tion to bring it to life. We put Grace in charge and she absolutely delivered. She had impeccable attention to detail, recommended a great floral and decor vendor and was with us for every meeting and through the actual night. I am sure that there were so many things she did on our day that we didn’t even notice(which is the best case scenario!!)  but left all of our guests wowed. Thank you Grace!!!

he listened to what our daughter and son-in-law envisioned and brought it all together in a way that exceeded every expectation. On the wedding day, Mary was simply amazing. Everything flowed seamlessly, and our family was able to relax and truly enjoy the day because we knew Mary had everything handled. She has an incredible ability to stay calm, anticipate what is needed, and take care of countless details without ever making it feel stressful. The wedding was absolutely beautiful! Our guests are still talking about what an incredible evening it was. Mary is not only exceptionally talented at what she does, she is also an absolute pleasure to work with. By the end of the process, she felt like part of our family. We are so grateful to her for helping create one of the happiest and most memorable days of our families lives! We would recommend Mary Klein without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding. She is truly exceptional!

her wholeheartedly with such an important day. She helped coordinate our wedding at the University Club of Chicago and brought my vision to life, especially when it came to the florals and décor and sticking to budget.  She was incredibly attentive to exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail came together beautifully. When we had a last-minute vendor issue, Dana immediately stepped in, presented the best possible options, and worked quickly to resolve everything. Even when I had a slight dress malfunction on the wedding day, Dana’s calm demeanor and confidence made me feel completely reassured. Her ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented throughout the entire process is something I will always be grateful for. Having a planner like Dana, allowed me to fully enjoy our wedding day, be fully present, and not stress! I could not recommend Dana more highly!!!

endors for photography, band, and more. Alicia kicked off our planning by finding us our dream venue in downtown Chicago as well. Alicia was very responsive throughout our planning and very quick to follow up on all of our questions. We felt like a priority and could not be happier with the finished outcome. Alicia’s industry experience showed through every step of the wedding process.

e and stepping in as the point of contact for vendors, but it was the day of our wedding that we realized jut how valuable she was and couldn't have wished for anything more. The day flowed so smoothly, we did not feel rushed at all, and there was nothing to stress about. She took care of everything! Multiple guests/wedding party members complimented us on how well everything went and a big part of that is because of Suzy and her assistant. A great wedding coordinator is crucial to help you feel calm on your wedding day and making sure everything you envisioned is executed. Suzy was the best we could've asked for.

ble attention to detail. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handled every question or last minute request/task with ease, and made sure we never had to worry about anything. Not only is Alicia incredibly organized and skilled at her job, but she also brought such a positive, upbeat energy to the day while still making things happen efficiently and keeping everyone on track. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding! Highly recommend Alicia and Clementine Events!

icians, and a very long timeline. I wanted everything to feel beautiful, seamless, and thoughtfully executed. Before I began planning, I booked a customized package with Alicia that included day-of coordination as well as general consultation throughout the planning process—and I’m so thankful I did. In the year leading up to our wedding, I was able to bring Alicia every question and concern I had. She offered a wonderful vendor recommendation when I needed to coordinate A/V, patiently talked me through every anxiety that came up, and created an incredibly comprehensive timeline that we continued refining together as the wedding approached. Several of my other vendors commented on how organized Alicia was, and I completely agree. She made sure there was time for everything that mattered to us, and on the wedding day, our extensive timeline stayed completely on track. I genuinely didn’t have to think about logistics or worry about what was happening next. I was just able to be fully present and enjoy the day. Alicia was great to work with, but above all, she was truly kind, calm, thoughtful, and deeply invested in making my wedding everything I hoped it would be. I cannot recommend Clementine & Alicia enough!

ding planning stuff. I was balancing a busy job, and after losing my mom a few years ago, it was really important to me to have someone who could be a calming presence and voice of reason throughout the planning process. That was Grace in every sense. She went above and beyond from start to finish. She was on top of every detail, answered every question, checked in constantly, and always seemed to know exactly what I needed before I even asked. She kept communication flowing, took so much off my plate, and made the entire process feel manageable. My husband and I always say that, out of everything we loved about our wedding day (and it was a really perfect day) hiring Grace was the best decision we made. My bridal party and family all said the same thing.  Every time I came to her with a crazy request or anxious worry, she calmly found a solution. And on the wedding day itself, anytime there was even the slightest hiccup, Grace handled it seamlessly. I never had to worry because I knew she had it covered. I cannot recommend Grace enough. She made our wedding day everything we hoped it would be and so much more.

