We had our wedding at Circle Bar B the last week of April and could not be happier with such an incredibly memorable weekend! Circle Bar B Ranch is such a special, peaceful and bea...
utiful place on its own. To have a wedding there was truly the experience of a lifetime. In all honesty, this venue is not for someone looking to just let the venue take care of the whole wedding. It requires some planning and logistics but the trade off is that you get a stunning venue that is essentially a blank canvas for you and your guests to spend a whole weekend at. The Ranch can sleep over 50 guests in their beautiful and comfortable cabins. The rest of the guests get shuttled in. We had our guests come on Friday night for a welcome party as well as for the ceremony which we held on the grounds and the reception. The ranch is off the beaten path which makes it feel even more special and a huge rarity in Santa Barbara is that you can have amplified music until midnight! The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Even before we picked a venue, we were super nervous about our wedding food because we knew some of our guests were big foodies or even sommeliers and restaurateurs with James Beard Award nominations, all of them came up to use to RAVE about the food. The wine selection was also heavily complimented. Our guests raved about the kindness of the staff who really went above and beyond to take care of us and our guests. This was a weekend we didn't want to end. Days after the wedding, I'm still receiving texts from family and friends telling me they wish they were still at the ranch or talking about how they can't wait to go back for a night's stay and more tri-tip.
Look, Circle Bar B requires some work, but doesn't marriage? And just like your forever relationship, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. My wife and I will be coming back to the ranch as often as possible for years to come. It's truly that special! If you want a wedding surrounded in natural beauty that feels secluded and memorable with fantastic food and not just a few hours but a FULL weekend of memories, look no further!
Circle Bar B Ranch was the perfect wedding venue for my husband and me! We got to stay there with all of our closest friends and family, and it was so much fun to make it a whole w...
eekend event. The staff there are incredibly kind and helpful, and the food was wonderful at every meal. If you're looking for a slightly non-traditional venue and a spot where you can focus on spending time with your guests outside of your 6 hour wedding, I highly recommend Circle Bar B!
This was the perfect location for our wedding. We got to spend the entire weekend away from it all with our closest friends and family. I loved having so many of our guests be able...
to stay on the property. It was a beautiful venue and the staff was extremely friendly. The food was also amazing! We did a tri-tip rehearsal dinner and Mexican buffet for our wedding and it was so delicious! The Mexican buffet was really the best! It was nice to be able to take over the entire ranch for the weekend - leaving ample time for set up and clean up. They also had really great recommendations on what vendors to work with. I feel so lucky to have found Circle Bar B!
I got married at Circle Bar B ranch about 2 weeks ago and it was PERFECT! Henry and Kathy are absolutely rad. All of our guests keep telling us what an amazing time they had. I've ...
been asked multiple times by my friends if they can steal the venue for themselves. Honestly, it was so perfect I cannot put it into words. The staff was so friendly and easy to work with, the food was great, the bartender PJ was on point. Sara at the front desk was a doll and helped with anything we asked. It was picturesque and lovely. We are already planning to return for a family reunion in the coming years. I cannot imagine our wedding anywhere else. I wish we could go back in time and do it all again!!
This was a magical hideaway for the perfect intimate wedding! We had family and wedding party all stay on the ranch & the rest of the wedding guests stayed at the Goodland Hotel. W...
e bussed them in on an old fashioned school bus - and had a camp styled design theme. Henry & EVERYONE at Circle Bar B were so helpful and warm. We felt very taken care of and special. They even let us have a talent show in the barn - which was probably my favorite memory of the events - besides getting married of course!
Circle Bar B was an incredible venue. Having our wedding guests stay on the ranch for the whole weekend in an intimate setting was such a wonderful experience. The staff was down t...
o earth and welcoming, the venue transforms into anything you want it to be, and the bbq they did for our rehearsal dinner was delicious! We were so happy that we picked Circle Bar B for our wedding venue, and will continue to recommend it to friends for years to come.
We were looking for a wedding venue where we could have all inclusive all weekend. Circle bar b was the place! The ranch grounds and surrounding Forrest are absolutely breathtaking...
. We loved every second of the experience. Kathy, Henry and staff made you feel So comfortable like we were part of their family and that was very important to us! Henry did a fantastic job on the food. Whether your looking for a super chill or party experience with all your family all weekend this is the place. We would do it all over again and will most definitely go back to celebrate anniversaries.
After looking at 20+ venues, we came across this one. My husband and I instantly fell in love. Henry was unbelievably helpful through the whole process and year of planning. Our we...
dding weekend was amazing and everything I could have hoped for. Our guests still talk about how wonderful our venue was and how awesome it was to spend the whole weekend on the ranch. all The cabins are pristine and so cute. The food on our wedding day was SO GOOD, our guests still talk about how good it was... people were going for seconds (me included)! We are so happy we chose this venue. We loved it so much over 20 of our closest friends and family came to celebrate our anniversary there once more! Circle Bar B is close to our heart and somewhere we will continue to visit.
I just had my dream wedding at CBB and could not imagine having had it anywhere else!!! Our family and friends (especially those who stayed on site for the weekend) said it was the...
most amazing venue and wedding they'd ever been to! Henry, Kathy, Sammy and ALL the rest of their staff were so sweet, warm, accommodating, and easy to work with. Their food was to die for (people can't stop raving about it... and these are San Francisco foodies!), their property is gorgeous, and they're pretty much the most easy-going staff you could imagine working with. My family and friends loved them. It's so cool that you get the whole property for the weekend (makes you feel like your wedding's not over in the blink of an eye) and everyone staying on the property got to know each other so well. I love seeing pictures of my friend's horse back riding while I was getting ready on Saturday- I highly recommend doing that while you're here- stunning views! If you're looking for a chill, rustic wedding venue, look no farther!!! I just want to go back and do it all over again.
Great venue! The ranch is very scenic and the staff is really friendly. Tasty food and drinks, too! We loved that our family and friends could stay on site, and the group horseback...
ride was so fun! Our guests also enjoyed the pool and game room over the weekend =) Fantastic experience overall!!
Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better. Everyone left the wedding weekend saying how amazing Circle Bar B was. The staff was so helpful but almost invisible to the guests, who ...
assumed everything had just been planned perfectly (HA!) 53 of my closest friends and family stayed with us and I loved the communal breakfasts and hours of hanging by the pool with the kiddos. The best part??? We partied until 2am on our wedding night (DJ shut down at midnight)- didn't have to go anywhere because the whole property was ours for the taking. Don't pass this up!
