Coastal Coordinates

eber asking? Boy was I wrong! Lindsy guided my daughter through every step of the way, and saved us money on several occasions. When the wedding week-end finally arrived Lindsy was just everywhere: directing us, encouraging us and dealing with all of the last minute details. She was just invaluable, and I highly recommend her company for your upcoming wedding needs, you will not be disappointed!!

ent without stress. Her guidance and advice throughout the planning process were invaluable — thoughtful, experienced, and always spot-on. On the day of the wedding, every detail was handled flawlessly, and we felt completely supported and at ease. We are so grateful for her dedication, organization, and care, and couldn’t imagine our wedding without her. Highly, highly recommend!

ts of the island that we were even able to pull this wedding weekend off— she is truly the GOAT of Catalina wedding planning! We had 3 events on 3 nights at 3 different venues on the island, and Lindsy and her team ensured that all 3 ran seamlessly and looked gorgeous.  Lindsy connected me with the perfect florist for me. Her recommendation of who would work best with me and my personality/“wiring” was 100% spot on. She had a great read on me and what I needed, and connected me with someone who understood my communication style and made the floral process very smooth, and absolutely delivered on the wedding weekend. And I have Lindsy to thank for that! The 6 months leading up to our wedding weekend in December was not the easiest, mostly due to difficult family dynamics in planning the welcome party and rehearsal dinner. Lindsy stayed calm and collected (when I could not, lol) and finessed some really serious tension with the individuals creating issues, so that we could have our events the way we sought to have them unfold. I want to specifically note Lindsy’s skill and the way she was an absolute pro in the face of real family drama— not that she wants to deal with more of that (lol), but know that if you have some sticky family stuff happening, you can rest-assured that you are in incredibly competent hands with Lindsy. She approaches family disagreements with a gifted and political touch that I can only dream of having, and I would not have made it to the wedding weekend without her. Lindsy took the extra step of letting the vendor team know what to expect heading into the wedding weekend, so that everyone was prepared and knew how to navigate things to do their jobs effectively. She is the perfect captain of a vendor team! Lindsy was the calm in the storm of the wedding day and quickly adapted to issues that unfolded. I was sick for 2 hours in the morning which threw off the timeline considerably, but Lindsy is such a pro that she kept things moving and reworked others so that we were only 30 minutes behind schedule to the venue for pre-ceremony photos— a true miracle!!!! My mom kept referring to Lindsy as our own personal Tree Paine (iykyk), and we are so grateful for her! I’d also like to speak to the care and competence of the whole Coastal Coordinates team, because everyone we worked with did a wonderful job. On the day-of prior to the ceremony, lead assistant Sierra handled (yet another) an extremely difficult family situation with SUCH professionalism and grace in the face of some truly icky and unpleasant interactions. The 2 assistants who held my dress/train and waited with me and my dad “in the wings” during the processional were so calm and attentive— exactly the energy I needed in that moment! At one point I got tired of standing and told them that I was going to squat for a bit (which they needed to know, since they were holding my dress, lol), and one of them quickly said, “go for it, but let me see if I can find you a chair!” And came back about 45 seconds later with a chair for me to sit in. There’s so much more I could say, but to summarize: hire Coastal Coordinates! Lindsy and her team are competent and compassionate and move through wedding planning and execution with grace and ease— you are in excellent hands!

Lindsy is a total pro - she's incredible knowledgable about the industry, and has excellent vendor recommendations and relationships. She's got an eye for design and our wedding felt elevated and cohesive, and she created our vision perfectly. Beyond that, Lindsy is a joy to work with and all around great person. Her positive attitude and problem solving skills kept me calm and grounded throughout highs, lows and stressful moments that come with planning a wedding. Our wedding was picture perfect down to every last detail, and Lindsy and her team executed every moment of the day flawlessly from start to finish. Cannot recommend Lindsy enough to any couple who wants a smooth wedding planning experience and beautiful event!

d comfortable before and during your big day. That is a very rare combo. As a type-a person I was worried I'd be obsessing on timeline and details, but the way that Lindsy lead us kept me calm and allowed me to be completely present with my friends and loved ones. Lindsy also has impeccable style. Wether you need her to come up with a vision, or support and build on your own - she will make it come true, always being honest about what will work best for your given event space based on her ample experience. In the weeks leading up, we completely entrusted her with final decisions because we knew we were in good hands. Lastly, Lindsy is a really good person. You'll enjoy your time with her, and she will look after you and your family. I didn't know this until after the wedding, but before our welcome party, she noticed that my mom was shivering a bit and might need additional layers. I'd also shared with Lindsy that my mom has parkinsons. With grace and subtlety, Lindsy got my mom everything she needed and more, to ensure she was comfortable. The fact that I didn't know about this until after the fact is a testament to her character and genuine care for those she works with. Thank you Lindsy!

t so smoothly and I couldn’t ask for a better a team. I am truly grateful for all their hard work. They really made our dream become a reality.

free, and beautifully because of her. She kept us organized, calm, and fully present, and our guests are still raving about how seamless everything felt. Highly, highly recommend.

