We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding coordinator! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish and truly went above and beyond for us. Our wedding day was anything but typical. With the fires nearby, there was a point where we genuinely weren’t sure if our wedding was even going to happen. Through all of the uncertainty, changes, and stress, she remained calm, reassuring, and completely on top of everything. She somehow kept us calm too! She took care of every detail and made sure everything continued to flow as smoothly as possible, even when our timeline and plans were constantly changing. When our officiant unexpectedly left and we were suddenly left without someone to marry us, she immediately jumped into action and helped us find someone else who could step in. She never made us feel like we were on our own or that the situation was impossible to fix. She handled the chaos so we could focus on each other and actually enjoy our wedding day. Because of her, everything came together beautifully, and the day ended up being everything we hoped it would be, despite all of the circumstances that were completely out of our control. A wedding coordinator is supposed to make your day run smoothly, but she did so much more than that. She was our calm in the middle of absolute chaos, our problem-solver, and someone we knew we could completely trust when we needed help the most. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. She helped make one of the most unpredictable wedding days imaginable into a beautiful and unforgettable one. We truly could not have done it without her. ❤️ If you’re planning a wedding, having someone like her in your corner is invaluable. We cannot recommend her enough!

Cindy, Felicia and Natalie were absolute rock stars at our wedding! Cindy did an amazing job from beginning to end, from wrangling our vendors together, planning the schedule to setting everything up for the ceremony and reception and helping with breakdown/cleanup. Her and her team operated with just a few broad instructions and really executed our vision for our wedding flawlessly. Our wedding went pretty much how we had hoped it would go, and that's all thanks to her and her team completely carrying and taking the burden off of us. She was so fun and easy to work with, and we cannot recommend her enough to any of our friends and family who would potentially be getting married in the future.

ed to be done on the day of. That’s when we started to look for a day-of coordinator and we knew Cindy was the one based on how attentive and responsive she was. She did more than just show up on the day; she made sure to check in on us each month leading up the event, introduced and coordinated with all our vendors, communicated with our photographer on specific shots we wanted, and even created a timeline of what the day would look like. We were extremely thankful that Cindy was able to take the burden off of our friends and family by helping pick up the catering, setting up the decor, and even emceeing the actual ceremony. Cindy and her team were extremely courteous to all our guests and we heard nothing but good things from those who interacted with her. Our day was more than just a tea ceremony, it felt like the wedding of our dreams and I honestly don’t think the day would have gone as smoothly as it did if it was not Cindy and her team!

prior to the wedding, as wedding planning can be very stressful. Rehearsal day was seamless and I was able to provide her with my personal items for her to set up the day of the wedding. Wedding day was seamless as well. She made sure everything went to plan. She was very receptive to any changes made during the wedding.
