Consilium Events

and beyond to make our entire planning process seamless, fun, and as stress-free as possible. Right off the bat, they spent a lot of time getting to know us, our relationship, and not only what we envisioned for our wedding, but how we wanted the planning process to go. As a type-a planner and micro-manager, I was definitely a bit nervous about working with wedding planners, but was beyond thrilled to immediately see how on-top of every detail they were. Aimee and Natalie take extreme pride in their work - their professionalism and organization is off the charts and we were truly blown away by how smooth the entire process was from end start to finish, including how perfect our wedding day went. Above all, Aimee and Natalie are two of the most genuine, kind, and patient people we've ever met. We feel to grateful to have had the chance to know and work with them, and could not recommend them more highly to anyone looking for an incredible planner.

in. The planning process had become stressful, but right when I needed help, they came and provided it. Our meetings were nothing short of productive and fun! Aimee and Natalie are lovely people and made my family and I feel like we were doing everything right. The day of our wedding, they were a behind the scene presence that never felt overbearing and yet they were always ready to make things happen. The minor issues that arose the day of (e.g. my husband's suit ripping before the ceremony) were handle swiftly and discreetly; Aimee and Natalie were prepared for literally anything, sewing kit ready to fix the groom's suit. As nervous as I was, whenever they spoke to me I was calm and realized that everything would be perfect, and it was a perfect day. I literally could not have done it without them. I will forever recommend Consilium Events to anyone I know getting married.

ght of, they had covered. Their professionalism and organizational skills are beyond amazing. Every meeting leading up to the meeting was well planned out, the day of the wedding ran smoother than I ever thought possible, and it was all due to them. They handled EVERYTHING!! I honestly can't say enough good things about these ladies. And above all they are kind and lovely, and I knew they genuinely cared about the bride & groom, and all of us. I would not hesitate at all to hire these beautiful sisters. They are SIMPLY AMAZING, and that is an understatement!!

ith Aimee to the day of our wedding, we knew we were in incredible hands with this team every step of the way. We utilized their partial planning service. It was so valuable to have check-ins every few weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure we were planning and booking things on track. They offer amazing design support and bring your ideas to life. They are so talented and took the time to get to know us and the vision we had for our wedding so they could help us stay true to that throughout the process. I was blown away seeing our reception space and vision brought to life, it was magical. But truly, what exceeded any expectations I ever could have had was the joy, support, and service they provided on the day of the wedding. It was unreal and something I will cherish for a lifetime. They did not miss executing a single detail, they were such a support throughout the day and also made sure the day went off without a hitch, and they were just the most happy, genuine people to have in your corner on your wedding day. I will be forever grateful that Consilium was part of my wedding day, and to any future bride considering hiring this amazing team - don’t second guess it. I doubted a ton of decisions throughout the planning process but I never once doubted choosing them! That’s because of the level of detail, support, and care they pour into each of their couples. I will shout rooftops how amazing they are to anyone who will listen. Thank you consilium team!

now what it would have been like without them. Seriously reach out now!!!

fic requests for our band and photographer in particular, and they were so helpful and patient with us as we went through multiple rounds of vendor screens and quotes. The vendors they found and connected us with ended up being exactly what we wanted and made our day even more perfect. We were so overwhelmed going into the process and hiring them was the best decision we made as they really helped eliminate a lot of the stress around wedding planning and were super accommodating to our crazy schedules. They even surprised us with a cookie cake on the day of the wedding (which my husband really wanted) when we had gotten too caught up to get one!

red we found ones that were our style and guided us through the selection process. They also checked all of the permitting we needed to ensure everything was up to code. When we had some last minute issues with vendors they went above and beyond and somehow found replacements. Most importantly when it started to rain on our wedding day they helped us execute our rain plan that ensured we still had a perfect day. They can also bustle a wedding dress faster than anyone else I’ve seen! It was invaluable to have wedding planners like Natalie and Aimee. Inevitably some things did not go as planned but their flexibility and experience meant we could focus on enjoying our wedding while they managed the hiccups.

dding day. They not only are detail oriented, but the two of them could not be any more supportive, positive, or patient all throughout our wedding process. They ensured all of our vendors and rentals were at our venue on time and took over the communication process with them so we did not have to stress about anything.  Our wedding day could not have been any more perfect with their help as well. All our wedding dreams and visions were executed to perfection. They were there to set up, queuing us when to walk down the aisle, making sure we had food/water, bustling my dress, staying late to break down the wedding, help pack my parents car, and so so much more. I cannot express how happy we were to have them there for us. My husband and I always say we don't know what we would have done without them!

g. From helping me with my dress to ensuring the Venezuelan crazy hour was a success, these girls are just awesome. My family was so impressed, we already asked them to do our cousin's wedding next. We love these girls and will recommend them to anyone that wants to have a perfect day.

