Culinary Arts Catering was fantastic for our wedding. From the very beginning, the tasting at their office completely blew us away. It was by far the best tasting we attended out of four, in all terms: presentation, service, portion size, and overall flavor. We left thinking it was some of the best food we’ve had in general, not just for a wedding. Even if the wedding day food had been only a portion of that experience, we would have been thrilled.
Working with their team was seamless; they were incredibly responsive and always open to our questions. We chose a plated dinner service with passed hors d’oeuvres, and our guests absolutely loved the arancini. The entrées were delicious, and the service on the day of the wedding was efficient, professional, and timely. We received so many compliments on the food and service.

CAC went above and beyond to deliver an amazing culinary experience for our wedding guests. CAC was so easy to work with and threw in many complimentary items to ensure we could achieve what we wanted for our wedding within a reasonable budget. They were kind, professional, and most importantly - had AMAZING food. I am still dreaming of the short rib, stuffed mushrooms and chicken taquitos. The food was truly incredible, but we also had fun experiences provided like a coffee/hot coco bar and a late night snack. Our guests raved about how great the food was. I couldn’t be more thankful for CAC and their white glove service!

The three reasons I am not giving 5 stars today are:
1. They are quite spendy - just under $7,000 for a relatively smaller guest count of 65 people - just for the food (i.e., no alcohol or drinks aside from a coffee and water station)
2. The second reason is that I am a vegetarian so it was very important to me that the wedding would not serve meat of any kind (as I choose to vote with my dollars and don't want to pay for meat because it goes against my moral beliefs). Prior to signing Culinary Art we made sure to ask them to remove all parts of the menu that were meat. However, on the day of the wedding, at the cocktail hour display there was a TON of salmon being served.
3. The final reason is that the "warmed croissants" for the cocktail hour were cold - even at the beginning of cocktail hour. They also tasted stale.

The service was impeccable with all of the tables being served very quickly, unlike at some weddings. They also provided vegetarian and gluten-free options that were yummy as well. e were on a low budget, single mom, on a teacher’s salary paying for a wedding so no carving stations or attended stations where food is cooked to order. I’m sure those foods are better tasting. We had chicken that was rubbery and had no flavor; the accompanying biscuit had no flavor. Southern hospitality table foods were bland and not warm. People did say that the hors d’ oeuvres were better than the main meal.

The passion for what they do is evident in every element of the product and service. Their menu options allowed us to really tailor our culinary experience to exactly what we wanted to represent our wedding, and the quality of the food itself was spectacular. We had many guests comment on every element that Culinary Art provided. In addition to the food, we were hyper focused on the quality of service, wanting to ensure all of our guests had food and drink at their disposal at any point during the event, and the Culinary Art team knocked this out of the park. I never noticed a line at the bar or an empty place setting when food was needed. The staff were on top of it an super friendly. Throughout the entire process leading up to the event, the team worked with us to make sure that every detail was capture so that the whole process would be seamless and was exactly what we were looking for. Every guest at our wedding has told me that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding and my husband and I agree. We opted to have our dinner privately during the end of cocktail hour and seriously just got to enjoy all of the food we chose. That’s not even where it started, after walking back down the aisle after the ceremony we were greeted with out signature cocktails. Once we got done with photos, they had more signature cocktails waiting with plates of our apparent ideas served during cocktail hour. Melissa and Lorenne both came to work our wedding, and I shrieked when I saw both of them because they were an absolute dream to work with. It is safe to say everyone on my future friends, clients and family will all be using culinary art. I could not recommend more.

nal date. Our planner connected us to Culinary Arts Catering and they were able to replicate our planned menu with ease and answered any and all questions we had. We selected a Mexican buffet as we are huge fans of Mexican food, and they were able to put together the perfect menu. Then came COVID. We postponed our wedding twice and CAC was the most patient and flexible while we rescheduled twice. We finally got to celebrate our wedding on May 28th, 2020 and I was a bit nervous about the food as we hadn’t done a tasting with CAC, but we were absolutely blown away. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were such sweethearts! Our guests raved about the food and so many went back for seconds. They even packed us to go boxes of leftovers for us to eat later in the evening at our hotel - and the leftovers were just as good! We would highly recommend CAC to any and every couple getting married, you won’t need to be worried about anything food related because CAC has you taken care of. Thank you CAC for providing the perfect catering experience!

We worked with them for almost two years after having to postpone, and they were helpful and attentive every step of the way. The food was delicious and not to mention beautifully plated for our big day. I cannot thank them enough for all the measures they went to to help keep our guests safe and wanting more of the delicious food.

lot of hand holding with me to ensure I understood what to expect and ensure the day was everything we wanted. She even helped me with our timeline. When we arrived to our reception, everything was done and we had nothing to do with it. The bartender, Ray, was a huge hit and was serving up “Ray Specials” to a bunch of our guests all night. The food tasted amazing and the whole crew that was serving was sweet and timely. They completely took care of us and we could just enjoy. They also knew our venue space and cleaned up entirely without us getting involved. I can’t recommend them enough.

Planning was so easy and Melissa was so responsive and provided great suggestions. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. As a bride and groom sometimes you forget to eat but CAC made sure to have our food ready and kept checking on us all night. The servers working our wedding were so friendly and on-top of everything. With crazy times going on, we all felt so safe and appreciated all of their safety precautions they had in place. I will forever dream about the artichoke chicken and mac and cheese bar! The “Potini” (mashed potatoes in a martini glass) were a huge hit! Also, we chose to have food stations. We got to pick a bunch of different food options from the package we were looking at and the food was wonderful! Annie was very patient and helpful with my many phone calls and questions. She would send me an updated contract as a follow up to our phone calls so I could see she was adding notes from our discussions for their staff. Choose the brisket tacos! We ordered extra and requested they bring them specifically to us after we did our pictures. Everything tasted great the day of - no complaints!

The entire staff was organized which contributed to the overall success and satisfaction of dinner, cake serving, and bar service. After we cut our cake they swooped right in and started cutting and serving our guests. We would highly recommend them without a doubt.
