Lori, the event planner, is the kindest and most flexible person to work with. She and her team really go above and beyond to accommodate ANY wants/needs you have for your big day. She consistently checks in throughout the planning process and responds super-fast 7 days a week! She helped me think of details I would have missed otherwise. The food is delicious! If you are considering CCC and another venue, try the food and you will choose them :) We had a great experience at our tasting and we were allowed to bring our parents with us. They accommodated all of our dietary concerns with no problem. The food was just as delicious on our big day. Not a single guest had any complaints and we still have people raving to us about how good it was! Our other vendors really enjoyed CCC and the staff as well and made a point to tell my husband and I how awesome they were to work with! We were really looking forward to taking our entire wedding party out on golf carts for pictures, but the weather did not cooperate with us. Even so, we had multiple spots for fantastic pictures! The golf carts will be an added bonus for anyone who gets a beautiful day! Hands down, THE BEST experience ever! We will recommend this gem to everyone we know and will definitely be using it for all of our parties moving forward. Take a tour and see for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed!

vice at CCC was simply outstanding. All of the specific details I requested for my wedding - from decorations, to a specific beer offering - were taken into consideration and executed flawlessly. The club offered us a lovely space for our private bridal party cocktail hour with our own server, Maria, who was oustanding. She helped the bridal party during cocktail hour/entrances and was there to cater to our every need as bride and groom the entire evening. Our guests raved about the food offerings provided as well! Responsiveness Laura, the club manager, is your key contact. Have tons of questions? She responded to most of my emails within a few hours, or at the latest, 24 hour time period. If you're an email communicator like me, you'll love working with her! Professionalism In the category of professionalism, CCC also gets high marks. Though our wedding was smaller and they could have turned us down to book a larger wedding on a prime Saturday in October, we were given the royal treatment all the way. We were not charged extra or given a minimum for getting married in a prime wedding month either. When we first saw CCC, we knew it was the place for us and never regretted our decision for a moment. Value The value of CCC is OUSTANDING! They offer so many options and packages that can be customized to meet your budget. You can choose anything from a very basic buffet or sit down chicken dish for a very reasonable per person price to a great sit down filet or even action stations (our choice) - which, while costing more per person, is still so very reasonable for the Chester County area. Flexibility This is the place where CCC really shines. If you have a strict budget in mind, they can work with you to add/remove pieces to your package in order to meet your needs. If I had to give one critique, it would be in this category, and it was because there was almost too much flexibility! (Hardly a critique) We were struggling between the sit down dishes available and the standard buffet options. After discussing with Laura, she told us we could do a station concept and include food that was not even mentioned in the package options. While we LOVED this option, and it was ultimately what we decided to do, it was a little challenging to hash out the final menu without having a list of items to choose from. While this may have caused a little stress during the planning process, we loved the set up AND food, as did our guests. It was well worth any stress! If I could give two pieces of advice to couples considering CCC, it would be this: 1. Don't let the word "Coatesville" scare you away. It's a hidden gem, a beautiful club and a wonderfully serene country setting. 2. Ask questions - LOTS of questions! You'll definitely need to be your own wedding coordinator to some extent and ask how to properly execute some of the details of your wedding...but don't worry, Laura is amazing, happy to answer all your questions and put your mind at ease. CCC helped to make our wedding day the best of our life. HIGHLY recommended!
