About this vendor
Hey! I'm Connor and I would love to capture YOUR story!
I've called Palmer, Alaska my home for 25 years. I love exploring the outdoors, sleeping under the stars, brewing a killer cup of coffee, and taking photos of people madly in love. It's 100% the best job in the world!
I love telling stories through photographs. Stories of intimate days filled with real life moments.
I'm here to be the closest thing to a friend shooting your wedding. I'm the guy who's gonna crack inappropriate jokes with you and be your ride or die wingman. I'm so ready to capture your love story so you can relive all of your quirky and happy wedding moments long after the cake has been devoured.
Well, enough talking about me, I want to hear about you. I want to hear YOUR story! Feel free to drop me a line, or send me an email, and lets get to talkin' (over coffee of course).
P.S. Grandmas love me (at least my grandma does)

Connor was absolutely fantastic and made one of the most important moments of our lives feel effortless.
I reached out to him to photograph a surprise proposal in Hatcher Pass, an...
d from the very beginning he went far beyond simply showing up with a camera. He helped me think through the exact location, road access, lighting, weather contingencies, privacy, and even how he could stay hidden in plain sight without giving anything away. Heck, he even offered unsolicited restaurant recommendations on where we could go afterwards to celebrate the engagement! We had changing Alaska weather to work around, and his local knowledge and calm approach gave me a huge amount of confidence going into the evening. He sent me a literal map of the proposal area with yellow circles highlighting where he would be and red circles indicating best areas for me to stand. This made everything so easy.
On the day itself, everything worked perfectly. He was discreet during the proposal, captured the moment beautifully, and then made the engagement photos afterward feel relaxed and natural rather than staged. He was also just a genuinely great person to spend time with, which matters a lot when you’re in such an emotional moment. My fiancé, Jana, and I both commented afterwards that he feels like someone we would be friends with back home!
The photos themselves are stunning. Super cinematic and Conor managed to capture us looking very natural. He brought four different cameras with him so captured us with a range of different lenses and even film types. If you’re looking for someone for a proposal, engagement, elopement, or any important moment in Alaska, I could not recommend him more highly. Thank you Connor!
The best decision I made for our dream wedding. We did a Wes Anderson theme, and he BROUGHT IT. His style was right on par with our vision. He is so chill, fit right in to the part...
y, and I am so pumped to get our photos back, I know they are going to be just as unforgettable as the day was.

hich made the picture taking such a great experience! not to mention our pictures were absolutely STUNNING, had both me and my husband in tears looking through them. I cannot recommend Connor enough!
I don’t even know where to begin. If you need a photographer, Connor is the one! He is so kind, professional, and UNBELIEVABLY talented. My husband and I, as well as our families a...
re completely blown away by our wedding album. In fact, it has already been almost four months and there hasn’t been a day we haven’t looked through them. We reached out to a bunch of different photographers in Alaska and chose Connor for many reasons. He was willing to photograph our entire day, not just a couple of hours. He was down for the adventure of driving all around Cordova with us to get couples photographs in the places we wanted and he even used his drone to get some overhead shots - which ended up being some of our absolute favorites. Connor captured our day perfectly and he really listened to what we were hoping to see in our wedding album. Connor even brought me snacks in the afternoon when I realized I hadn’t eaten yet and he printed us sneak peek polaroids before our reception even started… unreal. Connor made us feel so comfortable and honestly just felt like a friend even though we had just met him. I can’t say enough about how fantastic Connor is, he really goes above and beyond. We are so grateful that he photographed our special day!

rous games that were making us laugh constantly, so he could capture our candid moments. Very professional and fun to work with. Will book him for an engagement shoot when the time comes 👀
We had such an amazing experience with Connor! As a super awkward person when it comes to being photographed, he made us feel comfortable and goofy so our pictures turned out PERFE...
CT and relaxed. He has a great eye for photo composition and the end result is so beautiful. These photos single-handedly adorn our entire house. I couldn’t ask for more from a photographer. 11/10 experience.
P.S. Connor is even great with dogs!!!
Where do I even begin?? Connor was absolutely amazing at my best friends wedding. I wasn’t even the bride and I thought he was so accommodating, caring, friendly, and extremely hel...
pful! Connor truly captured my best friends wedding with such grace and elegance. He is punctual, kind hearted, and has a great eye to capture what you want. He was great at listening and truly wanted the bride to love her photos! He traveled a long way and honestly felt like a friend. He was not only the photographer but we was a person to look to for direction and guidance. He even found the bride some snacks when she was hungry! Like who does that?? He was so respectful of the wishes of the couple and stayed the entire weekend of the wedding. He included himself in our group and talked to everyone which was very nice and it was easy to be comfortable with him for pictures. Connor you take amazing photos, are a great business man, and friend. Keep doing amazing work! And ladies if you’re debating on hiring this man… do yourself a favor and book him ASAP!
I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and Connor was their photographer for the event.
Connor was fantastic in every sense of the word. The stunning pictures are just the tip ...
of the iceberg with him. He was friendly, kind, and extremely professional. He was prepared for everything including handing out gum or helping cut loose strings off of dresses . He was extremely flexible with changes in timing and was overall just pleasant to have around on my friend's special day. Couldn't recommend him more! Thanks again Connor!!
Connor was absolutely the best choice for our Alaska photo shoot and I am incredibly happy with our photos. My recommendation - just hire him for your special day, and you won’t be...
disappointed:)
My husband and I have a tradition of hiring a photographer every time we go someplace cool - photos are the best souvenir (and I bring my wedding dress:-D). For our trip to Alaska, I spent a lot of time searching for the right photographer and was blown away by Connor’s work.
Leading up to the shoot, Connor did a fantastic job in helping us choose a location and was extremely patient as I kept changing my mind:-D I think I finally decided on a location literally the day before our scheduled shoot! He is one of the most laid back photographers we’ve worked with and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
The day of the shoot, it was like having a (extremely talented) friend take our photos, which really made the shoot relaxed and enjoyable. We had a blast hanging out with Connor.
Also, I highly recommend ordering at least a few prints from the shop he partners with - they are some of the highest quality prints I have and work beautifully with his style. Picking which photos to print was a challenge as I really did love them all!
Normally I’m to much of a cheap skate to hire a photographer but words can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am that I chose Connor as our photographer!!!! If you are on the ...
fence, do it! You will not regret it. I first met Connor at one of my best friends wedding where he was the photographer and he was so easy to work with and their photos turned out amazing, I just knew I had to hire him for my wedding. He was monumental in finding the perfect photo locations, going over all the pre wedding details, making sure I got all the specific photos I wanted, he even got my fiancé to smile in all the photos and let me tell you what that’s not an easy task but he did it effortlessly!! Oh and just in case you needed another reason to choose him, he brings snacks for you on the day of, I mean hello snacks!!!! So stop thinking about it and hire Connor as he is the best.
Connor came highly recommended by a friend and rightly so. Not only did he recommend some beautiful locations for the photoshoot (we ended up picking Thunderbird Falls) but he made...
us feel so comfortable and gave great directions which resulted in the pictures turning out amazing!
If you're looking for high quality, intimate photoshoot in which you want to incorporate the stunning landscapes of Alaska, Connor is the photographer for you.
Also I have to add, thank you Connor for the most gorgeous pictures but also for kinda saving my life when I was sliding down the slippery frozen waterfall haha We so appreciate you climbing such risky angles just to get some good shots!
