Kelly is the bridal queen of Cincinnati. She is AMAZING at what she does. After searching for months for just the right dress (for my very particular style), Kelly had the most b...
eautiful Anne Barge gown waiting for me at Cincy Bridal. I loved the private shopping experience, having the entire store to yourself. Kelly was great at styling my dress with a matching Anne Barge stole. She also selected the perfect veil with a blusher for me, which is exactly what I wanted. Kelly went the extra mile for me, ordering a sample of my dress fabric in silk white, as I had only ever tried on and seen the dress in blush. She provided countless support throughout my engagement, answering even my smallest questions right away, and has continued to help with a dry cleaning recommendation. I would tell everyone to go to Cincy Bridal for the finest wedding dress shopping experience in the city.
Shelby was super helpful the whole time. Once I found the dress I loved she knew it was the one for me. They helped me stay within budget and I felt very comfortable. Also got a bo...

I scheduled an appointment with Cincy Bridal on a whim, and I'm so glad I did! I found that many of the bridal boutiques in Cincinnati and Columbus overlap on designers and dresse...
s, but those carried by Cincy Bridal are high end and extremely exclusive to their store. An incredibly selection offered but in particular a lot of elegant, classic style gowns. Blake, my consultant, instantly zeroed in on my personal style and what I was looking for in a dress. I loved every dress I tried on and it would have been extremely difficult to pick a winner, except that Blake immediately identified my dream dress with every last detail I had hoped for (and didn't think existed).
Cincy Bridal's customer service when ordering my dress was super responsive. A wonderfully positive experience and I'm so excited to be a Cincy Bridal bride!
I worked with both Blake and Kelly and couldn’t be any happier with my experience! Such an elegant place and the best dresses! I said yes to the dress here!

both, and I was able to keep the same consultant for both appointments, even bringing my dresses over from one store to the other so I could see my favorites in one place. Lily was kind, professional, fun, and helpful. I genuinely couldn't have a more pleasant and productive experience. I'll be singing their praises to anyone who asks. We had so much fun and I'm so thrilled to have found my perfect dress at Cincy Bridal.

The absolute best bridal store I have been to! Kelly was so helpful and I am so glad I was able to find the perfect dress there!
I was extremely nervous to go dress shopping. I had a very simple, yet specific idea in mind for my dress and I get easily flustered when I have to go shopping for an extended peri...
od of time. I am not a girly girl, so I was convinced I’d try on one dress and it would be THE dress. I first arrived at the sister store, Lace, and quite a few gowns into the process I started to get really overwhelmed and upset because I hadn’t found the gown yet. My bridal consultant. Ashley, was extremely patient and kind with me and took me down to Cincy Bridal before it was even officially open! As soon as we stepped into the store I immediately calmed down. I found multiple dresses that I loved, and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on at Cincy Bridal. The dress made me feel so beautiful on our wedding day, and I couldn’t be happier!
I had the most wonderful dress shopping experience at Cincy Bridal! They were attentive, informative, and dedicated to ensuring that I achieved the look I wanted for my wedding day...
. My appointment began with detailed questions about my wedding, the overall feel I was going for, as well as how I wanted to feel. From there they made trying on dresses fun and stress free. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Cincy Bridal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent dress shopping experience!

the consultant, lots of room, was greeted with champagne and Blake was so helpful! She really listened to me and made sure I felt stunning in each gown. At the end, I slept on the decision and immediately came back to buy my dream gown. From the customer service to personal attention to stunning inventory, I’d recommend cincy bridal to every bride!
Cincy Bridal was so easy to work with! I made my appointment a little over a month in advance, and they called me a few days before to check in with me. As soon as I walked in the ...
door, I was warmly greeted by Blake, who assisted me throughout the rest of my appointment. She was so sweet, congratulating me on my engagement and introducing herself and asking me to do the same for my guests and myself. She showed us where we would be staying for the appointment and worked diligently to show us the dresses. Blake was easy to work with and she made trying on dresses in front of a stranger comfortable. She was extremely professional and clearly knew what she was talking about when it came to the dresses and accessories. I found my perfect dress here and would highly recommend others go to Cincy Bridal to do the same! 😊
