Christopher Duggan Photography

st) and he was adept at calming me down and making me realize everything was ok. Neither of us are used to getting our photos taken but he made the whole process seem so easy and natural which is reflected in the final photos. Him and his assistant captured pretty much everyone in attendance, every aspect of the day, and even stayed a little later than agreed upon when the schedule got behind. The final photos are BEAUTIFUL and he got them to us very quickly. Very highly recommend!!

lbum! If you want a stress free photography experience, he is the absolute best!

us the whole year leading up to the wedding. He is thoughtful, creative, and kind. The pictures are gorgeous and captured our wedding beyond anything we could have imagined. We are so thankful we chose Christopher as our photographer and videographer!

g our planning process - always quick to jump on a call or send an email response to help us with any questions we had - he worked with us to make all of our visions come true. On the day of, his team was not only early, but they also came enthusiastic and ready to go. They scoped out spots to shoot at ahead of time since they had not been to the venue before, and they made all of the portraits fun and easy, we even finished them ahead of schedule. They were not invasive or pushy in their process, but instead gave suggestions and helpful directions to make our pictures turn out beautifully without putting too much pressure on us to do things out of our comfort zones. During the party, it was as if they weren't there. We could see from cell phone footage after the fact that they were always around us snapping tons of pics and capturing video, but as far as we were concerned, they were out of our faces and letting us enjoy the party which was a huge priority for us. I cannot thank them enough for making our day stress free and adding to the fun. HIRE THEM!!!!!!!

approaches all of his work with such authenticity and empathy and captures the most beautiful photos. Finding the right photographer for your wedding day is so important, because it's what you have forever! Look no further than Christopher. Know that he is a gem and does the most incredible work!

and album process, Christopher and his team provided exceptional service. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera during our engagement shoot and we had a blast taking photos/videos on our wedding day. Our family and bridal party commented how natural it felt to take the portrait photos, and how easygoing the entire process was. Christopher was extremely accommodating with us when we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19, and supported us along the way. His energy and love for what he does guided us through the overall stressful wedding planning experience, and we are THRILLED with how the photos, videos, and our beautiful album came out. He is so knowledgable about weddings/wedding flow, and that helped us greatly (especially if you're someone like me who is very conscious of day-of timelines)! We couldn't have asked for a better photographer to work with, and we highly recommend working with Christopher and his team!

ely on video calls to get to know him. His studio’s style of warm and lively shots really stood out when I was researching photographers. Even his portraits had movement and life, and everything looks natural. He set us up with Whitney as our primary photographer and Lorraine as our second, and honestly, I wish they could photograph my entire life! They were so friendly and relaxed, they really made us feel like models. My husband is notoriously awkward in front of the camera and hates getting his photo taken, but you would never know from looking at the shots they got! Lorraine’s “say yes” trick is definitely something I will be reusing any time I have to take a photo of my husband from now on! My family also adored working with them, and found them very engaged all night. Whitney and Lorraine were great at making sure we ticked off all the have-to-get pictures on our list, but were also super flexible all night grabbing other group shots and pairings as needed. I can honestly say of the hundreds of photos we got from our wedding, there isn’t a bad one in the bunch. Whitney and Lorraine helped us start our wedding day on the right foot by making us feel comfortable and boosting our confidence, and it really shows in all of our photos. I can’t wait to get our album and get some prints of our favorites (though it will be incredibly difficult to choose just a few!)

every time we look at the photos. Christopher came highly recommended to us by a family friend and he exceeded expectations. Not only are the photos beautiful, but Christopher is wonderful to work with. He is patient and kind while making the whole process simple, transparent, comfortable, and stress free. His professional etiquette the day of the wedding was amazing - he was always there to capture the best moments without being intrusive. He helped the day flow well and kept everything on schedule. The morning after the wedding we already had several sneak peek photos that we could share which was very exciting! Christopher makes the process of curating a wedding album enjoyable and will create a first draft so that the process is not overwhelming. I would also highly recommend an engagement photo session with Christopher as also took beautiful photos of us with our young puppy that we love and it also allowed us to build a relationship with him before our big day! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, Christopher will not disappoint - we could not he happier! :)

ngagement and listened to all of our concerns and ideas. I had told him that we wanted to be sure to have plenty of pictures of our guests for memories. We now have pictures of nearly our entire wedding that we can cherish forever.

