Her communication was timely, clear, and thoughtful — every question we had was answered quickly, and she made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. On the big day, the team showed up early, fully prepared, and completely professional. They worked seamlessly with our venue and other vendors, and their setup was absolutely beautiful — rustic and elegant. Now, let’s talk about the food. At the tasting, we had difficulties deciding what to serve our guests because we LOVED everything. The smoked brisket was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, the pulled pork had just the right amount of kick, and the sides? Don’t even get me started on the mac and cheese and cornbread pudding — they were next-level delicious. We had a guest born and raised in Louisiana, and almost cried when having the green beans because they brought her back home! Our guests are still talking about it a month later. We debated on what it would be like to challenge the ‘status quo’ of traditional wedding food, and are so glad that we did. It was so worth it. Every single team member went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. The food was always hot and stocked promptly. You could feel the passion and pride in every interaction. Jadia, Avion, Sharnice, Katty, Jasmine, Lourie and Janice, we are so grateful you were with us on our day! We invited them to enjoy the wedding dancefloor and these ladies DELIVERED (not only our food) but incredible energy and amazing vibes.
