I'm so glad I found Cloud IX! I have thin hair and needed the works, so I was so lucky to find Lash who ordered my topper for me and made sure it looked as natural as possible on m...
y wedding day. I was also happy that Cloud IX does hair *and* makeup, so it really is a one-stop shop. Maggie and Lash have great chemistry and made me feel beautiful and confident :).
Maggie and Lash are, quite literally, the wedding beauty dream team. These two transformed my entire bridal party into the most beautiful group of women to have walked the earth. ...
One of my bridesmaids who is NOT a makeup person was so enamored with how she looked that she even went to Sephora the day after the wedding to stock up, as she vowed that she felt so confident at our wedding. There were 10 of us total, so we actually got ready at a beach house on Folly Beach. The weather was rough that morning, and Maggie and Lash arrived on time and ready to beautify us first thing. They had us ready to go in enough time that they were able to touch up all the girls right before we left to head to the venue. I did extensive research on hair/makeup artists, and I give myself all the back pats in hindsight for finally choosing Cloud IX. Maggie and Lash touched down on this earth to beautify brides, and they deliver 110%. I will humbly beg them to doll me up for any future event that requires it, and I cannot recommend them enough. Side note - I was belly laughing during my hair/makeup trial with Maggie because she is hilarious and totally relatable. I promise you will not regret entrusting the Cloud IX team with your wedding beauty needs.
Lash and Maggie were wonderful to work with for my wedding. I really appreciated their creativity and ability to make my wedding vision a reality! They brought a fun and relaxing v...

We had a destination wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. And I couldn’t imagine my wedding without Maggie and Lash taking care of us during my special day! All of our brides...
maids loved their hair and makeup and felt extremely comfortable with them! Anything my bridesmaids, mom and mother in law wanted to have done with their makeup/ hair they did it without problems and beautifully! I danced like never before that day and was sweating a lot as well (Dominican republic weather) and my makeup lasted all day! They are amazing at what they do and there aren’t enough words to truly explain how amazing they are! If you are looking for someone to make you look beautiful on you wedding day or any special event, this is the team you need by your side!
Maggie is a true professional! While I believe I was an easy bride to deal with (insert laughs here), I was a little worried about the specifics from my mother-in-law as her ask wa...
s to re-construct an anniversary updo from 15 years ago. Maggie paid extreme attention to detail while adding a modern flare to it. My MIL loved it more than even the original updo!! We also got married at a destination location, which can be stressful unto itself. Maggie alleviated my anxiety and honestly helped me enjoy the special day more! Highly highly recommend.
Maggie and I have been friends for a few years now and she has always been my go-to stylist here in Charleston! She knows I'd follow her anywhere. So when I got engaged, I knew jus...
t who to call! She did my highlights, hair and makeup for both my engagement session and my wedding day, and was always super flexible about fitting me in for any wedding events or anything I needed in between. Maggie and Lash did hair and makeup for me and all of my bridesmaids on the wedding day and everyone looked gorgeous! Half of my girls wanted updos, half wanted half-up/half-down, and everyone wanted makeup. The team totally got everyone’s vision, especially mine. Which as the bride can be nerve wracking. But I have never felt more beautiful and confident! I gave Maggie a picture of the updo hairstyle I was hoping for to show off the back of my dress and she totally rocked it. I still get compliments on my wedding hair all the time! For my wedding makeup, I wanted to feel somewhat natural, not like I was wearing too much, but also wanted it to be enough for pictures and to get me through the entire day, and they gave me the perfect balance! And everyone’s hair and makeup stayed in place all day, even through all of the dancing and humidity which is impressive. Both Maggie and Lash made everything super easy, they were on time and efficient, and honestly just a lot of fun to have around while we all got ready. On such an important day, it meant so much to me to have these sweet friends as one of my vendors that I could count on to get us through the big day!
