Hiring Casey was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was so fun to work with throughout the whole process. We were planning our Maine wedding from out of state, ...
and I cannot imagine trying to do this without her knowledge of the industry and expertise which was such an amazing help to us. From the very beginning, she helped bring our vision to life, guiding us through countless design decisions and creating a cohesive, beautiful aesthetic that felt uniquely "us." Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the final result exceeded anything we could have imagined.
In addition to her amazing work planning leading up to the event, on the wedding day, Casey was absolutely incredible. She managed every aspect of the event with professionalism, organization, and calm confidence. Even with us making a couple of last minute changes, she was able to integrate everything seamlessly into our timeline. Because of her incredible coordination, everything ran seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing us, our families, and our wedding party to be fully present and enjoy the day. We never had to worry about timelines, vendor logistics, or unexpected issues because Casey was already handling them.
Beyond her talent and expertise, Casey was a joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was responsive, creative, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our wedding special. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and cannot recommend her highly enough to any couple looking for someone who can both design a beautiful event and execute it flawlessly. Thank you, Casey, for helping create the wedding of our dreams!
TL;DR: Coastline is the best wedding planning service and they made our entire wedding experience perfect. 10/10 would recommend to any friend getting married.

Casey ...
and the Coastline team are absolutely incredible. From day one, Casey made us feel grounded in the wedding process. She’s incredibly honest, organized, and decisive, which made it so easy for us to make confident choices. My husband and I are both Type A people, and Casey made planning a breeze. She provided clear tools, timelines, and checklists that kept us perfectly on schedule, and she was always willing to hop on a call to talk through ideas or decisions.
Her vendor relationships are amazing. She worked seamlessly with our entire team and ensured everyone went into the wedding day completely aligned and organized. Beyond her logistics skills, Casey is insanely creative. We had a lot of unique ideas for our wedding, and every single one was met with a “can do” attitude. She even hand built our wedding stage and ran our chaotic rehearsal with total grace.
What stood out most though was Casey’s temperament. She’s calm, grounded, and thoughtful, exactly the energy you want leading up to your wedding day. Whenever we were nervous or overwhelmed, she reminded us that everything was under control and that it was going to be the best day ever, and she was right.
Long story short, if we could do it all over again, Casey would be our first call. We’re forever grateful for her and the Coastline team. They truly made our wedding experience perfect.
We cannot imagine our wedding without Casey. From our first call, we knew she was the coordinator for us. She has a calm, no-nonsense demeanor and a wonderfully warm and kind perso...
nality – she is exactly the person you want on your team for your wedding day. We booked Coastline for coordination because we wanted to be really hands-on in planning our wedding, but the level of support we had even “only” booking coordination was so spectacular. As we were planning our Maine wedding from New York City, Casey was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. Throughout planning, we felt absolutely at ease knowing we had her support, and when it came to the week and day of we were perhaps the calmest bride and groom our loved ones had ever seen. When an unexpected plus-one showed up before the ceremony, Casey immediately said, “Don’t worry about it,” and found a space for them at dinner, making sure that we did not feel stressed, and handling it delicately enough that no one felt awkward. We truly had the time of our lives and felt like we were working with friends. She and Alex took such good care of us on our wedding day – our glasses were never empty, and they made sure the day flow so flawlessly. There aren’t enough “thank you’s” in the world to express the gratitude we feel for Casey and the Coastline team.
Casey is the absolute best there is! We planned a backyard ceremony and a reception at a separate venue and Casey, Alex, and the Coastline team coordinated transportation for our g...
uests, catering, photo/video, hair & makeup, rentals/decor, florals, and the band, often at both sites, to make sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day.
Throughout the process, Casey took the time to get to know us, our style and preferences, and addressed our many questions and concerns as we are not based in Maine. Her in-depth knowledge of and relationships with the many vendors we evaluated and ultimately worked with made all the difference.
We got many comments after the wedding about how thoughtful our design was, but none of that vision would have been brought to life without Casey's can-do (or already-done) attitude and passion for her work.
On top of dealing with everything else, Casey handled a few issues with a newer, more difficult vendor to the point where we barely knew anything was wrong. Casey is a consummate professional and we would strongly recommend her to any couples looking to get married in Maine!
Casey and the entire Coastline team were incredible. We hired the Coastline team for a day of event coordinating services & we truly cannot recommend them enough! Casey was a good ...
communicator throughout the planning process & guided us through the tricky & chaotic situation of a last-minute wedding day change due to weather. She and her team handled the both date change-up and the event itself seamlessly & made for a truly beautiful & stress-free wedding day.

