We cannot say enough amazing things about Meagan and Core Events! We chose their full-service planning package and started working with Meagan 18 months before our wedding day, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Meagan was incredible at vetting vendors, getting proposals, and helping us build a vendor team that we knew we could trust. Our vendor team was absolutely amazing, and I truly don’t think everyone would have been as organized, communicated as well, or worked together so seamlessly without Meagan coordinating everything behind the scenes. But what I loved most about working with Meagan was that she didn’t just focus on the big things. She was there for ALL of the little details too. Whether I had a tiny question, wanted to talk through a detail that probably didn’t need nearly as much thought as I was giving it, or just needed someone to tell me if I was overthinking something, Meagan was always willing to help. She became such a trusted sounding board throughout the entire planning process, and I always knew I could go to her with anything. As we got closer to the big day, we had weekly meetings, and one of my favorite things about Meagan was that she always started with, “What’s at the top of your mind?” or “What’s causing you stress?” She made sure we addressed those things immediately, which made me feel like I never had to carry the weight of everything myself. And when our wedding weekend finally arrived, I was able to ENJOY EVERY SECOND. I wasn’t worrying about vendors, timelines, setup, or whether everything was going according to plan because I knew Meagan had it handled. She created incredibly detailed design decks to make sure every little detail came to life exactly how I had envisioned it. From the big picture down to the smallest details, she made sure nothing was overlooked. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Meagan made the entire experience feel organized, manageable, and genuinely enjoyable. She anticipated things before we even thought of them, kept everyone on the same page, helped me stay grounded when I was overthinking, and gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire process. If you are considering a wedding planner, I cannot recommend Meagan and Core Events enough. Hiring them was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding, and we are so grateful Meagan was the person who helped bring our vision to life. Leading up to the wedding Meagan offered great resources to stay organized with regular check ins and updates. She took a lot of communication with vendors and the venue off our plates, and on the day of she made sure things went without a hitch. And when we needed to make changes she was very adaptable! We had so much fun and have gotten so much positive feed back from our guests. As mentioned we worked with Meagan for over a year starting with monthly, bi-weekly, and then weekly meetings for updates on everything you could imagine. So much planning and discussions went into our big day and it was great to have someone like Meagan working behind the scenes reaching out to vendors and making sure everything was in order. It really took alot of stress from us. When the big day finally came she was on top of everything to go through as smoothly as possible. erfect as a wedding can go. We did the partial package which was perfect for my partner Sarah and I as I had already picked most of the vendors. Meagan helped us find the final few I had not booked and made working with all of the others so seamless. They all commented on how prepared and efficient she was which made their jobs easier as well!
