When I say Cincy Event Planning should be your first vendor booked after getting engaged, I truly mean it. You will not regret it. Stephanie handled our day with ease. She's profes...
sional, organized, and sweet as can be. She had every detail covered, connected with our vendors throughout the planning process, and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. I was so at ease the week leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day because I had Stephanie to lean on and knew she would execute our vision and handle anything that came up. Sam was also with her for our wedding day and we only have high praise for her too. Sam spent most of the day with my fiance and his groomsmen and handled their chaos with ease. Cincy Event Planning has a great team and is so connected with the Cincinnati wedding network that it was such a cohesive experience with all our vendors. Thank you so much Stephanie and Sam for everything!!
Stephanie did an amazing job working with us each step of the way! She was very organized and came prepared to every meeting, giving us tasks to complete to make sure we were on to...
p of things. On the day of the wedding, her crew did incredible with making the day run smoothly! I highly recommend using Stephanie as your wedding planner.
Stephanie and her team truly went above and beyond to bring our wedding vision to life. From our very first meeting, I knew she was exactly the right person to guide us through thi...
s journey. Her kindness, attention to detail, and calming presence made every step feel manageable, no matter what challenges arose. She has an incredible ability to handle anything with grace and composure.
Throughout our longer engagement, Stephanie was a constant source of support, regularly checking in with us on how we were feeling during the planning process. It meant so much to have her thoughtful guidance throughout the entire planning process.
Stephanie and her team took care of so many details, from picking up our wedding cakes, delivering décor to the venue, and even arranging for my flowers to be preserved after we left for our honeymoon. She meticulously crafted our timeline and ensured that every special moment and photo we wanted was captured (and as a Type-A bride, there were quite a few!).
We chose CEP’s partial planning service and it exceeded our expectations in every way, and was worth every penny we spent. The planning checklist alone was invaluable, breaking tasks into manageable pieces and helping us avoid becoming overwhelmed. Stephanie was instrumental in helping me refine my vision, from décor and color palette to flowers and accent colors, and the end result was more beautiful than we ever imagined.
We received so many compliments from vendors, family, and guests about how exceptional Stephanie and her team were—many remarked that they couldn't imagine having a wedding without someone like her as part of their day. Hiring Stephanie was truly one of the best decisions we made. It allowed us and our families to be fully present for every moment, knowing that if anything unexpected arose, she would handle it seamlessly (and if something did go wrong, we still don't know about it).
Stephanie feels more like family to us now after the amount of time we spent together, and we are so deeply grateful for everything Stephanie and her team did for us. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and it was thanks in large part to her expertise, care, and commitment.
We used Cincy Event Planning for our wedding in November and had the opportunity to work with April. She was so organized, communicated very timely, and her personality is the perf...
ect fit for making a bride feel at ease during all the craziness of wedding planning. She made the whole process so enjoyable and our wedding weekend went so smoothly. I would highly recommend using Cincy Event Planning and can’t imagine my wedding day without their amazing work!

ent that we weren’t forgetting anything along the way. On wedding day, Stephanie and her lovely team made sure the wedding went off flawlessly and handled all the coordination with the other vendors – as the bride, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and could fully focus on being present with my husband, friends and family. She even drove some of my friends to the after party herself when the buses were too full! Thank you so much Stephanie - you were simply the best!
Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She introduced us to incredible vendors and made all of our ideas a reality. Couldn't recommend Cincy Event Planning more!
After being in a few weddings and seeing a stressed out and crying bride, I knew I wanted a planner for my own wedding. Cincy Event Planning came highly recommended from a friend o...
f a friend. They were easy to work with including a date and location change. I worked with April specifically, and she was always happy to meet up and discuss anything I had questions on. She did an incredible job on the day of my wedding. I was having way too much fun to care about the details of schedule and vendors, and April took care of literally everything! She even waited way late into the night to make sure our ride returned for us. Cannot recommend them enough!
Stephanie and her team are top tier! They made the day run so smoothly, along with ensuring that we were on track with wedding planning throughout the year. They did everything to...
ensure that we had the best day ever! It was a blessing to have a point person for the day that knew our vision for the wedding. They were great with communicating with vendors and great with directing our wedding party. Cincy Event Planning is so professional and they know how a wedding should run. I think everyone should have Cincy Event Planning (Stephanie) for their wedding because they are life savers!! You are able to fully enjoy your wedding day because Stephanie is taking care of everything. I cannot thank her enough for making my wedding amazing!