We were able to be fully present and enjoy every second because they had everything under control. We tell everyone we know to book her for their wedding, and we always will. She is exceptional!

ht so much calm and was highly organized that my husband and I could just relax and truly be present. I’m sure there were a million little things going on behind the scenes, but we never had to worry about a single detail. The whole day felt smooth, professional, and honestly just joyful from start to finish. Lindsy was always there making sure we were happy, and you could tell she genuinely loves what she does. hen I was struggling to make decisions. Her expertise made my wedding planning experience way less stressful. Her wedding checklist/packet gave me such peace of mind! Her knowledge and experience in wedding planning truly made me feel at ease. She is professional, skilled, and just an overall great person. My wedding day went perfectly and turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Lindsy and her team made my wedding day look like it was straight out of a magazine!! I could not have dreamed of a better day, thanks to Lindsy executing and bringing it all together perfectly. She is truly talented. I am forever grateful! 10/10 recommend!!

using her services in an a la carte way. This was not my husband's or my first wedding so we didn't need the full A to Z style, hand-holding service that I didn't need; which, would have been very costly. Her relaxed style also resonated with me and she was very easy to work with. She emailed all the guidelines/organizational paperwork that helped me to stay on track. She was quick to respond to my text messages, when I needed a quick answer to something. Her staff on wedding day were beautiful, professional, pleasant, and carried the same fun and light-hearted energy. It made me feel at ease knowing they were waiting on the wings, ready to step in where help was needed. I really liked Lindsy as a person and would like to see a person like her thrive professionally as well.

fun with us along the way. Once the wedding day came we were able to be totally carefree! I only wish I had another event coming up so I could continue working with them. If you are deciding on a planning team 100% go with coastal coordinates!!!

planning process a dream. She truly made everything feel effortless and enjoyable, and I’m so thankful for her support every step of the way. We can’t thank Lindsy and her team enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the very start, Lindsy’s vendor recommendations were spot-on and truly helped create the flawless event we envisioned. On the big day, we felt completely at ease knowing everything was in such capable hands. Her team was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, and Lindsy went above and beyond to ensure that our entire wedding weekend ran smoothly. about Laguna and has amazing relationships with all of the vendors. Lindsy guided us through the planning process, answering all of our questions along the way and truly bringing our vision to life. On the day of everything turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined and Lindsy’s team was there to help with whatever we needed. Laguna Beach which is really helpful if you’re getting married there. Her and her team were ALL STARS on our wedding day. We didn't lift a finger, they were on top of everything plus they were so kind and fun to be around. You’ll be happy you hired CC. Just do it. (:

t of. She was so helpful with sharing quick links for tried and true items for our wedding day. Lindsy helped start conversations with various vendors as well- she has a great relationship with some of the best vendors in the area! We got married in Laguna Beach, finding a planner that works in this area and is from here was so helpful with all the advice she gave. Wedding day: Everything turned out beautiful!! We got so many complements on how smooth our wedding was. I know for a fact Lindsy and her team were a big reason we all felt this way! We ended up extending our wedding night day of by an hour, Lindsy coordinated this with all the vendors night of to make sure this was okay and the end of our wedding continued to be smooth! We can’t recommend Lindsy enough as a planner! She is so knowledge, up to date on trends, understands classic looks, and has a dream team of people supporting her! Thank you Lindsy for helping give our dream wedding <3

we booked her. My only regret is not booking Lindsy earlier!!! She truly knows the ins and outs of the industry and made our wedding day so stress free. I’m so thankful we booked her and I would reccomend to any bride to be. Lindsy truly cares and goes above and beyond!!! Book her asap if you’re a bride shopping for a planner. You’ll be thankful you did!😊

to know everyone. We were confident that Lindsy and her team would have the timeline and the vendors coordinated seamlessly, which it was - we had a beautiful, unforgettable wedding!

her resources provided for the year we planned made an enormous difference in keeping us organized and on the right path!! Day of, there is no one else I would've wanted with us! Lindsey did a phenomenal job herding our crew and keeping everything flowing smoothly. As the bride, I was not aware of one single snafu on wedding day - which allowed me to be present with my friends, family, and new husband! Even our other vendors were complimentary of the whole Coastal Coordinates team :) I would hire Lindsy & crew over and over and over again. Our day was nothing short of perfect and that is because of CC!

rs in Orange County. She pays so much attention to detail and ensures nothing is missed so you can enjoy your special day. Couldn’t recommend Coastal Coordinates more!

