h him numerous times including the morning of the wedding and the 3 days prior, very unprofessional that he wrote down the wrong date on his calendar.  He ruined the photography of the wedding with NO professional photos taken. Spent thousand on the wedding with the yacht, vendors, hair and makeup, etc.  All ruined and a waste of money. Thank God for one of their freelance help, Mia (crew) took lots of photos, but just not professional photos, but she was a life saver.  She saved the day with her photos. And I DO NOT recommend officiant Connie M. from  ALL in 1 weddings. I believe she used our wedding to break through into yacht weddings in addition to her beach weddings.   Photo shopped our photos and used them on her FB page  (seems to be removed now) , after we specifically told her not to as she did NOT Have permission. Our wedding was beautiful because of who was there and the beautiful memories shared.  But we  would NEVER recommend Ryan R. or Connie M. And while Jason and Tina from Coastal tried helping, they weren’t very friendly and seemed to be annoyed when  we needed to see the yacht a few times before the wedding, and seemed bothered when asking questions. A Yacht wedding….we needed help and needed maybe an extra touch of customer service,  which always seemed like a chore to them.  Easy questions to answer and easier in person to visualize. Where we walk, where guests sit, music, etc.  We were allowed to come 2 times and rushed off in 5/10 minutes after a long drive to Fort Lauderdale.   They were always getting ready for the next charter.  Guess our thousands we spent meant nothing. They even defending Ryan after many tears shed by myself. I felt they were making it light of the situation defending him. We did get our money back from Ryan. R., But the fact that any of this happened by any vendors is completely unprofessional.  Not a party, not some booze cruise, our wedding day!
