quick to answer any questions we had. We met at the venue multiple times to go through what the big day would look like and what Crystal Tree would provide for both the ceremony and reception. When it came time to work with our day-of coordinator, she handled the handoff perfectly and continued to keep us in the loop and answer any additional last-minute questions. The venue itself is beautiful and well-kept, and our wedding day turned out perfect! The staff were kind and professional, and our guests had the best time. We highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a seamless experience for their wedding day!

eption. We chose the space for several reasons. The main ones were that it was within our budget, they offered a buffet dinner, and the reception room was big and bright with lots of windows and two very nice balconies we had access to. Crystal Tree hosts one wedding per evening so, there was no competition with noise level or having to run into someone else's guests or wedding parties. no need to share a bridal room. These were all MAJOR pros for us and things we did not always find at other venues. Venue coordinator, Ashley, was really great to work with. She was friendly and prompt at answering all of our questions and implemented most of our requests. There were a few minor mistakes, but I cannot say where the lines of communication went wrong. We had requested that high chairs be put at two of our tables and I did not notice until some time into the reception that they were missing. When one of my bridesmaid asked a member of staff, they were promptly brought to the tables. We had also requested that the marinara sauce be served separately, on the side, but it was mixed with the pasta. These were minor issues. A slightly bigger issue was that our ceremony had to be held indoors on account of the hot, humid summer weather. While the weather itself was no fault of the venue, I had asked repeatedly to make sure the aisle indoors would be wide enough to accommodate myself and both of my parents as I was having them both give me away. I was assured by both Ashley and her assistant said that it would be. However, during the rehearsal, which Ashley could not attend, it was mentioned by her assistant that there would be more chairs on one side of the aisle than previously mentioned. Still, I was assured by him that we would all three fit down the aisle. Unfortunately, I did not see the space with the actual chairs until I was at the start of the aisle on the wedding day and realized immediately we weren't all three going to fit down that aisle gracefully. While I'm sure this was not intentional, it did seem like a rather large oversight and created a major distraction from the moment as my parents and I tried to position ourselves in a way that got us down that aisle without stepping all over my dress. Somehow we made it work, but it was not without difficulty and some very awkward pauses. Definitely an unexpected, and I will say unpleasant, distraction for us and our guests. Luckily, we were able to salvage the situation. The building, reception space, and bathroom accommodations were all very nice. The food was good. My guests especially loved the chocolate fountain and mashed potato bar we added to our package. The bridal room is small, but since I only had 4 bridesmaids and we decided to get ready at our hotel, it didn't really matter. We were comfortable there. Despite the issues, I have no regrets with my choice of venue and appreciate all the things they did right.
