About this vendor
CruBom is a locally conscious raw chocolate business located in Denver, Colorado. These chocolate pouches (like truffles) will add a lovely finishing touch to your wedding celebration. Founder Christina Hedrick started making raw chocolate for her daughter, who has a dairy allergy. This turned into more than a passion project when Christina realized her creations could provide a wholesome and tasty alternative to manufactured treats.
If you're on the hunt for a crowd-pleasing dessert to serve at your wedding or gift to your guests, CruBom has you covered in more ways than one. The small batches leave out common allergens and refined sugar, though they contain thoughtfully chosen elements that make them extra special. These include organic and fair-trade cacao, nutritious fats and trace minerals, and even locally sourced raw honey.
CruBom's chocolate is crafted with everyone in mind. Beyond the chocolate-making process, Christina provides some service options to curb your cravings. Subscription boxes are available as well as gifts and single orders. The chocolate itself comes in the form of jars, bars, and small bites called poucos. You can even send in a request for custom flavors and opt for a specially-made stamp setup for a fee if wedding favors is what you're looking for. Give your wedding the dose of deliciousness it deserves with CruBom!

o eat the sweets! Mine were delighted. We added the poucos to our charcuterie board during cocktails and then at the cake time we added the room temp larger truffles (Boms I think) as an alternative for cake, for all the non-dairy, gluten free people and they were ecstatic! We plated the big truffles (they’re like a rich ganache when a little warmer/room temp) with berries - they were gorgeous and looked good with our berry filled cake. Recommend to all for any event but especially the big day!
