About this vendor
Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens is a tranquil hotel wedding venue located within Zion National Park in Springdale, Utah. This luxurious lodge is situated on the Virgin River and surrounded by beautiful botanical gardens. Here, couples can create the day of their dreams within this natural oasis.
The idyllic gardens that surround the lodge here were originally planted by Dale Dockstader, the founder and visionary behind Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens, in 1988. Now, his son Breck Dockstader continues to care for this legacy and share it with in-love couples who wish to wed here. The grounds offer an endless selection of scenic ceremony spots to choose from. This venue boasts over 15,000 square feet of meticulously manicured gardens which can provide the perfect natural setting for heartfelt nuptials. Exchanging vows by the riverside is also a popular choice here. Afterward, guests can explore the many paths and trails throughout the property and marvel at the luscious lawns and beautiful blooms during a relaxed cocktail hour.
The Pavilion provides a perfect covered outdoor reception spot at Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens. Here, up to 200 guests can gather to drink, dine, and dance the night away surrounded by breathtaking views of the national park. Later, attendees can retire to one of the luxurious rooms offered by the lodge. Each room boasts fabulous views of the surrounding natural landscape as well as a flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi. The Grand View Villa offers seclusion and comfort for the couple-of-honor and is equipped with a full kitchen and private patio. Event catering can be provided by the in-house culinary team who can work with couples to design their dream menu. Weddings guests staying at the property can also indulge in delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at the Anthera restaurant on-site. The venue’s administration is happy to assist with the planning process and can also provide professional staff to serve special days held here.

What a gorgeous property! We had originally planned to host a destination wedding here, but COVID squashed those plans. We eloped in Las Vegas and spent a few days honeymooning in ...
Zion - our stay at Cliffrose was sublime. The staff was so friendly and responsive. Our suite was recently updated with all new, high-end appliances, unique furniture, ultra-comfortable beds, hot steamy showers, and stunning views of the park everywhere. Anthera delivered us breakfast (decadent), and we had drinks/dinner in the restaurant - all excellent. My husband and I had phenomenal massages at the Five Petals spa on our last day. We were spoiled! If you’re thinking about hosting a wedding here - DO IT! The grounds are magical, and there is plenty to do on the property and nearby. Cliffrose is a stunning canvas, and the staff is excellent - you can't go wrong.
If you want to get married in or near Zion National Park, there is no other place more perfect than the Cliffrose Lodge and Gardens.
The sun setting and hitting the Watchman is ...
breath taking. Your guests will wine, dine, and dance in an amazingly beautiful location. Hear the Virgin River running by, while the cliffs rise above your party.
We held both the ceremony and reception here and it was hands down perfect. We even had deer walk through our reception! I highly recommend it for the atmosphere.
The staff is extremely cordial and willing to do whatever they can to make your day special for you.
My ONLY tiny complaint is that we asked for the deer poop to be picked up on the grounds and I just barely missed stepping in some in my wedding dress! But it could have been one small patch they missed.
Plenty of parking, easy to get to with the shuttle!
My husband & I had stayed @ Cliffrose several times before so thought it would be the perfect destination wedding site.
Cliffrose is very clean, recently remodeled, & sit...
s right next to the entrance to Zion Nat'l Park. The ceremony & reception were held in their garden/grassy area & it was beautiful. It is so green & lush, tons of flowers, & the Virgin River is right below.
Staff was very accommodating. All our families & guests had an amazing time.