our dream day with their balance of logistics and creativity. In the ~10 months we were planning our wedding, we had 3 different contacts at our venue — this caused us to feel a bit worried and uncertain at times. However, as soon as we connected with Aimee and Natalie, we felt reassured and confident that we would have an amazing wedding weekend with their help. Aimee and Natalie helped to organize and run our rehearsal, buses, venue setup and breakdown, and much, much more. They also secured my veil and bustled my dress before the reception, which took a lot of pressure off my MOH and allowed guests to enjoy the event. We're grateful for Consilium's partnership and know that our day wouldn't have been as special without Aimee and Natalie! Thank you!

for every single item on our to-do list. They calmed our nerves and worries throughout the entire planning process and took every opportunity to remove any amount of stress off our plate. They had our backs when it came to getting our specific details/ideas across to all of our wedding vendors and truly made all our dreams come true for our special day. Aimee and Natalie are amazing listeners, pay incredible attention to detail, and just get the job done right! We highly recommend Consilium Events!

end). Working with Aimee and Natalie as our month of coordinators helped make planning stress free. They were extremely understanding, knowledgeable and kind. They helped bridge many gaps with our venue (and dealing with a very difficult venue contact). They were trustworthy, handled everything day off and allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything would be taken care of. We would strongly recommend them!

ding and were on top of anything and everything day of our event. We were able to enjoy our wedding stress free knowing all of the small details of our wedding were taken care of. Aimee and Natalie visited our venue before our wedding, understood our vision and helped us execute with incredible success. We recommend that any couple looking for wonderful wedding coordinators engage Consilium Events!

. A&N were attentive for ALL those months leading up to the event; helping us review vendor contracts, assure we were sticking to timelines and generally being a soundboard for all the many little decisions that come with wedding planning. We also spent a lot of this time away from the area, so having them as local experts was super helpful when having to make decisions remotely. The day of our wedding is really where they came through for us. A&N are not a clock in and clock out team. They were there for us all weekend and made sure everything was running smoothly; vendors were delivering what was contracted, when there were issues (and there always will be) they were handled professionally and autonomously so we could enjoy our wedding day with our friends and family. We highly recommend Consilium Events for your wedding planning needs! Aimee and Natalie are wonderful people and excellent planners.

kept everything on track with their timeline, they were very prompt to respond whenever we had questions or requests and they took care of all the tiny details that go with all of this. They were very creative, mindful of our budget and full of good suggestions. They were so easy to work with and they relieved our stress because they were very thorough. We had a beautiful day and a wonderful celebration. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

beautiful space, but is not a traditional wedding venue with everything you need onsite. We had to find a caterer, bring in a bar and glassware, linens, chairs, place settings, etc. I am not sure how I would have done this without them. They built mood boards that truly captured my vision. They contacted tons of caterers, walked us through the rentals process, and found us amazing vendors (photog, DJ, glam, florist, ice cream truck, etc.). If I was impressed by their efforts leading up to the wedding, I was BLOWN AWAY by their work the day of. The space came to life under their management of the team and it exceeded my expectations. They ran it so smoothly and our guests all raved about the entire event. I highly recommend Aimee and Natalie to anyone planning a wedding and looking to be stress free!

dn’t force us into anything, just led us with honest and experienced feedback. The day of the wedding they were remarkable. They did so much work, coordinating vendors, decorating, going to multiple locations, etc. They dealt with a ton of unexpected roadblocks very well. Highly recommend and would be happy to use again!!

to plan things so admitting I couldn't do it myself made me a little sad. I can now honestly say looking back, that hiring wedding planners/ coordinators was the ABSOLUTE BEST decision I could have made. All of the crappy parts of planning were made so much easier by having the help of two seasoned pros. I had people who could immediately answer my questions, calm my brain when I was panicking that I would never be able to focus my color scheme and just generally support me through the whole process. They were incredible in all of the lead-up details, but truly shone on the day of the wedding. We had a "back yard" wedding on a very large piece of property that required coordination with so many vendors with lots of moving pieces and there is no shot it would have gone as seamlessly without the incredible amount of work these two put in. I could not recommend Aimee and Natalie highly enough and have already told every single one of my recently engaged friends to hire them. Also you'll probably get to meet Aimee's cat during your video planning sessions, and that is just a great bonus.