ings and I knew I could trust her to bring my vision to life on wedding day. Most important, she was a kind and calming presence and became my biggest cheerleader on wedding day. I will miss planning with her!
I truly do not know how I would have pulled off my wedding without Stephanie and her team. Stephanie was unbelievably helpful, organized, responsive, and understanding. Not a singl...
e thing fell through the cracks with her, down to the smallest details.
My husband is Muslim and we needed to ensure no food had pork (difficult in Cincinnati) and that some family members were not served alcohol. Stephanie did not bat an eye at those asks and ensured everyone in our families felt comfortable.
Having Stephanie's team there made it possible for me to be in the moment at the wedding for every second. Stephanie made sure that everything happened on time and in the right sequence.
The other thing that impressed me was her knowledge of vendors in the area. When I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start, she always had vetted vendors that she trusted and recommended.
She was so patient with me--answering all of my questions, going with me to vendor meetings, staying even-keeled when I was stressed.
At the last minute I realized that I had not booked microphones like I thought for the ceremony. Stephanie figured it out and sourced a microphone for the ceremony during the eleventh hour during one of the busiest wedding weekends of the year.
I truly cannot say enough great things about Stephanie. She was kind, patient, and reliable--all of the things you pray for in a planner. She completely made my vision come to life and it was the best day of my life thanks to her and her team. You will be in great hands with her.

th leading up to our wedding. Their organization, attention to detail and just overall knowledge of all things wedding related was an absolute life saver to me. Their help with planning is worth their weight in gold and I can't imagine our wedding weekend without them. They allowed me to truly enjoy the biggest and happiest weekend of my life without a worry in the world. I'd recommend Cincy Event Planning to anyone!

y and all questions and keep us on track with the planning and budgeting. Our meetings together were like my church. She offered great resources (the most useful checklist EVER!) and gave us access to the Aisle Planner software. Leading up to and on wedding day, Stephanie really shined. We had SO many moving pieces to our wedding: 200 guests, custom displays and intricate decorations, ceremony popsicles, bus transportation for guests… It was a LOT, but Stephanie and her team worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life and ensure the day was smooth. Leaving this review almost 2 months after our wedding has given us time to chat with our guests, all of whom have shared different small details and perspectives from the day that maybe we missed. From these stories, it is clear that Stephanie and her team anticipated just about everything and cared about the little things as much as we did. We are beyond glad we chose Cincy Event Planning to manage our wedding details, and would absolutely recommend you do too!
We hired Stephanie and the Cincy Event Planning team to help us in the planning process of our wedding, and it was absolutely worth it! Throughout the entire process Stephanie was ...
cool, calm and collected, and helped us make sure we were on track with our timeline and budget. She answered all of our questions and her communication was clear and timely. Once we got closer to the wedding day, Stephanie was instrumental in making sure everything was planned and set in place for the big day. On top of our wedding, we were also moving and starting new jobs, which was chaotic to say the least. To have Stephanie there was incredibly helpful to take care of all the details that was too overwhelming for us to keep track of during all the craziness. On our wedding day, Stephanie handled everything to perfection, and we didn't have to think about any of the details because she handled it all so fantastically. I can't recommend Stephanie and the Cincy Event Planning team enough!
Cincy event planning truly helped make our wedding everything we hoped it would be. I worked with April who was a pleasure to work with beginning to end. She coordinated with all...
of our other vendors, helped us figure out every little detail (and there were a lot of them) and made sure our wedding stayed on schedule and ran seamlessly. I could tell during our wedding that there were a million things going on behind the scenes that needed managing, and April took care of everything so we did not have to worry about any of those things or even think about them; we were able to just completely enjoy our wedding, which is how it should be. We couldn't recommend Cincy Event Planning and April highly enough to future couples planning a wedding.
I will be honest to say that when my daughter suggested that she have a wedding planner, I was sceptical at first. The venue was providing someone to help coordinate the event, so...
I really didn't think we needed a planner. Boy was I wrong! April and her associates were wonderful to my daughter and took a lot of the stress away from her with the planning. When an issue came up with a vendor, April took care of it. The day of the wedding was flawless much to April's expertise in corrdination. The main thing was that April was there when she was needed. She was the calm in the storm. She managed the day so effortlessly and with such kindness that even family and friends commented how impressed they were with her. I would highly recommend April and her team and strongly suggest that you hire her early in the planning of your wedding.

