We hired City BBQ to cater our daughter’s wedding and could not have had a better experience. From the very first communication to cleanup after dinner every single thing was perfect. Madi was so kind, professional, and patient with me. I have never planned a large wedding before and I was beyond stressed. I needed to be reminded of a few things along the way and she was so gentle with this very frazzled momma! The day of the wedding two gentleman brought the food, set everything up, helped guests with making plates if needed, kept everything stocked, and cleaned up after the wedding. They were patient, prompt, and kind to say the least. Their appearance was impeccable and the way they interacted with guests and treated the bride and groom was top notch. All I wanted was for this day to be everything my daughter dreamed of, and to not have to stress about too much behind the scenes. City BBQ made the entire process smooth and seamless. They were on time, had everything set up and ready to go 10 minutes ahead of schedule, they looked and acted very professionally, the food was hot and absolutely delicious, and I didn’t worry about a single thing related to dinner. Except that several guests had never had City BBQ and kept interrupting my meal to tell me how awesome it was! If I ever need to cater another event City BBQ will be hired without a second thought! Thank you all for making my girl’s wedding everything she dreamed it would be!

lled pork to the green beans - our guests raved about all of it. We were in contact with Madi Arthur leading up to the big day and she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. Even when we changed our mind about the menu several times, she responded in a timely manner and made changes as we requested them. The staff who actually worked at our wedding were also great, they were very kind and even made my husband and I's plates for us! My favorite thing though was probably the "midnight snack" to go bag they put together for us full of leftovers - while we were too tired to eat it that night, we sure did scarf it down for lunch the next day! I'm not sure if this is something they do for everyone or not but it was such a fun and special touch! We 11/10 recommend you choose City BBQ to cater your wedding or next event.

and no dairy in meat! They're so reasonably priced that we were able to do their total package, add on some extras, and they really went above and beyond. They also did our cocktail hour with crackers and cheese, fruit and veggies. So easy to work with, food is just spectacular, and was a crowd pleaser. A huge plus is that they include desert! What a cost and hassle saver.

Even better than the food was the customer service and attention to detail. The staff were so kind the entire night. They offered to carry my Husband and I’s plates to our seat and got our drinks for us. They came to our table frequently to make sure that our food was good, that we had a drink, and to offer second helpings of food! The woman in charge of organizing the catering experience was wonderful as well. She helped us through the entire planning process and answered all of my questions. If you are looking for wedding food that will not disappoint, City BBQ is the way to go!