dparent’s backyard, which involved lots of coordination with vendors and problem-solving as weather conditions changed. Casey was helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process - her zoom calls were organized and helped us think ahead about the most important aspects of the day, and she was very responsive via email. She helped us find a lower cost transportation shuttle and was generally a wealth of knowledge about vendors in Maine! The weekend of our wedding, Casey and her assistant were flexible with changes to the wedding party processional, and even broke out their toolbox to fix our wedding arch when it fell over in the wind and the wooden backing snapped. They set the tables beautifully, and took care of all of our wedding decor as we got ready for the day. We cannot recommend Casey & Coastline Weddings highly enough!
Casey was amazing!!! She had the best ideas to help make our wedding special and unique. She also did the flowers and they were absolutely stunning. As long as Casey is there with...

d out about any issues (which were minor) until the end of the evening, which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our wedding! Casey is highly knowledgeable about local Maine vendors and recommended several to us after we struggled to find hair & makeup, signage, transportation and dessert during this especially busy wedding season. She always answered our questions and gave us good advice and ensured we weren't missing anything while in the planning process. We hired her for day-of, but really, we worked with her during the entire planning process. She and team were so professional during our wedding - our guests complimented us on how well they managed the event. I'd highly recommend Casey and Cassandra Marie Events for your wedding day!
She is wonderful! She thought of every detail and made our wedding perfect. I am so happy that I called her. She made planning a wedding so less stressful. I highly recommend us...

Working with Casey as our wedding coordinator was the absolute BEST decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. I truly don’t know how we would’ve executed our...
big day without her. While planning, she helped us create the most detailed, realistic timeline and thought of many important details that never even crossed our minds. On our wedding day, she kept us on track, guided the wedding party and worked with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about anything. And I didn’t worry about anything on our wedding day, because of Casey. She had literally everything under control, and everything went as planned due to her coordination and diligence. I attribute how smooth it all went to her! Thank you for being so helpful, organized, communicative and kind - and for the most perfect day!

ere so happy we hired her to help us. They day went so smoothly and it was great to not have to think about any of the logistics on the day of the wedding- we got married on an island so there were a ton of logistics! She decorated our space so perfectly, walking onto our venue and seeing how she transformed our space was one of the highlights of our day!
We are SO thankful that Casey was our wedding day coordinator. We honestly wouldn't have been able to pull off our wedding without her! She helped us create a wedding timeline that...
included small details that we didn't even think about. It was helpful knowing the plan for the day ahead of time and our vendors were very thankful that everything was so organized. It was a HUGE relief on our wedding day knowing that Casey had everything under control. We didn't have to worry about anything other than celebrating with friends and family. Casey made sure that everything ran smoothly and that everything went as planned. She's extremely professional.
Not only was she a huge help with wedding planning, but she was also our florist! We received so many compliments on the flowers and table arrangements. About a week before our wedding, we realized we needed to add one large floral arrangement for our ceremony and Casey made it happen!
We can't thank Casey enough and highly recommend her!

We always wanted a rustic wedding and Casey knew right where to start. We found an affordable venue! A beautiful barn that had much of what we needed included. They had a bar, tab...
les, chairs, and a beautiful outside space for the ceremony and lawn games. We were on a budget and like to do things ourselves, but Casey was there to assist. She helped getting our flowers. We had amazing bouquets from Skillins, but chose to get our decorative/centerpiece flowers from Trader Joe's and Sam's club. She suggested bar tenders and caterers that fit our budget. Our BBQ was amazing! She even had items that we could rent that added to how fun our day was! The cornhole boards were amazing! Our guests said our wedding was a blast! The major benefit of hiring Casey... to not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She was there to set up, helped us with our rehearsal, and just let us enjoy all of it. She was there from start to finish. If you are looking for some one that is attentive, detailed, willing to get creative on a budget, and just really a life saver... hire Casey you won't regret it.
I got married in August of 2016 and Casey was a huge part in helping me brainstorm, plan and execute my ideas. My wedding felt like a real life Pinterest board, thanks to her. She ...
listened to what I wanted, gave input of her own and made sure everything ran as smoothly and perfectly as possible. She was in constant communication with my vendors so I didn't have to be. I wasn't worried about any logistics in the days leading up because I knew I was in good hands and Casey was handling it. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their special day to be one that is completely perfect and stress-free.
