Location & Space The atmosphere, views, and location at Coast strike a great balance of having a wonderful Milwaukee downtown and lakefront feel, while still being incredibly functional. The recent renovations to the interior give it a modern look with more sense of space. The bridal suite is spacious and convenient with plenty of mirrors and seating.  There are beautiful photo opportunities available right outside the venue. This was a big reason we chose the venue over others. Gardens across the street, a public park with plenty of grass, the Milwaukee art museum - all amazing. It has a great patio for cocktail hour and outdoor access for guests. It is close in proximity to hotels and there is accessible parking for guests in a garage nearby. The Team We worked with Laura as our Event Designer and cannot say enough kind words about her work. She is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, timely, creative, and fun. Laura guided us throughout the entire process and answered all our questions along the way. She was great at steering us in the right direction when we were uncertain what to choose for placement, design, etc. She also coordinated extremely well with our vendors for setup and deliveries. Laura and the staff set things up exactly as we discussed and the space looked beautiful! Additionally, we saw first hand that the waitstaff was very kind and friendly to guests. The servers and bartenders were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and sincere. The Food We received so many compliments on how good the food was. ZHG has a huge variety of food choices to select from for any stage of your wedding or event. The options are tasty and fun and our guests also enjoyed the desserts and late nice snacks. The staff helped us with cake cutting and serving, even though we purchased our wedding cake from a separate bakery. For all of this, throughout the process, the pricing was very transparent. This helped a lot with our planning process. Overall, Coast was a wonderful canvas for our wedding design and we are so glad we chose it! We truly had the best day and would happily recommend Coast, Zilli, and most importantly, Laura, to anyone for their wedding venue in the future. We felt as if we had a wide variety of options for our wedding design but were never overwhelmed by choices or treated with anything but kindness and hospitality. he big day! Coast is such a beautiful location and they really knocked it out of the park! From navigating Mother Nature for our ceremony set up, the food, drinks, and employees who made everything come together we couldn't be more grateful! Finally, I had one big request for them to include a ranch fountain for our late night snacks, and BOY, did they deliver! Yvette even came at the end of the night to make sure it worked perfectly! Needless to say, planning a wedding is tough work, and these girls really showed up and made it effortless! Don't sleep on this venue/ vendor. They are top tier and you will not regret using them for your big day! <3

We toured many venues and without a doubt this was the place that stole our hearts! Right away when we met with Yvette she made us feel at ease and answered all of our many questions. The venue is intimate and feels like a cozy 5-star restaurant, which is exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the planning process both Yvette and Dana guided us through every step, responded to every request, and even made accommodations where necessary to make sure our day was perfect. They did not miss one detail that we discussed during our various meetings, emails, and phone calls. On the wedding day my bride squad and I arrived on site and our day-of coordinator, Sam, made sure we had everything we needed. She was on top of every set-up detail and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The outdoor ceremony site was perfect with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the sailboats. The Calatrava (Milwaukee Art Museum) is nearby and a perfect photo opportunity. There is a large bridal suite right off the main entrance perfect for getting ready in. The reception space has a large bar and multi-tiered areas including a lounge area for guests to hang out in. The dance floor seems small at first glance but was the perfect size for our group and was full all night! The staff at Coast was professional and attentive, and every time I came across one of them they met me with a smile and congratulated me! Later in the evening we could not find one of our important items, and our event director Sam went into high gear to make sure it was located safely! We very much appreciate all they did for us! If you are searching for a venue in Milwaukee to show your guests a good time with top-notch service and a feeling of elegance, this is the place!
