out every detail of our wedding day. Anytime I asked to hop on a call to go over details, he made the time. He genuinely listened to my ideas, questions, and concerns and gave me such a sense of comfort knowing we were in the best hands.
Not only is George an incredible human being, but his passion and love for what he does are so evident. He genuinely CARES, and that makes all the difference.
I am a music lover at heart, so the music and overall atmosphere of our wedding were incredibly important to me. I had very specific songs I wanted played at certain moments throughout the evening, and George absolutely delivered. He has an incredible ability to read the dance floor, understand the crowd, and create the perfect energy throughout the night.
One thing I especially appreciated was how attentive, approachable, and genuinely happy he was throughout the entire evening. Every time I came up to him, he greeted me with the biggest smile and was always willing to listen. There was never a moment when I felt like I was bothering him or asking too much.
Planning a wedding from St. Louis, while getting married out of town, came with its challenges, but George made the entire process feel fun, lighthearted, and seamless. He was consistent with communication, incredibly accommodating, and always made me feel like everything was going to work out beautifully. He knew when to transition into the next part of the night without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. That balance is something I appreciated more than he probably realizes.
Being a past wedding vendor myself, I truly believe that when you hire wedding vendors, you're not just paying for a service. You're investing in people who are going to be part of one of the most important days of your life. George is worth that. The experience, professionalism, energy, genuine care, and peace of mind he brings are invaluable.
My ONLY regret from the entire evening is that we didn't get a picture together at the end of the night lol.

d in June 2023, we knew we wanted coastal Dj quickly after seeing the music keep the event alive and popping with energy, and the drop lights literally light up the room. We had a few phone calls with George prior to our wedding and felt we were well prepared for our day in terms of understanding the timeline, knowing what songs they needed our input on, and other details regarding the salsa (AKA photo) booth we booked. The day of arrived and George arrived with plenty of time, well before guests needed to arrive, to start setup for our outdoor ceremony. We flowed seamlessly from ceremony space, to our outdoor cocktail area, to inside for our reception. Some of our vendors commented they’ve never seen so many people on the dance floor and while our friends and family love to dance, I definitely attribute it to the great vibe George curated for the room! We would definitely recommend working with Coastal DJ!