o work with. We worked together for over a year planning our event and Stephanie went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect in every way. She anticipated our needs, was overly communicative, helped navigate some difficult vendors on our behalf, understood our wedding vision and executed it perfectly. I would recommend her again and again and would use for any future events. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further because CEP will have you covered. Thank you for taking amazing care of us and helping create the wedding of our dreams.

BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE! (besides marrying my husband of course ;) I just got married on October 22, 2022 and had Ali as our full time wedding planner. Let me just say this wo...
man is absolutely amazing! She was there for us throughout the ENTIRE process (year and a half of planning) from reaching out to vendors, helping us make decisions, answering my crazy late night emails when I decided to change something last minute, to literally sewing my wedding dress bustle back together when it broke after my first dance, and making sure everything went perfect on our wedding day! She is also such a kind, genuine person and really does care about her clients. I get to call her not just the best wedding planner around, but a life long friend now as well :) When it came to our big day I had absolutely no worries in the world because I knew Ali and her team had it covered. Her and Cincy Event Planning are the absolute best of the best! Seriously run don't walk to hire them for your wedding!!! :)
BEST PLANNERS IN THE CITY! Wedding days are stressful, chaotic, and go by super fast. Hire a team who gets it - Cincy Event Planning is that team. I had a lot of details and am ver...
y type A and they executed everything to perfection. One of their assistants showed up to help the guys get ready (which was crucial) and another assistant even took our dog home after the ceremony. They do it all! We placed an order for a late night snack and when it came time for it to be delivered, it didn't show up. Stephanie and her team jumped on this issue immediately, called the company, and fixed it on the spot. I had no idea until after our wedding and our guests still had plenty of time to enjoy the snack! Hire a planner in general, but most importantly hire Cincy Event Planning.
Our wedding would not have been the same without Stephanie’s expertise. From vendor recommendations to day of coordination, Stephanie lead us down the path to success. At one point...
during our reception I looked down at my dress wondering where my dress finger loop was and out of nowhere Stephanie swoops in and hands me the loop without hesitation. Back to dancing I went! There is no detail too small, Cincy Event Planning sees everything. Our Wedding day came out just as beautiful and organized as I could have hoped. Thank you for all of your time and effort Stephanie, forever grateful for your guidance.

o get married out of my family so planning a wedding was very new to all of us. I knew I needed someone to help me make big decisions for our wedding and help my vision come to life. Ali went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us in so many ways, I was blown away with everything she did for us, from creating our design board (Which I highly recommend if you want to know what your wedding will look like before it even happens!!!) To emailing every single one of our vendors for us and booking them all. She was there with me to pick out everything, from the bourbon bar we rented to picking out the silverware for our reception. She made everything so effortless for me. I worked with Ali for a year and a half to make my dream wedding come to life and I truly owe her everything for making my husbands and I's day, the legit greatest day of our lives!! The day of the wedding I had absolutely no worries at all because I knew Ali was there to take care of anything that could go wrong. I got SOOO many compliments about her at our wedding, people would come up to me and say wow your wedding planner is amazing. Even after our wedding people were texting us about how awesome she was and how beautiful and fun our wedding was. She is seriously one of the most professional and kindest souls I have ever met. She really takes the time to get to know you and what you want your wedding to be. I seriously could go on and on about her and Cincy Event Planning in general!!!! Every Bride at least needs a day of coordinator I have realized throughout this whole process and Cincy event planning is THE BEST OF THE BEST!! Thank you, Ali and Cincy event planning, for making our day the best day of our lives (:

