Copper Blossom Events

lt entirely from scratch on my parents' ranch in Arizona. Every detail had to be brought in, from infrastructure and rentals to catering and décor. On top of that, our wedding day included multiple locations for getting ready, our church ceremony, portraits, and finally the reception, creating an incredibly complex logistical puzzle. Originally, I hired a luxury wedding planner, but as time went on, I realized I was being treated more like a cookie-cutter client than a bride with a unique vision. The attention to detail simply wasn't there, and I found myself worrying about things that should have been handled by my planning team. Four months before my wedding, I made the difficult decision to part ways and hired Copper Blossom Events — and it was one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. From day one, Abby stepped in with confidence, organization, and genuine care. She immediately helped me secure and finalize key vendors, including our florist and caterer, organized the dozens of vendors already involved, and helped refine countless details that were important to me personally. What stood out most was that she truly listened. She didn't try to fit my wedding into a template—she worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life while offering thoughtful guidance and creative solutions along the way. Then, the week before the wedding, we were faced with what seemed like an impossible challenge. Rain was suddenly forecasted for our wedding day. While Arizona rain in April seemed unlikely when we originally planned, it became a very real possibility. Abby immediately sprang into action and helped source an incredible tent solution on extremely short notice. This wasn't as simple as renting any tent—we needed something large enough to accommodate over 200 guests while preserving the design, layout, and atmosphere I had spent more than two years carefully planning. Somehow, Abby found a solution that protected our guests while still honoring the aesthetic and experience we had worked so hard to create. Throughout the entire process, Abby remained calm, responsive, detail-oriented, and endlessly supportive. She handled challenges before they became problems, advocated for us with vendors, and allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding weekend instead of managing logistics. My wedding was not an easy event to execute, and I genuinely don't know how we would have pulled it off without her. If you're looking for a planner who cares deeply, thinks several steps ahead, and treats your wedding as if it were her own, Abby is the person you want by your side. Thank you, Abby, for helping turn what could have been a stressful situation into the wedding of our dreams. We will be forever grateful. 💛

ng task of planning this wedding from another state, I cannot express enough how much her presence meant to our entire family. I had the opportunity to work closely with Abby throughout the entire planning process, often taking on details to help keep things off the bride’s plate. Abby was incredible to collaborate with—her communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful every step of the way. What meant the most to me personally was that Abby didn’t just take care of the bride—she took care of me, too. She made sure that as the mother of the bride, I was able to truly enjoy the day without stress or worry. I never once felt overwhelmed because I knew Abby had everything completely under control. What truly stood out was her unwavering dedication, even under challenging circumstances. On a unexpected 105-degree day, Abby never once let the heat affect her professionalism or energy. She remained fully present and was focused on the Bride’s wellbeing making sure she stayed hydrated and not overheated, literally running behind her with a portable fan, ice cubes, and water.  Quite simply, Abby was the best!  We feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a wedding planner who genuinely cares and delivers beyond expectations.

After our first call with her, we felt a huge weight off our shoulders, and we can't thank her enough for that. Her execution of every single detail truly brought my dream wedding to life. Having her there throughout the day, quietly making sure I was okay and that everything was running smoothly, meant more to me than I can even put into words. Her constant support, guidance, and reassurance made the entire experience feel effortless. Because of Abby, I was the happiest on that day! Our wedding wouldn't have been possible without Abby and her team! Cannot recommend their services enough!

wedding weekend calm and excited instead of stressed. Early on in planning, Abby helped us create a timeline for when we needed to book vendors and get things done leading up to our wedding day, and I honestly don't know what we would have done without that! We then got Abby involved a month ahead of time to help coordinate our vendors and finalize the decor and other details with our venue in Temecula, CA. She was so organized and on top of everything, and her task list and tentative due dates helped us feel ready for the weekend. Day-of, she and her assistant were there to help make things run smoothly. We never had to worry about vendors getting set up, or wonder where we needed to be and when, because Abby was there to make sure all that was taken care of. We were able to just enjoy our day! It was the best wedding weekend, and it wouldn't have been nearly as wonderful and fun without Abby and Copper Blossom Events' help!

d, they made planning and preparation hassle free both before and on the wedding day! They covered every little detail that my wife and I might’ve missed and were so helpful day of the wedding! Just ask my wife! All I did was play video games till I had to get ready because these gals took care of everything else for us!! Highly recommend, they are not only awesome wedding planners and event coordinators but they’re awesome people to be around! Loved having them there at our wedding (they definitely make the entire thing as smooth as possible and can be great buffers for those you don’t really want to talk to!)

As a Bride, I had so many things to think about, but Abby made the day fly by with ease by making sure all of our vendors were in contact with her on the day of, provided everybody clear timelines, and even wrangled in our huge wedding party when needed, and more!! With her help, I was able to dance the night away! I cannot thank Abby enough for making me and my (now) husband feel so incredibly special and taken care of during our whole wedding process! stination wedding in Sedona, AZ but live in Washington. Abby set up an initial call to learn about my vision, then set off to find the best venue and vendors within budget and make my dreams come true. I requested many changes along the way and Abby was quick to find new options for me that I loved. Her communication style is unmatched. Emails, text, and calls were responded to immediately. She stayed on top of every detail and gave me nudges whenever I needed to make a decision, submit payments etc. This was so helpful for me as my work schedule took over my life. Abby went above and beyond to make sure the decor was how I liked it from sending pics of different options to bringing her own collection of items that the vendor didn't have. Besides being an outstanding planner, she is an amazing person and you can see the pride she takes in her work. She planned my wedding as if it were her own. Once on site, she helped steam my dress, make sure the early arrival guests were taken care of, helped the venue with decor setup and food service. She was everywhere, always. It was magic. At the end of my wedding all my guests were talking about how much they love Abby. Since this was a destination wedding, we asked everyone not to bring gifts but still recieved 2 giant packages. Abby told me not to worry about it and she took care of packing them and shipped them to my house. My wedding was absolutely perfect for us and we owe it all to Abby and Copper Blossom for making it happen!

Not only did her services come with day-of-coordination but also taking over vendor conversations in the weeks leading up to the event itself. Abby means business and I love her for it. She gave me advice on what is needed and not needed and worked within my budget! She truly helped my vision come to life. To say 2022 was a challenging year for me is an understatement, we grieved the loss of my FIL, moved homes, jet setted, recovered from Covid and planned a wedding. Abby definitely adjusted to my needs and never made me feel like I was failing, even though sometimes I felt that way inside. She was definitely the bright light that was needed!!
