I’ve known Shari for many years and I always knew I wanted her to be my wedding planner. She is on top of everything. She helped create an outline of what I needed to do to stay on...
top of everything and we would have calls to catch up to see what has been completed. If I ever needed anything or had any questions she replied back within a reasonable amount of time. She helped me plan the best wedding I could ever ask for and I definitely recommend using coastal charm wedding as your planner if you need one in the area!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Our wedding on March 27, 2026, was everything we dreamed of and more, and we have our wedding planner to thank for making it all happen....
From the very beginning, she was professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to coordinate every moving piece allowed us to truly enjoy our special day.
Even months later, our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful, organized, and memorable our wedding was. Everything flowed perfectly, and every detail was executed flawlessly. On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so my husband and I could focus on celebrating with our loved ones.
We are beyond grateful for her hard work, dedication, and expertise. She exceeded every expectation we had and helped create memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I would recommend her to any couple looking for someone who truly cares about making their wedding day perfect.
Shari, thank you for helping make our dream wedding a reality!
Shari was wonderful! She was understanding and flexible with my family's wishes! She was calm throughout the process and she helped make our special day not so stressful.

re. She always answered any questions we had and we really felt included in all the decisions that were made for the ceremony. We both felt represented as individuals and as a couple. She takes the time to get to know you and adds personalized touches. We highly recommend Shari!
Shari made our wedding dreams come true! I live in Texas but we decided to have our wedding in South Carolina. With it being a destination wedding (and me going through grad school...
at the time) I needed a lot of help. Shari was the best money we spent on this wedding, seriously. I couldn’t have done it without her! She kept me on task, helped me find amazing vendors, created a perfect day-of timeline, and made the whole process so smooth I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my day. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team! Thank you, Shari!

We worked with Shari as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely wonderful! Even though her official role was limited to the wedding day, Shari went above and beyond ...
in the months leading up to our wedding. I had multiple phone calls with her prior to the big day, and she was always organized, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable.
She took the time to understand our vision, walked us through the timeline, and helped us think through details we hadn’t even considered. On the wedding day itself, Shari kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We were able to just relax and enjoy every moment without stress.
Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our wedding so much more than just a beautiful day. She helped make it feel effortless, joyful, and deeply meaningful.
We are so grateful for Shari’s support and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a dependable and thoughtful wedding coordinator!

Our day ran smoothly thanks to her, and we were able to fully be present and enjoy it knowing everything was in great hands. If you’re even considering hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and reach out to Shari. She was the best!

t Shari and her team. She truly became part of the family and she made sure everything went just as planned. Every detail was perfect because of her and her team!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Marcie as a day-of wedding coordinator. I hired her for my sister’s wedding and found her communication and attention to detail to be lacking. The...
timeline she returned to me was nearly identical to what I had already created, with a few disorganized additions—and my sister’s name was misspelled. When I raised concerns, I was met with defensiveness rather than professionalism. For $600, I expected a higher standard of care, especially for something as important as a wedding. Ultimately, I chose to part ways early in the planning process and lost part of my deposit, but I felt it was better to find someone I could truly trust.
I do not know what we would have done without Shari and her team! From the very start Shari was knowledgeable, professional and so on top of it! She kept us on track throughout the...

of the best wedding decisions to hire her. She knows the event space like the back of her hand and has worked with almost all of our vendors previously.