I went through and met countless planners because wedding planning is something I literally could not do all on my own (trust me, I tried). Then, when I met Aimee and Natalie, they explained their process and how they would plan everything. I fell in love with them!! They have so many things that other planners don’t. They know exactly what I’m thinking and exactly what I need to know, and they answer my questions before I even need to ask. My wedding day was literally perfect. I had 0 moments of stress and I fully enjoyed my day, which I was always told wasn’t possible!! They cared for me, my bridal party, my family, everyone. They even had my drink of choice ready for me while I was taking pictures, like are you kidding?! They held all of my bridal party girls phones so that they wouldn’t need to stress, they made everyone feel so comfortable that we got to enjoy the entire day. When I tell you these two are the best in this planning business, I mean it. Coming from a perfectionist, they matched every single detail to my vision. Kevin and I seriously cannot thank you both enough for everything you’ve done for us. When I tell you we had the best time at the wedding, it was all because of you guys! Everything was seamless, and you two were right. It is so bittersweet that this wedding is over because I loved every part of planning with you both. You better believe I’m going to need you both to help plan every single event going forward!! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you thank you thank you!!

helping and making it the best day ever!

ok. Not only were they super organized (which we are not) but they made sure we were happy even AFTER the wedding was over. Being a COVID couple was not in any way easy. From making the hard decision to postpone another year, to dealing with the many on and off restrictions, Aimee and Natalie were supportive and super helpful. They were on our side and gave us countless ideas depending on the choices we made (ie masks or no masks, change of venue or keeping the same one, guest counts, decor, etc etc). They checked in on us often to make sure we were doing ok which we appreciated so much on this emotional journey. I honestly don’t know how we could’ve pulled anything off without their expertise. Especially even the last minute decor changes since I forgot some items they made sure to figure things out and make my vision come to life. Aimee and Natalie you and your other consilium colleagues (or angels) saved the day and we can’t thank you enough

make it the smoothest event you’ve ever been too. They went above and beyond to make my day about me? I can’t tell you how many times I we told this is your day it is what YOU want. They are not afraid to get into the thick of it and speak with venders not not doing their jobs so you don’t need to be the one to worry about it. I highly recommend them and don’t have enough space to write all the amazing things

an absolute blast. It wouldn’t have been even remotely close to that without them. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you have done for us, you made our day one of the best days of our lives. Much Love, Morgan & David♥️🎉🍾

and Natalie reassured me everything would work out and they were right! My wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without them. We HIGHLY recommend them and their team for any event you are planning. If they can make a beautiful wedding plan during a pandemic, they can do anything!

They attentively listened to my ideas, addressed my concerns with empathy and compassion and offered strategic solutions to a broad range of questions. Aimee and Natalie are the epitome of professional, poised and organized. Leave all your stress in their very capable hands so you can enjoy your very special day!

ning days before, to the clean up; they put me (the bride) at ease, solved all the last minute issues with grace and professionalism. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but they also executed our wedding vision perfectly (albeit better than I could have). I have personally recommended them to all our friends and family, which isn’t something I often do. I will be using them for all my events in the future.

reassured that the bride and groom could count on them every step of the way. During this pandemic many things were challenged, switched, and changed at the last minute. It was not an easy wedding to plan, and it couldn’t have been executed without the both of them. They worked nonstop at the event and made sure the bride and groom were not bothered with unforeseen situations and circumstances.

cated with us through the whole thing. I was able to actually enjoy our whole wedding without worrying about ANYTHING!! Aimee and Natalie were able to bring our vision to life and it was more beautiful than we could have asked for! Highly recommend!

g plan by researching vendors, sharing ideas, and organizing communication and delivery times between the different companies. They also met with us frequently to acquire ideas for our tastes and wishes for the big day. They were patient listeners and worked to meet our every need. While having a quaint, backyard tent wedding, there are so many moving pieces, but these ladies worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life! We couldn't be happier with how our day turned out and are so thankful we had professional help and support through the process. We would recommend these ladies and their team for any special event you may need help planning.

e Consilium ladies created for us. Our daughters worked with them to help make their vision a reality and we were completely surprised! The party had a black and gold theme and no detail was left out! There was a wonderful jazz duo playing as we mingled with our friends and family, savored some Italian tapas, and took pictures for a modern polaroid guest book at the rooftop bar and restaurant where the party was held. I have now hired Consilium Events for my daughter’s baby shower and look forward to working with them to create another special event for our family!

importantly, finding a venue and vendors within our budget. Our planners were knowledgeable and respectful of our budget, which was very important to me! They helped us save money by teaching us how to do DIY projects instead of buying all of the decor my fiance wanted to use. I heard horror stories from friends about how chaotic the month before the wedding was and was worried. Our planners made the last month a breeze - my fiance and I arrived for our wedding weekend feeling calm, relaxed, and so ready that we were able to squeeze in a pre-wedding spa day. Our wedding was perfect in every way and the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have done this without Consilium Events - thank you!

to help. They came highly recommended from a friend who used them for a party. During our first meeting they worked with me to come up with an afternoon tea theme that my sister loved! I picked the invitations and linens that I knew my sister would like and Consilium Events helped with the rest. On the day of her shower my sister was so surprised and happy! She loved the Mimosa Bar, tea cups and saucers as shower favors, and the delicate fascinator the Consilium planners picked as a surprise for her. I definitely could not have pulled this off by myself and everyone commented on how great the shower was!

e was instrumental in teaching us how to make our own decor in order to save money and we received numerous compliments from our guests. My wife and I will definitely contact the Consilium team for our future events!