dinating every last detail, Suzy went above and beyond. I had so many guests tell me how kind hearted Suzy was in executing day of details and even introducing herself to guests. I could not recommend Suzy as a planner and person more!!! :)

iled timeline we used throughout our planning process and then she began working with us about two months out to make sure we were on track with everything and to create an incredibly detailed timeline for us and all our vendors to use (this had to be updated many times over as the big day approached). For the night before and the day of, Alicia kept us all on schedule, was there for us every step of the way, and she was instrumental in making our wedding weekend perfect. We highly recommend Clementine for your wedding!

in her. Anytime a logistical challenge popped up, Mary was there to help find a solution. When our wedding day arrived, we felt like we could just relax and be in the moment because we knew Mary had every single detail organized. On top of being incredibly competent, she is fun, empathetic, and an absolute joy to be around. It was also a huge bonus that so many of our other vendors already knew and loved working with her! We can’t recommend Mary highly enough.

She provided recommendations, guidance, support, and always made me feel (as the mother of the bride) that we were in capable hands. And on the wedding day itself - FLAWLESS! Alicia handled every detail with such calm professionalism and grace that we were all able to relax and fully enjoy the day. She kept everything running smoothly, coordinated with vendors seamlessly, and managed it all. Alicia is kind, organized, and deeply professional. I truly cannot imagine the wedding without her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone and everyone planning an event! Thank you, Alicia!!! Nancy Steinberg

t miss one thing. Suzy helped me think of everything I needed for my day and was the best partner. She was everything I needed from support, my bustle expert, veil expert, people manager (especially parents) and helped me throughout my planning process as well whenever I needed a thought partner. I couldn't be more grateful for Suzy and her team, they truly made my wedding day flawless. I am so thankful I am able to look back on my wedding and have only positive memories.

esponsive, helpful, and diligent throughout the entire process. She brought such a calming presence and genuine enthusiasm to every conversation, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel fun and exciting. It is so important to have people in your corner who you trust, and who you know truly want the best for you. Alicia was absolutely that person for us. We would 10/10 recommend Alicia to any couple planning a wedding. She made sure everything went perfectly, and honestly, we would trust her with our lives! Thank you so much, Alicia, for all of your help and for making our wedding so perfect. With love, Esti and Danny Saunders

le presence that immediately made everything feel more manageable. It felt like she instantly understood what needed to happen and how to keep all the moving pieces organized, and she took a huge mental load off of us right away. As someone who likes to have a plan, Alicia gave me so much peace of mind. Every time I had a question or concern, she either already had an answer or quickly found one. Knowing she was keeping track of all the moving pieces allowed us to actually enjoy being engaged instead of constantly thinking about wedding logistics. She was also wonderful with our flower girls. One of them was nervous to walk down the aisle, and Alicia guided her through everything with so much patience and kindness. By the time the wedding day arrived, that same little girl walked down the aisle with confidence because Alicia had taken the time to make her feel comfortable. It was such a small moment in the grand scheme of the day, but it meant so much to us. On the wedding day, Alicia worked with Katelyn, and the two of them were such a reassuring team to have around. Right when we arrived at the venue, my shoe broke, and before I even had time to panic, they were already looking up nearby stores and figuring out backup options. When we could not find a replacement, they fixed my shoe on the spot like it was nothing. They were so calm and so quick that what could have turned into a stress spiral became a complete non-issue. The entire day felt smoother because of them. They kept everything moving without ever making it feel rushed, and they created this sense of ease that allowed us to be fully present. We trusted them completely, and that trust shaped the whole tone of the day. We are so grateful for Alicia, for Katelyn, and for Clementine!

t-minute adjustments we didn’t even know were happening behind the scenes. Because of Alicia and her team, we were able to truly relax and be present on our wedding day, knowing everything was completely under control. I cannot recommend them enough!

ind and easy to work with--I had some personal health issues to deal with on our wedding and she made sure that I had everything that I needed to make the day perfect anyways, rearranging whatever I needed quietly behind the scenes so I could do what I needed to do to feel good. I cannot recommend her more as a month of/day of coordinator, she truly cared about making it a special day for us and I will always appreciate that!

e and Alicia, just do it! So so so worth it.