ogether, Lindsey and her staff, and there many years of experience putting on weddings on Catalina Island, She was able to guide my bride and I on the smoothest and most economical procedures throughout our Wedding planning, Her communication and contacts on the island made it a very stress free experience and where able to enjoy Our entire wedding! m end to end made a seemingly intimidating process a true joy. We received endless compliments from our guests about her professionalism and execution on our vision, and I would recommend her 10 times over to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding planner in OC. What really set Lindsy apart was her ability to alleviate any stress, both leading up to the wedding and on the day of. Her quick problem-solving skills and reassuring presence on the day of the wedding made everything run effortlessly, and we were able to truly enjoy the entire day without having to worry about details. THANK YOU LINDSY for going above and beyond to create the wedding of our dreams!! We appreciate you more than you know. -Sophia and Tim

oh how naïve I was! Around 10 months from my wedding, I realized the hole I had got myself into and luckily Coastal Coordinates was happy to help. Lindsy helped organize vendors (including a super unique and fun 360 video camera!), design and source our table settings, prepare our Wedding Day timeline, accompany Hubby and I through our venue meetings and tastings, helped and attended our Welcome Dinner event, and so many other tasks I wouldn't have even thought of.... Thank you so much for making our day easy, special, and stress-free!

ing day. Lindsy and her team absolutely nailed that. I selected them because of their stress-free, professional, dedicated and most importantly positive energy. They were excellent communicators, thought of every tiny detail and understood everything that was important to us: music, flow and good vibes. Lindsy felt like a friend or family member on the day of the wedding. She was someone I trusted making big decisions for me, so I could just enjoy the day! I don’t have enough good things to say about the team at Coastal Coordinates. It’s also worth noting that we worked with almost all vendors she recommended, and they were all fabulous.

re simply awesome people -- so fun to hang with. In the busy time leading up to the wedding, they knew exactly what we needed to do and always had the best suggestions that paid off on wedding day. No matter where you're getting married, I have no doubt that you will be so grateful that you hired Coastal Coordinates to help run the show on your big day.

d compassion you would only find with your closest friends and family, and looking back on what was the picture-perfect day for my husband, our friends and family, we owe much of the ease and effortless calm we felt to the love and expertise shown by the CC team! Cheers to an amazing partnership!

to see the tremendous value in having someone else to oversee all the details. The two weeks leading up to the event I was in constant contact with Lindsy over multiple issues that had come up that were unforeseen . Then a Hurricane decided to arrive the day of the Wedding in August. Lindsy was thorough , honest about options and constantly looking at how to continue to have a dream wedding given every detail was now threatened. The Wedding ended up being the most memorable wedding for most of our guests as we all pivoted with the weather conditions. Lindsy worked hand in hand with the Coordinator at the Venue and the outcome was the most spectacular, magical Wedding experience for all in attendance . The Bride and Groom had the Wedding of their dreams and ended up loving the outcome better than had there not been a Hurricane. And this was only due to the hard work and creativity of Lindsy from Coastal Coordinates! I hope to be able to use her for another family wedding as it was such a pleasure working with her!

ct. Lindsy is patient, kind, smart, honest, efficient and well worth the fees.

ould have happened to us as far as vendors! Our venue required a planner and we were overwhelmed looking for one but we went with Coastal Coordinates and it was the best decision we could have made! Lindsy dealt with our procrastination so well, she figured us out as a couple and made the planning process as smooth as we would let her. She was quick to respond to questions and on the day I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. We threw a lot of curveballs at her and she batted 1000! If you're on the fence about having a planner I can't recommend it enough and Coastal Coordinates is the way to go!

d. The moment I started working with her, she was on it! Everything was organized and even the small details were so well thought out. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day-of or after, because she had it all worked out and pre arranged. She kept me in the loop on everything and gave me me great suggestions on things that I hadn’t even thought about, from sound equipment to napkin folds. She really came through for me when the original cake vendor completely failed me, and quickly proposed an alternative cake vendor that worked out so much better logistically and taste wise. I would definitely recommend her! Especially for weddings, and all other party planning events like baby showers or anniversaries!

critical eye out for every single detail. She catches errors or flaws that the untrained amateurs don’t. She is without a doubt worth every penny. My daughter had a very magical wedding brunch reception on Catalina Island that will be forever remembered. It was a dream come true. Perfect in every way because of Lindsy.

dding planning dissipate with her compassionate nature and eons of experience. Lindsy was truly a blessing, she worked with us not only on a short timeline, was always available for late night texts- and was the quintessential wedding day fairy godmother you see in movies (think the The Wedding Planner). We had decor that didn’t arrive in time and Lindsy immediately handled the situation, provided an amazing vendor replacement-all without any involvement from myself. I trusted her and coastal coordinates irrevocably with the best day of our lives and she was the BEST VENDOR decision we made. I cannot speak enough to her professionalism, interpretive vision skills, attention to detail, genuine support and and the warm personalities of all her staff. The Coastal Coordinates Team will be the best decision of your wedding day journey (besides your fiancé!)!

