We hired Continuo Music's violin and cello duo to play during our wedding ceremony, and they sounded beautiful! They were professional and accommodating, including when I asked if ...
they could play a song that wasn't on their usual list for my bridal entrance. When a nor'easter forced us to change our ceremony location 15 minutes away and move the start time 30 minutes earlier with only 24 hours' notice, they were flexible and made the changes work without any issues. We are so happy we had them as part of our ceremony and would absolutely recommend them to other couples looking for live ceremony music!
We recently had a church wedding July 2025 and this group was referred by a family friend. Barbara was absolutely amazing! As an overwhelmed bride she took the reins and helped org...

We ended up booking a harpist for our ceremony and a string trio for our cocktail hour, and our guests absolutely loved how they elevated their experience. From the start, Barbara was helpful, friendly, and passionate about what she does. She asked us lots of questions about what we wanted, offered tons of suggestions, and in the end ...

We hired a violin-guitar duet from Continuo for our wedding prelude and ceremony, and are so happy we did! The impact of having live musicians instead of a recording was incredible...
. Our wedding was in a fairly remote location in NYS, but Barbara (the owner) was extremely accommodating and charged a very reasonable travel fee to send the musicians I requested from CT. I unfortunately was "hidden away" for much of the musicians' playing time, but our guests said everything was wonderful. We highly recommend Continuo!
Barbara was so professional throughout the entire planning process. She was quick to respond and gave amazing advice that helped us feel confident ahead of the wedding day. We had ...
a trio of musicians who played music for our ceremony (Barbara was part of the group!) and a pianist who played during our cocktail hour. The music set the tone for the entire wedding day and we could not be happier with how beautiful and memorable it was for us and the guests. Barbara knew our DJ too so setting up sounds and communicating to ensure everything would work went so smoothly. My husband and I were so pleased with everything we recommend Barbara and her musicians to anyone looking for a classic, elegant theme for their ceremony music.

d takes the time to ensure you feel everything is exactly how you want it to be for your special day. I highly recommend Continuo Music and would work with Barbara for other events where music is a must!
Continuo music did a great job for our wedding. The musicians were talented and communication was good leading up to our wedding date. The only things I would change was that the b...
ridal entrance song started up too early, before I was at the top of the aisle. Also, the cocktail hour was moved under a tent due to rain, so the musicians set up inside our reception area instead of under the tent, where they could not be heard at all. Other than that, I think they selected great songs, added a really nice touch to the ceremony, and I would recommend them to others.