Kristin come in for the last two months or so, and we're so glad we did. At a time when everything was getting hectic, she provided us with reassurance that we were on a good timeline while also picking up all the little details amateurs like us had allowed to fall through the cracks. On the day of the wedding, she was absolutely invaluable. Not only had she timed our wedding out by five minute increments but she had us, our guests, and all of our vendors running ahead of time without us ever feeling rushed. Everything went off on our big day without a hitch and I'm not sure we'd be able to say that had she not been there. You really can't find a better collaborator for your big day. It was completely seamless, and we never found ourselves worrying about a single thing--everything was handled, and we were free to enjoy the most magical day of our lives. We can't recommend them highly enough.

e, and she helped us think through the day and all the small decisions we would have completely blanked on. On the day, Alicia didn’t just coordinate the schedule, she was also such a hype gal for me as the bride and for all the bridesmaids. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy the day as Alicia ensured everything went smoothly and kept things entirely stress free for us. We couldn’t recommend Alicia and the team at Clementine more highly!

people in the wedding industry and was able to make great introductions - and those relationships came in handy too for making everything run smoothly. We weren’t sure what our vision was coming into planning but Grace helped us so much in getting there and we really valued her input and perspective. Cannot recommend Grace M @ Clementine enough!!

ely eased our anxiety by ensuring our vendors were organized and all the details of our day were thought through and accounted for. She also attended meetings with me, my husband, and our vendors, providing thoughtful insight and asking questions I never would have thought to ask. Then, during the rehearsal and on the day of, Mary made sure everyone involved in the wedding was where they needed to be at the time they needed to be. She made it look effortless. But, her presence allowed me, my husband, and our family/friends to be truly present during all moments of the wedding. I honestly cannot imagine not having Mary be a part of our day; she was absolutely wonderful. Clementine Custom Events is a MUST HAVE if you are looking to thoroughly enjoy your wedding day and make sure no detail is left behind!

ocess. Immediately from the beginning of the wedding planning (~18 months), I felt like Dana “got us” as a family, and all family members involved in the wedding planning thought she was truly a joy to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process - no matter how big or small (or sometimes perhaps irrelevant!) our questions were, she always had the answer. She’s amazingly organized - each month it was very clear what needed to be accomplished, and she always made sure we were on track and always even further along than what was required. Her kindness, positivity, and calming presence truly made the whole experience so enjoyable. I looked forward to each of my interactions and meetings with her, and truly so sad to end the planning process with her! Finally, Dana also has fantastic relationships with vendors, and that allowed us to have the most amazing team for every facet of the wedding. I can’t recommend working with her enough!

Kristin wanted to know us as a couple, our vision for our weekend, and quickly got to work. Her organization, attention to details, and communication shined through the planning process and we knew we were in good hands. No question was too small. And on the day of our wedding, we were able to live in the moment and enjoy the day without worry knowing that Kristin had it all under control. We had a perfect wedding weekend and that is in no small part to Kristin’s planning, diligence, and the level of care that she put into our wedding celebration.

and calm throughout the entire six months of planning. Grace was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and always a few steps ahead—handling timelines, vendors, and logistics so smoothly that we could actually enjoy the process. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Grace and her team managed every detail perfectly—from setup to coordinating vendors to keeping us on schedule. Our wedding day was truly magical, and we know it wouldn’t have been nearly as seamless or stress-free without Grace. We can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and truly talented wedding planner! Lanie Coules Brosseau (bride) Denise Coules (mother-of-the-bride)

ay, and it set the tone for our last month of planning. She was available for questions and recommendations throughout the process. Grace was completely in control on our wedding day, managing all vendors seamlessly and keeping everything on schedule. It was a huge relief to have her manage the decor and pack everything up at the end of the night. Thanks to her, we didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy every moment. Highly recommend!

her team to help come up with other solutions. On the day she was calm, organized, but also had a fun energy to her that made the day that much better. She was able to take lead on things we didn’t need to be a part of but included us in any decisions that impacted our vision of the wedding. She listened to our needs but brought her expertise. The entire event went off better than we could have imagined and part of that was because of her and Clementine. Could not recommend her enough!