nd her amazing team. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for this group of incredible ladies. I was on the fence about having a day-of coordinator, and it was by far the best decision/vendor selection of my entire day and wedding planning process. Stephanie is so well-organized, is the best sounding board, has incredible suggestions, and overall made my wedding day go as perfectly as possible. Her and her team were there to make sure I didn't miss a single thing on my wedding day. She helped with everything from helping book the guest transportation, to setting up the guest tables, to bustling my dress, to cleaning up and packing up everything after the reception ended. If you do one thing for yourself for your wedding, please hire Cincy Event Planning. You will not regret it!
Ali was the absolute greatest thing we did for our wedding. She made the day run absolutely perfectly and helped us make the wedding of our dreams.
Cincy Event Planning is a joy to work with & I couldn't recommend them more! They worked with us for a traditional Indian Sangeet and for our wedding day. The day of coordination...
was seamless. They made it so we could sit back and enjoy the day rather than worrying about all the details and moving pieces. The calls leading up the events helped put my mind at ease. Stephanie is a fantastic partner with a perfect demeanor to keep you calm, organized and with a flawless event! Her team is professional and solve issues you never knew where there!

friends. She kept in touch with all of our vendors, reminded me when payments were do, and even helped us narrow down so many choices with her experience with past vendors. Our wedding day was perfect and we have Stephanie to thank for making everything right.

ic) without Ali at Cincy Event Planning. We had a unique circumstance as we decided to conduct a small private ceremony in 2020 and host our larger wedding ceremony in 2021 due to the government mandates around hosting larger gatherings during the pandemic. Ali provided her expertise during both of our wedding ceremonies, flawlessly helping us change venues, conducting all of the necessary vendor conversations and making design recommendations to bring the Disney fairytale wedding of my dreams to life! The day of our wedding event could not have went any better. Ali and her team ensured we had absolutely no worries, and were on top of every possible situation so we had nothing to worry about other than celebrating with our guests! Working with this team was a breeze, professional, extremely organized, proactive and prompt with communication and just a joy to be around. It is evident wedding planning is their passion and they truly care about their clients, and the experience they help create for them. I highly recommend Cincy Event Planning, 10/10!

s on getting my couple the very best photographs possible. A successful weddings day is a team effort and Cincy Event Planning brings their A game to every wedding. This past Saturday, one of the ring bearers was given pants that did not fit and Stephanie quickly jumped into action and had new pants before the ceremony. Hiring Cincy Event Planning is a great choice as they will take care of any unexpected situations that arise in a calm and collected manner.

d spend time with family and friends while getting ready. CEP even made sure I had everything I needed for the photographer so no photos were left out. I did not worry about a single thing on my special day. They kept tract of the timeline and made sure I got to be included in every part of my day that I wanted. During the wedding, they continued to assist myself and the groom with anything that we needed. They ran our DIY photo booth the entire wedding, even with crazy guests. At the end of the night, they cleaned everything up and loaded cars with gifts and the decorations that we brought. I did not have to do a thing the entire wedding besides have fun!! My day wedding day was a dream and it couldnt have been possible with CEP!!

