Bob was great and patient with me, building a package to meet my needs without pushing me to get something that I didn't want. He was professional on the wedding day and I am very... pleased with the finished product. I just watched my video with my mom and sister and they both remarked "I didn't even know he was there!".
I received a DVD and a Blur Ray with the finished video, but Bob also does something else great for his clients - if you give him an external hard drive prior to the wedding, he will give you all of the raw footage that he took during the day.
