Suzanne knows when it is time for work and play because she will make sure you are actively checking off the items on your to do list while asking you how your day was too. She is with you every step of the way. By the time the big special day came, we knew we certainly did not have to worry about a thing, and we were right about that! we knew we needed full support, and from our very first call, Suzanne, the Owner and Event Coordinator, made us feel completely taken care of. We chose her higher tier package because we needed all the guidance we could get, and it was absolutely the best decision.
She helped us narrow down destinations, select venues, and coordinated our initial tours and vendor introductions. After deciding on our venue, she and her team traveled with us on our follow up visit where we met all of our key vendors.
Throughout the planning process, she guided us through décor decisions, food selections, budget conversations, and vendor negotiations, always helping us understand what was reasonable and where we could save. She reached out to bridal boutiques for me, managed the mailing of our invitations for our 180 guests, and kept every detail organized.
One of the most helpful parts of working with Suzanne was the structure she created. She built beautiful vision boards for each event with themes, color palettes, and styling direction and shared them with vendors so everyone was aligned. She kept us on track with detailed checklists and created a full timeline for the entire weekend so every vendor and every family member knew exactly where to be and when.
Throughout the two and a half years of planning, Suzanne was incredibly communicative, always responding quickly to all of our questions, ideas, and examples. And when last minute changes popped up during the wedding weekend, she and her team handled everything so smoothly that we barely had to think about it.
Even after the wedding, she continued to support us by sharing helpful post-wedding resources, including recommended dry cleaners for preserving my dress and services for legally changing my last name. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated.
We could go on and on about the countless things Suzanne did for us. Beyond her expertise, she is simply a joy to work with. She is kind, warm, cheerful, and genuinely loves what she does, which really shows. We always looked forward to our calls with her.
Our wedding turned out to be the most beautiful and special weekend we could have imagined, and we truly could not have planned any of it without Suzanne. We wholeheartedly recommend her and her team, and we are so grateful we got to work with her!

Suzanne has it all. She has the local knowledge of all vendors. She doesn’t just present a list of possibilities. She gives insight on each. That’s invaluable -especially as I was planning the wedding from a different state. When daughter and son were interviewing vendors, Suzanne was on the phone to ensure they remembered to address everything that was important to them. She was the one doing the follow-up to get appropriate paperwork – and keep the payment installments on track.
She is the perfect coordinator. I flew in for wedding dress shopping, and she had appts all made at the places we wanted to shop. More importantly, even though we bought the dress in the city, all alterations were done in the suburbs. Suzanne would schedule all those AND drive my daughter to the appts. She was on the spot for advice and consultation as the seamstress offered suggestions. Impressively, for the one alteration appt I could attend, Suzanne had the hair and make up gals rent a booth somewhere near the alteration site so I could be part of the hair and makeup trial without having to make additional treks across town.
Suzanne did all the legwork that daughter couldn’t manage – e.g., buying all the goodies for the welcome bags, and getting the bags to all the guest hotels.
I could go on…. Suzanne was superb. Everything went smoothly, we enjoyed every moment, there was no drama. Truly, I was a guest at my daughter’s wedding.
You really do need Suzanne even if you don’t know it yet.

My husband and I reached out to several wedding planners in the fall of 2021 and my interview with Suzanne really stood out. I felt like I was talking to a friend who was already excited about my wedding before she even had the job. We ended up booking a partial planning package and it never once felt "partial" in any way. Suzanne was always available for us no matter what was going on and she was just down right fun to plan a wedding with. All the way to the very end, she helped with scheduling monthly checklist meetings, breaking down budgets, attending my final dress fitting (she's great with a bustle), helping with invitations, and planning/scheduling times or meetings with vendors.
Our wedding day ran very smoothly. Everything went off without a hitch. Even if problems did arise, we were not aware and the day turned out to be the best day of our lives. It truly was the perfect wedding and none of it could have happened without her help and support the whole way. There is so much more that I could say about how amazing she was but I will leave it at that. She does a phenomenal job!!!!

We had a traditional Jewish wedding and throughout the entire process, Suzanne and her team were willing to learn new things, support all of our needs, and coordinate with everyone involved. She is a pro! Our experience was extremely personalized and so meaningful. Suzanne provided an incredible list of preferred vendors, including options to meet our budget needs, and all of whom did a spectacular job. On the actual wedding day, we did not need to worry about a thing. Suzanne and her team had absolutely everything covered so we could truly enjoy the day to its fullest and be absolutely present. A lot of the things that drew us to Suzanne was her familiarity with our venue and we really bonded over having lost a close important family member. From the beginning, we had multiple meetings with her and she guided us on design elements too. She spent hours on our timeline and it really allowed my husband and I to enjoy the important day. She was such a momma bear which was especially important considering my mom lives in a different state. Suzanne is the girl scout of wedding planners, she was prepared for everything. At one point, even pulling scissors and eyelash glue out of her purse at a moments notice.
