This is just a heads up for everyone looking at this vendor. I looked at this business on Google and it shows that they are permanently closed.
First the good - the food tasted great and our pie and hand pies looked AMAZING. Unfortunately, we had struggles with the service. After booking over a year in advance, they chang...
ed the requirement for the liability insurance that we needed to purchase and we were informed of this only a couple weeks before our wedding. Not only was it an extra expense, but it was very confusing to figure out what they were asking us to do. What was most upsetting is that the staff began collecting water glasses and packing up to leave - during the toasts at the reception. It interrupted one of our fathers and it is hard to hear his speech even on our wedding video. They even came and talked to us (the bride and groom) while he was speaking. The toasts were not long, and I was not informed that they would be doing this at a certain time. They seemed to be concerned only about keeping to their timeline and not the wedding itself. I would not recommend booking them for weddings.
They were timely, communicative and the food was DELICIOUS! We had the "Greek Grilling" menu and it was perfect for my summer wedding. Highly recommend!
Previously, Unknotted, THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS AWESOME! They are very helpful and fun, and made wedding food not taste or look like boring bland wedding food. We had their “taste ...
of montana” menu and for our destination wedding it was a Total hit! The tasting was easy to set up AND delicious. The service was wonderful since they designate a server to the wedding party- I think I’m the only bride I’ve heard of that actually got to eat throughout her wedding! They were awesome, professional, and a dream to work with. Book them!

he tasting the week before the wedding and realized we made a great decision. Our guests raved about the food (Montana traditions buffet) I booked purely on communication (responsiveness) and reviews. Thank you!
We had our rehearsal dinner at Un-Knotted and used their catering services for our wedding reception the next night. The space for the rehearsal dinner could not have been more pe...
rfect and beautifully decorated for our 130 person party. We were more than pleased with the delicious, fresh food that was served both nights. We had guests raving that it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had. At both events, the staff was incredibly prompt, professional and friendly. Throughout the entire planning process, Ashley and her manager were very responsive and helpful. We cannot thank them enough for a full weekend of excellent service and even better food!
