everyone (from people who love getting their makeup done to those who hate it to everyone in between) feel comfortable and like the best version of themselves. The Curled + Contoured team were also so fun to have join us and made everything feel extra festive and exciting on the day of the wedding!! We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Curled & Contoured!!

ncel due to circumstances outside of my control. After a lot of drama caused by our first hair and makeup artist I was quite nervous to book anybody else for this however the girls from Curled and Contoured made it so worth it. They were able to use my inspiration pictures to provide me with the perfect look for my wedding day. Kathy did my makeup and Janais did my hair they were so fast as well which really helped in keeping on track for the day. These girls were so down to earth and easy to talk to as well. They made you feel like they were two of your friends who were so excited for your big day! I loved them!! Kathy, Janais, Nicole and Mia were the team that worked on all of the bridal party and parents hair and makeup as well. All four of the members of C+C we worked with were so talented and made us all feel beautiful

nalism, timeliness, and friendliness far surpassed my expectations! From our first point of contact, these girls were so easy to work with and it was as if we were friends. They put a timeline together based on my wedding party and schedule, and were very flexible when last minute changes needed to happen. I sent them inspiration pictures for my vision, and they absolutely delivered!!! I had Janais for hair and Kathy for makeup, and we also had Mia and Nicole doing the wedding party. During my trial, Janais and Kathy couldn't have been better - we laughed, gossiped, and just chit chatted as if we had known each other for years. They made me super comfortable during the process, and my hair and makeup was absolutely perfect. It kept perfectly all night too. On wedding day, the team showed up right on time and got to work, sticking to the timeline we created. The conversation flowed, and they helped make that morning a blast. There is nothing better than having a fun atmosphere on wedding day, and these 4 helped make it great! Once Janais was done with my hair, I was confident that it would hold all night - and it did! I hired Kathy for 4 extra hours of makeup touch ups, and couldn't be happier I did. She was off to the side for all of the big moments - the first look, vows, etc., and was right there to touch me up. Such a great decision for any criers like me! I couldn't recommend C+C more for any hair and makeup needs - they will make sure you look and feel your absolute best!

with that and Mia and Janais kept everything moving at a great pace and made sure everyone got the attention they needed. My mom even hopped in for some makeup at the end since everyone who came out of Mia's chair looked amazing. The hair and makeup held up all night (despite a TON of dancing and even an outfit change from my sister) and everyone looked awesome from start to finish. I'd recommend working with them!

o what each bridesmaid wanted and execute it flawlessly. I felt glam without looking overdone and I'm so pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them for other brides/bridal parties.

en helped me subtly glue my bangs to my head so that they wouldn’t blow in the wind! 10/10 would recommend

and Contoured were incredible. I LOVED my trial hair and makeup. They did two hair styles (one for my trial hair for the wedding and one for my boudoir shoot later that day). A few weeks before the wedding I added a few girls to the list of who needed hair and makeup and Janais and Kathy were immediately on top of bringing in another artist, Naila, to help on the big day. Everyone in the party LOVED their hair and makeup (a bunch of my friends reached out to Kathy afterwards asking what makeup products were used because they were so obsessed with their looks). I’m hoping for any excuse in the future to work with Janais, Kathy, or Naila again. My hair and make up lasted through the wedding AND the entire after party with only a few lip stick retouches in between (I’ve been in seven weddings in the past two years and I have had to re apply make up/touch up my hair several times at every single one for reference). Not only are they incredibly professional and talented, they are also so fun and have the best personalities. Look no further for your hair and make up needs. Booked Curled and Contoured ASAP

w we were going to be a good match. They were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and true artists! I had the option to try out multiple styles for my hair trial, but I ended up loving the first one Eduardo put together! I'm also not a big makeup person on an everyday basis, but I was blown away by the makeup that Kathy did. I wanted soft glam and she nailed it! For the big day, the team put together a schedule for all the girls getting hair/makeup done and they showed up right on time and brought fun, easy going vibes! They made it such a fun atmosphere! Eduardo made hair magic with my braid and curls, and Kathy and Naila brought out everyone's natural beauty with their makeup skills! The team stuck to schedule and even finished early. The worst part was realizing that when they left, we wouldn't see them again for the rest of the day lol. One thing to keep in mind is that when you choose your getting ready space to make sure you have enough room for the amount of artists needed and that there are higher chairs for the makeup area. Also C+C does require the full payment one month in advance of the big day- so just to keep that in mind for your schedules. I would highly recommend this team!