out the entire wedding planning process, Stephanie was there with checklists to keep me on track and give advice on wedding planning when needed. She is very knowledgeable and professional, truly helping to sculpt your dream day! Stephanie and her team made everything so seamless on the actual day of. From sewing a bridesmaid into her dress when the zipper broke to packing everything into the car at the end of the night before you could even notice, they truly were incredible to work with! I would highly recommend their service and truly cannot say enough about them!
Ali's expertise and assistance was better than we could have imagined. Because of Ali and her team, we did not have any major things go wrong at our wedding.
Ali at Cincy Event Planning was INCREDIBLE! I cannot express how helpful, kind, responsive, and professional she is. I first contacted Cincy Event Planning for day of coordination....
Stephanie was quick to reply, set up a call, and introduce us to Ali. From the get go, Ali was helping us manage logistics and making sure we were on track for our wedding. We met with Ali throughout the planning process, communicated over the phone and e-mail, and she attended the final meeting with our venue. Ali thought of items, details, and questions that I never would have thought to ask our venue. She was extremely organized, professional, and exemplified excellent communication with both us and our vendors. She managed logistics for every aspect of our day from the timeline to the contacting of our vendors. I never once had to think or worry about any of the logistics or set up for the day. Ali attended and ran our rehearsal, as well as set up our wedding day beautifully, ran the entire ceremony and reception according to schedule, and made sure every single thing was taken care of. Cincy Event Planning was the best decision we made throughout the entire process--I cannot even begin to describe the exceptional service they provided. Our day was so stress free thanks to Ali and the team at CEP! I would recommend their services to every bride. THANK YOU!

so that my husband and I, our families, and our bridal party could just focus on celebrating the day. From team member Susan helping us out on the bus as we took pictures around town, to Stephanie keeping everything on schedule at the ceremony and reception - I was so thankful to have them there! There’s so many things you don’t even think of that they help out with. Stephanie even helped us donate our flowers to a retirement community the next day. She and her team truly go above and beyond. As the bride and groom, you are pulled in so many different directions, so it’s a relief to have someone else running the show. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator - DO IT - and hire Cincy Event Planners! They take so much stress off you, your family and friends, so you can enjoy every moment and look back and think - WOW, that was truly the best day ever!
We used Cincy Event Planning for ‘day of’ coordination. We had Sydney and Stephanie as our coordinators. I really enjoyed working with both of them. They did a great job putting...
the timeline together and making sure everything moved smoothly. Some things they did for us included cleaning up the church, taking items from the church to the reception venue, and helped load up my parent’s car with the gifts. Having the day of coordinators added a peace of mind knowing if there were any issues the day of the wedding that I wouldn’t have to be bothered with it. I thought they did a nice job and would recommend them.

eds. She created our timeline and ensured it was executed as planned. She also contacted our vendors to ensure that she was the point of contact for everything so I could just relax and enjoy the day and evening. She even had one of her staff members deliver the gifts and cards that were brought to the reception to the bridal suite so we didn't have to gather them after the reception. We appreciated everything she did!!
Cincy Event Planning is AMAZING! From the first contact to the end of our daughter's wedding day they were fantastic to work with! Ali was our day of planner and she was so easy ...
to work with, response time was great. This was our second time we used a day of wedding planner, our oldest daughter was married several years ago and I can't begin to compare the difference between the two! It was such a relief to go through the process knowing Ali was there to help with vendor suggestions, any questions, etc. The day of the wedding was a record windy day in Cincinnati and the ceremony was outside. Ali and her interns handled everything - including stationing 2 interns to hold the trellis we rented - it would have blown over without them! And they did it so you didn't really notice them! Ali handled the reception and any hiccups. They cleaned up, packed the car with the gifts etc. I could go on and on (and kind of have) praising Cincy Events. I strongly recommend them for your wedding!

