Couture by Tess hosts a truly lovely bridal experience! We worked with Trudy as our consultant, and she was phenomenal with her genuine encouragement, knowledge, and recommendation...
s! She was also very respectful of and helpful with maintaining my all-in budget with alterations approximated (they refer out to trusted seamstresses but can guesstimate and leave buffer).
The environment is so classy yet inviting with old brick and hardwood interiors and such a great variety of dresses. Also, they have a great stage and mirror setup where you can easily see the front and back of the dresses simultaneously. When you book ahead, you get a private shopping experience with up to 3 guests complete with champagne/mimosas. You are the ONLY bride on the floor looking for dresses unless an occasional walk-in occurs! It was such a low pressure and joyful experience!
They have incredible sales multiple times per year (my dress was 50% off as a sample from last year's collections!) as low as $99/$300/$499 racks with a collection of dresses always around the $600 mark and of course several more luxury options.
Tess the owner is also a designer herself with some of her own dresses displayed and for sale in the store. They also have a small collection of mother of the bride/formal gowns as well as lehengas. I highly recommend this shop! I had 2 appointments there to ultimately pick my favorite dress from the first time after taking some time to reflect on the day.
I have never been more excited to leave a 5 star review!! Trudy made me feel comfortable, special, and took all of the stress out of shopping for the perfect dress. The atmosphere ...
at Couture is very relaxed and personal. They have all of there dresses in sections of price so it made it so easy to look quickly. I did not feel rushed, or like another number like I have felt at other dress stores but like a girl experiencing an incredible moment. I found the perfect dress and the perfect store! I will forever remember Couture and my amazing consultant.
Couture by Tess is an excellent shop. Trudy was so helpful and made such good suggestions. I purchased a Mother of the Groom dress that made me so happy. Highly recommend !!

y small hometown, but I am thrilled that I did and I could support a local business. Tess, Sasha, and the rest of the team at Couture By Tess Bridal are absolutely phenomenal.
I have spent my career in the customer service industry and I know that excellent customer service is easy when everything turns out the way it should. To have the level of customer service I experienced from Tess and her team when things did not go as planned, through no fault of the bridal salon I might add, is a truly greater accomplishment.
It is testament to their value of their clients and their standards of service that Tess and her team work to deliver the highest level of service possible for their brides. And when a problem does arise, they work tirelessly towards a solution going above and beyond to ensure that you have the perfect dress for your wedding day.
One of my greatest pleasures was having Tess and Sasha come the day of the wedding to help me into my dress. I can honestly not thank them enough for all they did for me. I am truly humbled and so thankful to Tess for the huge role she played in making my wedding day absolutely unforgettable.

I came into my consultation with no idea of what styles I was interested in, but the ladies at Coutour by Tess were so patient and helped me narrow down the perfect selections to try on! I ultimately went with a dress designed by Tess.
Coutour by Tess Bridal gave me not only a BEAUTIFUL wedding gown, but created an amazing experience my family and I will cherish forever.
First off let me start by saying, my entire experience was the absolute BEST! Upon arriving for my initial consultation, I was pleasantly greeted by Tess and her amazing assistant ...
with mimosas and awesome customer service. I had less than 2 months until my wedding and my nerves were all over the place but Tess assured me that she had me covered and promised that I’d find the dress of my dreams. Once I saw all the beautiful gowns that she had, I had no doubt about finding the perfect dress. My consultation was so personal and she really listens to everything you request and want in a wedding gown. After trying on several beautiful gowns, we finally found the ONE and I couldn’t hold back tears! My experience was so magical and still to this day, I thank God for meeting Tess and going to her place of business. She’s definitely a rare gem and everyone that I know who’s getting married will get referred to this amazing business. Thanks for making my wedding dress experience stress free and relaxing! God bless!
Tess knows everything about dresses. She listens to what you’re looking for and really takes care of you. My dress was amazing and thank God she helped me pick it out.
I bought my dress last year from Tess. The entire experience, from my first appointment to my final dress fitting, was amazing. There happened to be a bad storm the night before my...
appointment. I figured Tess would reschedule, but she called me that morning to let me know we were still on for my appointment. I arrived with my mom and we left with my dress an hour later. She had the perfect dress that fit my body. I was a little reserved about the dress, but Tess gave great advice and recommendations. She added some rhinestones to the roses in my dress and I fell completely in love with the dress. I loved that she kept in contact with me during the wedding planning process. At my final fitting, everything went smoothly. Tess was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a wedding dress.
I hope to visit her in 5 years for our wedding vow renewal. :) I know she will have my dress!