ask for while under the stress of planning a wedding. She is detail oriented and helped my mother and I stay on track and across everything we needed in order to host 250 guests on Catalina Island for the weekend. She saw through all of my wild ideas and even helped with some big editorial decisions with her unique and very relevant taste. I feel lucky to have had her as a part of my wedding weekend and will continue to highly recommended her to all my friends.

ersonable and really knew our venue. She made the whole process so easy and seamless for us and I couldn't thank her enough! She truly was instrumental in helping create the best weekend of our lives! Thank you Lindsy!!! <3

th such ease and confidence. We owe her so much! We couldn’t have had a better experience, she made everything PERFECT! We will forever cherish all of Lindsy’s hard work and support. You truly feel how much she cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. We LOVE Coastal Coordinates!

rything. She is detail oriented, hard working, diligent, and a great person all around. It was so much fun planning my wedding with Lindsy. My (now) husband and I both have demanding jobs and needed a lot of help. We specifically needed assistance in finding vendors, design, and logistics both leading up to the wedding and day of. Lindsy was available when we needed her, helped us find amazing vendors, and execute our vision overall. Thank you Lindsy and Coastal Coordinates for making our dreams come true! XOXO

ld have never thought of. Our wedding was a destination for us (the couple) as well as most of our guests, so it was key that Lindsy be on top of everything as we were not able to physically be there for a final walkthrough, etc. She let us in on every detail and truly cared about every concern we had. Come the day of the wedding, she had a calming energy that was very much needed. There were a couple of concerns that I had the day of and she (as well as her team) instantly addressed them. We also had a major mishap with one of our vendors and Lindsy advocated for us during the wedding as well as after. She apologized on behalf of this specific vendor (when it wasn’t her fault at all) and followed up with various emails, even weeks after our wedding, to make sure that we were fairly compensated. You really don’t know how intricate the wedding planning process is until you go through it yourself and I’m so thankful that Lindsy worked with us to help make our dream wedding a reality.

r so I have all I need”, please rethink this strategy. We had a short engagement (6 months) and we still thought we could pull this off alone. I’m huge on DIY but we finally reached the point in our wedding planning where we could not keep up without finding help. And it’s crazy what you don’t know about wedding planning that you really need to know. That’s where Lindsy stepped in. We weren’t required to have a outside coordinator and our venue had a coordinator but we would not have had the event we had without her. She helped bring our ideas and dreams to life while also providing her professional advice where we really needed it. Lindsy went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Since our venue was a rather small space, it had to be flipped several times. The amount of coordination this took with vendors and the venue coordinator was not easy but on the day of my wedding it felt so smooth and elegant. I’m so glad that the only thing I had to worry about on the day of my wedding is if the weather would be beautiful, but even if it hadn’t I’m confident Lindsy would had a plan. If you want to enjoy the fruits of your labor after planing for months or years, you should give her a call. The only thing I regret is not calling her sooner!

nd she found another great photographer so I could stay focused on the day. She also had some great decor ideas and repurposed some ceremony flowers for the reception which helped with the budget. Also she was great working with the venue’s on-site coordinator and was able to get us a discount due to unforeseen circumstances with Covid. I was very happy and used her a second time to help plan my best friends bridal shower which was also amazing. Thanks Lindsy and coastal coordinates!

wedding. During our first meeting, I knew right away that was Lindsy. Lindsy and her team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life. She has great relationships with some amazing vendors she recommended for us to use and we couldn’t have been happier with them. From start to finish Lindsy was organized, reliable, patient and fun! She made my wedding dreams come true and I am so grateful!

nd seamless! Thank you Lindsy!!!

re evening perfectly, Lindsy was also so helpful pre-wedding. She had an answer to every question and always put her bride and groom first. I cannot say enough nice things about Coastal Coordinates, Lindsy and her team are truly wonderful. Having a destination wedding can be stressful for so many reasons, but Lindsy took all of that stress away. You will not regret hiring Coastal Coordinates for your next wedding or event!

m! I hired Lindsy when I was in a pinch and was immediately drawn to her calmness and kindness. She asked me what was most important to me on my wedding day and took care in making sure those things were a priority for her too. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure the day was so simple and fun for me. I didn’t have to think about one detail and had so much confidence in everything turning out perfectly. They made sure the day flowed organically, the set-up was beautiful and everything was so easy for me, my husband and all of our guests. Nothing felt rushed or stressful. Lindsy and her team delivered a day just like I had imagined! I am so grateful for Coastal Coordinates 🤍 thank you for making my wedding day such a dream!
