Courtney was amazing, flexible, personable, super talented, and the perfect photographer for our special day. We did engagement photos in March and new before we even saw them that...
we wanted to book her for our wedding. She made the engagement session fun and enjoyable for my husband and I, when neither of us had ever done any kind of photo session before. We were nervous and worried about looking uncomfortable but Courtney reassured us and really made the session fun.
On our wedding day she was organized and helped get everyone together for the photos. She wasn’t afraid to tell someone they were out of shot or move people around, which is great and definitely gave us the best photos with our large family. She also caught all of the details and big moments from our wedding day beautifully. Her turnaround for both sessions was amazingly quick and the communication and access to all of our photos was great. We couldn’t have hoped for a better photographer, and would recommend her to anyone looking to capture their wedding or engagement session.

d, she made us feel completely at ease, she was so open, honest and warm.
I myself am most often completely awkward in front of a camera, but somehow she has a special way of making you feeling comfortable and natural.
We were so impressed with Courtney's professionalism, her communication was remarkable. On the wedding day she was not just our photographer, but also a calming presence helping to direct and support the bridal party. I would wholeheartedly recommend Courtney to any newly engaged couple looking for a great photographer.

them guarantees that AND also eliminates stress. I remember before we met her thinking man I don't want to have to be stressing that the photographer is or isn't capturing those candid special moments... because that's what I wanted captured and she did perfect! She is so kind and friendly and makes every bride feel like a bride not a customer. She knows it's your day and does everything to hhelp make it the best day! And she is awesome at keeping in contact with us even over a year later with her busy schedule she focuses on the small details that mean the most! And that's what she does in her photography as well.
Courtney Mitchell is the absolute best, hands down! To say I was an anxious bride would be an understatement, but Courtney was there every step of the way to answer all my question...
s and put me at ease about the big day. She took my me and my husband’s engagement photos, did our bridal session, and then captured the big day perfectly.
At our engagement session the weather was so cold (because we live in Idaho) , but she made sure we stayed comfortable the entire time and made us look great too! She also found a dream location for the session, since she knew how important the scenery was to me.
At our bridal session she also went above and beyond. She took the perfect shots of my husband and I in it element-the rocky outdoors and did such an amazing job!
During our wedding day, I never had to worry once. Courtney was there to capture every moment and then some. She was on top of everything and so collected and professional.
She very quickly got out a sneak peek to my husband and I, and when the final gallery was delivered, I was in tears! Everything was so perfect!!! She made our day look exactly like it was-perfect for us.
Courtney was always easy to talk to, fun, and punctual. She was everything we could have asked for in a photographer. I’m so so thankful we hired her! Outside of saying “I do”, it was the best decision I made that day!
