I am an extremely organized person and have been planning every detail of my wedding for as long as I can remember. As the day got closer, though, I realized I needed some extra help to make sure everything ran smoothly. At first, I debated hiring a coordinator because I thought I could manage everything myself and just assign a few tasks to my family and bridal party. But I really wanted everyone to be able to enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. After talking with Jess, I felt like she would be a great fit to execute everything I had planned, and I am SO incredibly grateful we hired her as our month-of coordinator! There are so many little things that go into a wedding that I never would have thought of on my own. Jess kept all of our vendors organized, joined our final planning calls, reached out to everyone to confirm timelines, and handled all of the last-minute questions. She worked with our caterer to finalize the plan and asked questions that never would have crossed my mind. She also caught gaps in my planning in the best way possible (like the fact that I completely forgot we would need a cake stand!). On the wedding day, she made sure all of our centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, and in memoriam table were set up. She packed up our card box and swapped it out for our favors halfway through the reception, handed out glow sticks on the dance floor, and checked in on both me and my husband throughout the night to make sure we were doing okay. There were SO many little things she took care of that I honestly don't know who would have handled them if we hadn't hired her. And then, of course, a nor'easter hit on our wedding day. About 24 hours before the wedding, I called Jess with a completely different rain plan than the one we had originally discussed. Instead of moving the ceremony and cocktail hour into our reception space, I decided I really didn't want to compromise on that vision and wanted to move our ceremony to an indoor church 15 minutes away and start the ceremony 30 minutes earlier. Without hesitation, Jess said we could make it work! We communicated the changes to all of our guests and then Jess coordinated with every single vendor, including our caterer, DJ, florist, venue, photographer, videographer, officiant, live musicians, and rental company. Jess took it all in stride and handled the logistics of making everything happen. Despite all of these last-minute changes, the day ran seamlessly. I truly think it would have been impossible to execute my vision the way I wanted without her. Jess would have been an amazing and incredibly valuable addition to our day even if everything had gone exactly as planned. But having someone like her in your corner when the unexpected happens is exactly why I would recommend hiring a coordinator. She allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about all the moving pieces, and I will be forever grateful for that. I cannot speak highly enough about Jess. She will help make your day so special, rain or shine!

Jessica was seriously the BEST! She brought such a fun, calming energy and made the whole day run so smoothly. Wedding planning can be very chaotic and overwhelming and Jessica made everything so easy with her guidance and reassurance!!! She was always communicating with every vendor, knew every little detail, and made sure nothing was missed. Having her there let us actually enjoy the day without having to worry about anything AT ALL. From me forgetting some details day of and Jessica QUICKLY filling the gaps and making sure everything was perfectly the way I envisioned. We’re so thankful for her our day would not have run as smoothly as it did without her. She’s absolutely AMAZING.
