My now-husband and I booked Crystal Oaks for our 11/7/25 wedding reception. It is truly a hidden gem with a beautiful wooded area, rock waterfall, pergola, massive covered patio, a...
nd other outdoor features that we used for our cocktail hour. The indoor ballroom was lovely as well, and we were able to set up the space to our exact needs for table layout, etc. I appreciate that there were no required vendors and that we could bring in all of our choosing. We want to acknowledge Jen’s generosity in giving us multiple free hours for decor set-up the day before, as well as on the wedding day to allow for DJ and florist set-up. The only minor critique I have is that her assistants who helped us with set up did not have the tables arranged and ready for us on 11/6, as was previously agreed upon. Otherwise, our wedding day was beautiful and the staff were very helpful throughout! A huge thank you goes out to Jen, Katlyn, and Misty!!! We are so happy we selected Crystal Oaks for our special day and look forward to seeing the venue continue to thrive!
I have memories of our family time at Crystal Oaks to last a lifetime. The owners care about guest satisfaction. 12/10 recommend!!!
We had our wedding at Crystal Oaks a few weeks ago and it was so amazing!! The space is perfect for a wedding and the outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and maintained. We rece...
ived so many compliments from our guests about the venue and Sandra and Jen are great to work with! I had many questions leading up to the day and always got a response back quickly. They helped us out the day of with coordinating and queuing up music for our ceremony and made the day go perfectly. I would recommend this venue to anyone!! It's affordable, great location to downtown Fort Worth and has everything you would need in a wedding venue. 5/5!!!
I am so happy that we chose to have our special day at Crystal Oaks Events. The site is beautiful, and the staff really impressed me. Nothing was forgotten, and you really get the ...
feeling that they want to help you with anything needed for your day. I absolutely loved working with them and would pick this venue/staff over and over again.
Crystal Oaks Events was the very best! The place is gorgeous, tucked away without being too far from the city. I found their prices very affordable, especially with the many things...
included beyond just the space. Jen and Sandra were very accommodating, going above and beyond to help in every way they could. They were always on time, hands on in setting up, helped organize everyone at the rehearsal, and came in to help when my MOH’s zipper broke off her dress. I’ve already had visions of doing a 5 year vow renewal at this same venue! The open vendor policy gave me freedom, but they also provided a list of vendors that they’ve worked with before to help me get started. Highly recommend crystal oaks events for any event!
Crystal Oaks is a hidden gem. I loved it from inside to out. Sandra was awesome and super helpful. Thank you Crystal Oaks for making my wedding special.
By far one of the best decisions we could have made regarding our wedding. This place is a hidden gem and does not disappoint! The venue is absolutely beautiful and has so many spa...
ces to work with, making it easy to customize your wedding to what you want. The amenities provided in the package make everything so simple. Sandra and Jen were absolutely amazing and helped make our wedding perfect. They were always open to any requests we had. The day of the wedding, they helped the day flow smoothly. Our florist had a family emergency and arrived late, but they didn't even hesitate to jump in and help set up. Sandra even climbed up onto the veranda to help put the drapery up! If we had to do this all over again, we definitely would not hesitate to use them again.
This venue is gorgeous! It used to be a winery, but it has since been turned into a wedding venue. While I had my ceremony elsewhere, they have a beautiful outdoor space for ceremo...
nies, a large covered patio for cocktail hour, very nice groom/bride suites, and a nice industrial chic indoor space. Sandra and Jen there are awesome. Super communicative, and because of them, I didn’t have to get a day-of coordinator! The week of the wedding, I told them how I wanted everything set up and gave them all the vendor information, and they got it all done/coordinated with little to no help from us. Five stars!
