We also were disappointed with them not setting up the way we requested for cocktail hour and the dinner buffet. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. After reviewing your order and speaking with our team, we remain confident that the quantity of food prepared and delivered matched the order that was placed. During our follow-up conversation, we explained that while the food may have been portioned differently than expected during service, the total amount provided was consistent with what was purchased.
We also understand your concerns regarding the setup. Our team followed the instructions communicated to us, but we recognize that your expectations for presentation and flow differed from the final result. We appreciate that feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and execution for future events.
When you reached out after the wedding, we took your concerns seriously and worked to find a resolution. Because we fulfilled the order as contracted, we were not able to provide the refund you requested.

. I got more compliments on the food than on my own wedding dress! We served appetizers during cocktail hour (chimichangas, flautas, and quesadillas) and they were a huge hit. For dinner, we chose the taco plates with four different meat options(asada, chicken, brisket, shrimp.) Cristina’s even brought a hot skillet to warm the tortillas and assembled each taco on the spot—such a fun and delicious touch.
The Cristina’s staff was incredible. They handled everything seamlessly: arrived on time, set up beautifully, and cleaned up so quietly I barely noticed they were there.
Truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

We are not local to Texas, so we knew for our wedding our travelers needed either Mexican food, or BBQ. I reached out to several caterers in the Dallas area, and Cristina’s was the first to reply- within 5 minutes of my original message! Since we were only stopping in Dallas for a week, it was crucial that we had both clear communication and fast scheduling, and Cristina’s catering team had both. They scheduled us for a tasting NEXT DAY. Wow!
Leslie was our catering team member who we met at our tasting and continued working with us after we booked. She was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all of their dinner and lunch options. We loved everything we tried and it was difficult to choose which we wanted for our day! We went with chimichangas and quesadillas for cocktail hour, chicken and steak fajitas for dinner, and churros for dessert. We LOVED our meal and so did our guests, we had many, many compliments for the food at our wedding, which is uncommon!
We had plenty of leftovers. We ate it all, and it was all just as delicious as on wedding day. To this day, my husband and I will sometimes say to each other, “I could really go for some Cristina’s right now!”
