I am SO glad we picked Crown Point Catering to cater our wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum. Their customer service is fabulous and the food quality is out of this world. My partner ...
and I were so awed by the tasting we did with them and were even more shocked that they could scale up to 160 people and have it be just as delicious as our initial tasting. My husband is somewhat of an at-home chef and it was super important to us to have awesome food, and when our guests raved about it we were so happy!!! Thank you to Orsika and to the whole team, I would recommend Crown Point Catering to anyone in San Diego having an event!
If you're looking for a caterer for any event, look no further than Crown Point Catering! From start to finish, Orsika made our wedding an unforgettable and stress-free experience....
She took the time to truly understand our dining vision and went above and beyond to get to know us as a couple, making the entire experience feel incredibly personalized. Orsika consistently demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge of the wedding catering process, while also being authentic, approachable, and warm.
The catering tasting was one of our favorite parts of the journey—we were not only impressed by the presentation but blown away by the quality of the food. Our guests are still raving about how exceptional the food was, mentioning how rare it is to enjoy such great cuisine at a wedding! This company has been in business for quite some time, and it clearly shows. We are so proud to have chosen Crown Point as our caterer and highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.
Yes, yes yes. Look no further than Crown Point Catering. We looked at about 5 caterers for our wedding and Crown Point was far ahead of them all. Not only was the interview and the...
"feels right" factor great, they also did fantastic with the tasting. We left so excited about the tasting, but we were skeptical. Did they just feed us good to get the business...? NOPE!!! Fast forward to the wedding day and they knocked it out of the park!!!! The food was so amazing and the guests still cannot stop talking about how it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Thank you Crown Point for everything you did to help us prepare for our big day and taking the worry out of the catering process. Would pick CPC every time!
We worked with Crown Point for our wedding at the Ultimate Skybox in October and had a great experience! When planning our wedding, having great food was one of our top priorities....
Orsika worked with us to create a totally customized menu for our wedding, incorporating dishes and ingredients that were important to us. She was incredibly efficient and professional at all times, thinking several steps ahead and making last minute adjustments when needed. Would highly recommend Crown Point!
We chose Crown Point Catering for our wedding from their instagram posts and the look and taste did not disappoint! Kerensa was awesome to work with, she was so patient, responsive...
, and accommodating to all of my last minute small changes and my regular ~10 daily emails. She also beautifully decorated the food station tables to our theme with Eucalyptus in glass vases (A touch that I was not expecting!). The food was incredible too! Our guests would not stop raving about the food and how perfect it was to our San Diego theme. They also loved the bento boxes! Thanks so much Kerensa! I absolutely loved what you were able to do to make our wedding day special!

d menu that really fit our needs for the event. The food was absolutely delicious and their service during the event was amazing. So many of our guests have commented to us about how great the food at our wedding was.

was punctual, provided all of the rentals we needed for our wedding, had beautiful cutlery and linens, were friendly and created a delicious meal! Definitely get the stuffed pepper appetizers and guacamole!
Choosing Crown Point Catering for our wedding last month was the best vendor decision we made. Kerensa and her team literally made our wedding amazing.

od was unbelievably good. We opted for a station menu, with three stations--so guests could try one, two, or all three stations. We had SO MANY compliments on the food. A particular highlight was the beef tenderloin, so tender and melt-in-the-mouth (worth splashing out the extra for!). The salads and accompaniments were also all stunning. The food at the wedding with 80 guests was definitely every bit as good as the tasting my husband-to-be and I did beforehand.
Second, Kerensa went above and beyond to help us at every step of the way, from a first phone call, to the tasting, to the wedding itself. She was always quick to respond to all emails and answered all questions--and we asked her a lot of questions! :)
We also contracted our furniture rentals through Crown Point Catering, which meant we didn't have to worry about coordinating with a rental company on top of everything else. Kerensa took care of that side of things too which was wonderful!
Crown Point Catering wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but it was worth every penny. We couldn't have been happier with the service, the food, and with Kerensa and her colleagues.

ur ideas come to life! The service was fantastic and the food was amazing (I got so many compliments on the food afterwards)!!! They even made us an adorable "to-go" box at the end of the night complete with a sampling of appetizers, cake, and champagne! Thank you guys so much for everything and I could not recommend this team highly enough!

he most heard compliment at our wedding was how awesome the food was. I can't even count how many people said it was BY FAR the best food they've ever had at a wedding. A+ company that works hard to make your vision come true, make your wedding unique, and satisfy your guests. Beyond that, they were so quick to bus tables and keep the environment clean. A huge shout-out to their crew for being so on top of it. You've gotta go with them as your caterer-- you won't regret it!!

t the lines moving! We especially appreciated the to-go box of food since we didn't really have time to enjoy the stations ourselves. SO thoughtful.
We also really appreciated them working with us to personalize the catering and décor (including a menu with all delicious gluten-free appetizers).
We also were having freak-thunderstorms the morning of our event, and they handled the chaos expertly (including grilling under a tent outside in the rain and pulling food stations inside that ought to have been outside). Everything was beautiful and flowed as though we had meant for it to be that way.
Crown Point Catering provided the food and a lot more at my wedding. Everything they do is custom so we were able to design our own menu which incorporated some traditional and mo...
re fun options. I didn't have a wedding planner and their event manager provided a LOT of assistance with setting up linens, favors, etc. the food was great and the customer service was exceptional. Really happy with my experience.
Omar was fantastic. The food was delicious. My wedding was perfect thanks to Crown Point.
Before the wedding, Omar quickly put us at ease. He is so friendly, and you know he ...
knows what he is talking about. He had many suggestions to personalize the reception, and never tried to up-sell. The week before the wedding, we asked if we should get heat lamps. He said we didn't need them (and boy was he right! It was hot!) I trusted his every decision!
Every single comment I heard after the wedding included how delicious our food was. With many vegetarian friends, and families with special diets, I was afraid the food quality would lack, but that was not the case at all. A menu of stations gave plenty of options for everyone.
On the day of the wedding, the service was incredible. Neither my husband nor I ever had to ask for anything! Omar delivered food to our tables, and we were never without a drink in our hands! Family and friends were concerned that we would not eat on our wedding, but in fact, we were full!
I will recommend Omar and Crown Point to any of my friends getting married in the San Diego area!
Crown Point catering did an excellent job providing the catering for my wedding last month. Everyone raved how great the food was! I thought the bar service was a great value too.

ng service!
Omar and his crew were terrific! He helped us select a menu that fit our tastes perfectly and also helped us to make sure we stayed within our budget. He had great suggestions for ...
ways to save a little money without sacraficing quality.
My worst nightmare was serving everying that awful rubber chickent that you get at every large catered event or the terrible dried out salmon. Crown Point's food was phenomenal! We had a beef tenderloin that was perfectly cooked, Local sea bass and scallop skewers that were perfection, and a selection of ravioli. I had a little of everything and I loved it all. I had a lot of people tell me how great their food was, particulary the fish, which is hard to do at a large event. They cooked everything on site, which meant it was fresh and hot. Ooh so good!
