got everything set up on time. There was a point in the night when they brought out fresh guacamole and everyone cheered because it was that good! I would highly recommend working with them for a future event.
The husband and wife are the sweetest, kind folks. The menu creation/process was easy, thanks to their suggestions and expertise. I went all out with drinks, tacos, salsa bar, char...
cuterie board, sides, churros, etc. You have many choices of meat for tacos. We personally loooved the al pastor the most! We picked a variety of meats and veggie options for tacos. The chef, the star of the show, had such a professional set-up for his cooking station and food. He was smiling and enjoying himself, and he should be so proud of his business and services. Coastline catering communicated so well between me and my wedding coordinator. Many guests during dinner got my attention and yelled at how GOOD the food was with a smile and thumbs up. The guests wouldn't stop talking about Coastline Catering's quality! Worth the investment! Coastline Catering is a memorable vendor. Their impression is everlasting. You guys went above and beyond for our wedding. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and support. You HAVE TO work with these guys! They're truly the best.