Crystal Oaks was a perfect setting for my daughter's wedding reception. The owners were extremely flexible, and working with the venue coordinator, Sandra, was a joy from beginning...
to end. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate the bride's vision, support logistical needs, and make the experience beautiful and memorable on every level. The lovely interior space and large covered patio were ideal, enabling a nice easy flow of activity as guests moved from one space to another throughout the evening to dance and enjoy the band, grab another drink or sit and chat in the fresh air. We are so appreciative of Crystal Oaks!
The first time we walked in this venue we fell in love. And from that day through our wedding day they made sure everything was perfect for us. It had rained a couple days before m...
y wedding and I wanted my ceremony to be outside. When I got there the morning of the ground was soaking wet and muddy. They went out of there way to put a big fan out there to do whatever they could to dry the ground for us. The bridal suite, the grooms room, everything... was PERFECT!!
Sandra and Jen were the absolute best. Easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend any bride or event to this location.
Our initial wedding venue cancelled on us with one month away from our wedding day and Crystal Oaks stepped in to help us plan the most beautiful and perfect wedding in just one mo...
nth! Even though this place was not our first choice, it should have been. This gem is hidden just off the road near Azle, TX with the most beautiful outdoor area, ballroom, bridal and groom suite! Jen and Sandra did everything they could to make our night effortless and perfect. Every single one of my guests said how smooth the wedding went and how beautiful this venue truly was. I would recommend this venue to any of my family and friends, not just because of how awesome the space is or what all is included, but for the people who work there! Jen and Sandra deserve 10000 stars! If I could give it on here I would!
Wow wow wow. I would book with Crystal Oaks over and over and over again. The venue is beautiful from the entryway with the fountain to the ceremony lawn to the covered patio to th...
e inside reception space. In the midst of all that is going on in the world, Jen was SO easy to work with and SO accommodating. If we made a request, she made it happen. They made our day so easy. They set up, decorated, handled the music, kept things on track all night, and put me at ease. The best venue combined with the best people - what more could you ask for? I feel so lucky to have found this new venue!
We had our family photos here, excellent venue, very professional people, I would recommend this venue for future functions and gatherings. Sandra the event manager was great and...

nery and amazing staff look no further. Jen you and Sandra were the best ever and made mine and Juan’s day the best we could have asked for. Jenn you are doing what you were meant to do. We will never forget this experience and you guys will always be our friends. Love y’all Dawn and Juan Ramirez
I had my wedding there on May 26 2019. It was the best experience of my life from start to finish. They truly were a blessing to me as I am military and had to plan a wedding from...
Iraq. They made sure I covered every aspect of the event and event helped setup and clean-up. There were a lot of last minute changes on my part and they were so patient and cared so much. The security they preferred was excellent as well. The venue was amazing. All of my guest were so shocked and in awe. It is truly beautiful and does not require many decorations. I was so thankful to have had the best day of my life there. If you are looking for elegance and options this is the place. They truly will not disappoint.
We had the best experience with this venue . It was mine in my husbands first marriage and our wedding was a dream come true . They catered to us from day one . They were the first...
venue we went to see and we fell in love . They made sure everything was the way we wanted it to be and made sure we were happy with them. The girls were amazing and sweet throughout the whole process . They let us come in the day before the wedding to decorate which helped us a lot . The day of the wedding they were there from 8 am making sure everything was done . I can honestly say I would not have wanted my wedding anywhere else . The pictures of the wedding were amazing because of the scenery . Thank you girls so much for making our dream come true.
If you're looking for a wedding venue that is beautiful, friendly and all-inclusive with no hidden fees, this is the place. I'm getting married here this fall. We looked around at ...
other venues, but as soon as we met Jen, we knew this was our venue! Each aspect of the venue is crafted with care, they are still working on the landscaping, but from what I can tell, every detail has been thought through. Also, you won't find a bigger groom's suite or more beautiful bridal suite. I feel 100% confident that our day will run smoothly because of the team at Crystal Oaks. Jen always makes herself available to talk or discuss ideas. She genuinely wants you to be happy on your big day and it shows. We can't wait to get married here!