I have one, singular regret about my wedding: that we didn't hire Julie and CEP sooner. I tried to do about 6 months worth of planning on my own and I did OK, but I know she would ...
have steered me towards a better florist if she had been involved when we booked the florist. Julie and her team will literally do everything and anything to make sure your day (and the weeks and months leading up to it) not only runs smoothly, but looks AMAZING. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but Julie has such an impeccable design sense that she listened to my ideas and made them into a gorgeous reality with things that I never would have thought of. They have a great stock of things like table numbers, centerpiece vases, votives, etc that you should definitely take advantage of. Jules also has great relationships with other vendors, which is super important (and I mean, seriously, who wouldn't love this woman?!) And aside from Julie, the rest of her team the day of the wedding kicked some serious ass. Team CEP did everything from bandaging my 13 year old sister's blisters from her shoes to finding my groom at the end of the reception when I couldn't. This is an amazing group of women and I would 1000000% recommend CEP.
I am so glad we hired CEP. I was really torn on whether or not I wanted to hire an event coordinator, now I am so so so glad we did. It was well worth the money and then some. We s...
elected the day-of-coordination package, Julie was great to work with, she helped us find a package that was in our budget and best met our needs. Our day of coordinator, Therese, was AMAZING!!! She reviewed all my timelines, if I had any concerns about vendor contracts she read over them and gave me her opinion, and she was always prompt to reply to my emails.
She did a great job coordinating the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. The peace of mind alone was well worth the cost. Everyone kept telling me, something will go wrong on your wedding day....they were wrong. WIth the help of CEP, everything was perfect. It was an absolute dream come true. Having these girls around made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my wedding day. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any of my friends or family getting married. They're a delight to work with.
PLEASE READ!! We paid for Full planning services and basically only got Day-of coordination. Julie sold us on her co. by raving about her ability to help couples that lived out-of-...
town as we did. We even paid more to specifically have Julie as our Planner vs. someone on her staff. But in actuality, we had to do 85% of the pre-planning by ourselves. Julie only went to 1 of our vendor appointments which was 1 that appeared to be a friend of hers that she was encouraging us to use. Communication was absolutely horrendous! She literally did not call me one time to check and see how I was doing. Every conversation or email we ever had was initiated by us. Her personality is that of a corporate event planner not one that deals with emotional events such as weddings. We would wait 2 or 3 weeks for email responses which is unacceptable. It came to a point where we had to request a discount because of the disappointing service. Which she agreed to as she could not deny her faults. She even told us that she did not coordinate rehearsal dinners for clients when in fact some reviews mention her coordination of their dinners. I have only given a 2 rating instead of a 1 or 0 based on the satisfactory service that was provided on the Day-of. We truly can't figure out if there was a reason why we seemed to receive such poor service when most other reviews are so positive. We are not difficult people. If you choose this vendor, we truly hope that your experience is many times better than ours as dealing with Julie was just about the most stressful part of our wedding planning. Unfortunate to say the least.
The Cincy Event Planning group made my wedding the perfect day for my husband and I. Planning a KY wedding from Oregon could have been the most stressful and unorganized process, b...
ut Julie and her team made the entire process so enjoyable and stress free. Julie's knowledge every step of the process kept us on track and helped us to ensure we didn't miss any details. The day could not have been more amazing- I left many of the decisions to Julie and her team as I really was unsure about many details. When we arrived to the reception, I got a sneak peak of the room and almost had tears (happy tears that is). Every detail was perfect. Julie really got to know me and what I liked, pulling together the most amazing reception I could have asked for.
I would 100% recommend Julie and her team for any event. The attention to detail, willingness to get to know me and my family and poise throughout the entire process are admirable. Thank you for the most amazing day of my life!
Julie and her team helped plan and make our day absolutely beautiful! We had a horrifically rainy day and I had zero worries the entire morning knowing that they were in charge and...
would make everything beautiful no matter what. They made sure that everything was perfect and everyone was taken care of. I literally couldn't imagine having tried to pull it all together the way they did, from Julie coming along to help me pick my dress, make sure the flowers were just what I wanted, and we picked the best appetizers, to scouring the grounds and making sure nothing was left behind at the venue. I recommend the CEP team for any event! They are just awesome!