us find the most incredible vendors—each one was professional, reliable, and a perfect fit for our style and budget. And whenever an issue came up (as they inevitably do), Brianna handled it quickly, calmly, and with total professionalism. We never had to stress—she always had it under control. Her communication throughout the entire planning process was exceptional. She was responsive, organized, and always a step ahead. We felt so supported and informed every step of the way. But what really sets Brianna apart is who she is as a person. She’s not only incredibly talented at what she does—she’s also warm, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Brianna brought such a sense of ease and positivity to the process that we genuinely looked forward to every interaction with her. Thanks to Brianna, our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of—and more. It was seamless, beautiful, and full of love. She’s a true gem and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

y you want in a planner: very efficient turnaround times, incredible organization, extremely personable. We were particularly impressed with her ability to provide relevant, helpful and clear information when making decisions -- her communication style is fantastic. Notably, the day of the wedding, there was a major event that warranted the entire reception to be shifted, and she handled it flawlessly (none of our guests had any idea!). I cannot recommend her enough.

credibly responsive and made herself available whenever we needed her. She also has a ton of experience in the industry and her familiarity with all kinds of vendors was a huge relief and made for seamless communication and stress-free wedding day for us. We could not have asked for a better coordinator and cannot recommend her and the Clementine team enough!

what can be a stressful event. My husband and I live in San Diego but our wedding was in Chicago and Kristin was so helpful, she met with the venue and the florist without us in person and I don’t think we could have gotten everything organized without her. We didn’t have to think about anything on the wedding day, Kristin lead us where we needed to be the whole time and it was flawless. My mom was also thrilled that she didn’t have to deal with anything on the wedding day and just enjoy the festivities. Truly a life saver!

e, but as people—and that thoughtfulness showed in every single detail. If something was important to us, Kristin made it happen. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, her guidance kept us on track and on budget, and her creativity and kindness made the entire planning process feel joyful instead of stressful. What stood out most was Kristin’s heart. She is communicative, caring, endlessly patient, and genuinely wonderful to be around. I walked into my wedding day completely calm, because I knew Kristin had everything handled. That gift—the ability to be fully present, soaking in every moment—is something we’ll always cherish. Her assistant, Allie, was equally amazing on the wedding day, stepping in with warmth and professionalism to ensure everything ran flawlessly. It was also so clear how much respect all of our vendors had for Kristin, which only deepened our confidence in every decision. Kristin didn’t just make wedding planning easy—she made it magical. We are forever grateful to her for bringing our vision to life with such care and love.

ocess seamless and stress free. We were never stressed and went into the wedding weekend calm because we knew Alicia had everything organized. She kept us organized throughout the planning process and was always responsive to our random requests and questions. We received soooo many compliments on how easy the day was and that is because of Alicia and her team keeping everything flowing. She knew the ins and outs of the Langham. All of our vendors raved about her which made us feel comfortable that she could execute our vision. I will truly miss working with her! She is the best of the best.

cific direction, but truly listened. Over the course of 8 months, she met with us frequently to select the best vendors and solidify all details for our special day. When our wedding day took an unexpected turn (a random summer storm), Kristin handled it with grace and professionalism resulting in an amazing night for us and our guests. We really appreciate her and all of her work!

hired at that point were the photographer and venue, so needless to say, we were lost. Right away Mary got to work and helped us create our vision with clear plans of action the entire way. Mary answered countless questions (even questions we hadn't thought of yet!) and gave us solid advice throughout every step of the way. From vendor recommendations/communications to design ideas to quickly solving problems before the wedding; Mary executed our vision perfectly. Day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother for us, literally all we had to do was show up. We did not have to worry about a single thing. And for that we can thank Mary Klein and Clementine Custom Events. We could not recommend them more.

planner. Bri helped us organize and communicate with all vendors, coordinated timelines and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. I could not recommend her or Clementine more highly!!! If I could give Bri ten stars I would!!!

ation was supposed to be 45 minutes long, but when the 90-minute mark came about, we knew we had found the coordinator for us, and she never disappointed. Kristin’s attention to detail was second to none. Her timelines, outlines, guides, plus major and minor tidbits of information kept everything in sync and on target from day one. Virtual and in-person meetings with us, as well as every vendor always ran smoothly. A huge part of a coordinator’s job is to recommend vendors, and to this end, Kristin was spot on! After learning about what was important to all of us, her vendor suggestions were excellent choices, of which we narrowed them all down in each category to create the perfect team for the wedding. Plus, Kristin worked so well with each vendor—helping to make each’s process run much smoother and more efficient. As for the wedding day, Kristin was awesome still, leaving no stone unturned and making sure every detail was accounted for…no surprises and no panics…just her running around and being everywhere, all the time, so that everything was smooth sailing from 9:00am until 1:00am. Priceless. Her assistant on the wedding day, Allie, was also wonderful. She jumped right in and made the whole day seamless and we can’t say enough great things about our experience working with Clementine.