ed and candid photos and film, including the ceremony itself followed by photos by the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree and skating rink, and then in front of St. Patrick's and on Top of the Rock with panoramic views of Manhattan, and finally our reception, with first dances and the toast. We were delighted with the photos, which truly captured the magic and emotions of the evening, and they also put together a wonderful video with highlights of the ceremony, dinner, and dancing. We scheduled Christopher on very short notice (about four weeks), and he and his team were very accommodating, professional, and flexible. After the wedding, they had the photos and video ready for us promptly. We are grateful for everything, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

hly professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend hiring this great company!

took our engagement photos, which were stunning. Leading up to the Big Day, he took time to talk to us about what mattered to us, what the family dynamics were, and how we wanted to structure the day. I desperately wanted to make sure that all photos were done before the Ceremony, and Christopher made a thorough timeline and list of portraits to take so that not only did we accomplish this but it was seamless and everyone was thrilled with how it all went. Throughout the wedding he was constantly available to take whatever photos we realized we had missed, and his candids are also incredible. We were also fortunate enough to work with his partner Jordan, who is a genius and absolute artist. We cannot rate this team highly enough!!

was most important to us about our wedding. The photographs are magical. We really look like ourselves in the pictures, and they capture the joy and excitement we felt. There are so many excellent candids from throughout the night, and we are grateful to have a whole series of family portraits as well. Christopher masterfully handled our family and ran 50+ people through family portraits in under 40 minutes. He is extremely professional, easy to communicate with, and fun to work with!

hout the day. He's amazing at what he does and he's extremely professional, personable, and friendly. Would highly recommend!

work with. He made us feel comfortable right away, and made a point of spending time to get to know us, including an engagement photo shoot a few months before the wedding. He worked to make sure everything he did felt right for us, and didn't force us into any poses or situations that we didn't want to do. On the day of the wedding he and his team found a perfect balance between directing traffic to help maximize our time and get as many great shots as possible while also blending into the background when it felt right for them to do so. Multiple guests told us afterwards that the didn't even realize there was a video crew shooting the wedding & reception! With our wedding in March, it was unclear whether we'd be able to take any photos outside until that day, and Chris and his team were great about thinking quickly to identify places that made sense for photos. The weather wound up cooperating and we got fantastic shots!

It was great to be able to view all of his phenomenal work on his website to see what him and his team could do to make our wedding magical and perfect. We were able to work with many of Christopher's staff throughout our engagement photos, wedding photos, and post wedding things such as edits on our wedding video and wedding photo album. Everyone affiliated with Christopher is professional and a true pleasure to work with. Christopher and his team really captured our wedding in every way and from every angle, we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We'll now have these photos and video for the rest of our lives, and we have Christopher and his team to thank for that. Thank you SO much!

e like a dear friend then a vendor. Wedding days are crazy and intense, yet having Christopher there makes that element of the day a complete breeze. Our family is big and I had A LOT of photos I wanted taken, including ones with small children and babies. Christopher got them all done so quickly and efficiently I was blown away. And the photos are STUNNING. Truly. I cannot recommend Christopher and his team highly enough; do yourself a favor and book him!!

e day it was instantly calming and he is a super friendly gent. After our city clerk's ceremony we explored the city. Christopher was fabulous letting us be flexible in choosing spots to take photos in. We got so many beautiful pictures in our selected time frame with multiple locations but all importantly we never felt rushed. As we travelled and walked around the city Christopher's knowledge of the city's history and buildings kept us enthralled and added a level of engagement to the day. We received our pictures very quickly in two stages. A sample selection to share with the family the next day followed by the entire collection in a super quick time frame. We are very thankful and very happy. Helen & Iain

sional and had an eye for capturing the special moments of the day from getting ready through the ceremony and the end of the reception

ich is not great when you are the bride and groom at a wedding. The thought of adding cameras to the mix made us both feel nervous but Christopher and his team were absolutely amazing. They are nice, professional and caring and most importantly, they make you feel so comfortable because they let you be you. I was really set on finding a photographer that was able to capture natural moments, rather than overly posed photos and Christopher and his assistance Cherylynn more than delivered on that! I am so in love with my wedding photos I cannot stop looking at them 3 months later. Christopher took the time to meet with us, get to know us and really make sure that we were happy at the end of the day and we are so happy with how all of our photos turned out!

was able to efficiently move us through our photos after the ceremony since we mentioned that we hoped to join our friends and family as soon as we could. Christopher was highly personable and remembered names and relationships between family members, which only furthered the wonderful experience we had. You can tell he is truly passionate about his work. We highly recommend Christopher!!

credible day. They worked hard to make sure all possible wedding shots occurred and they were present and energetic during the candid photographs at the reception. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched and I am so thankful for the positivity they brought throughout the whole day - even the guests stated how incredible they were! I cannot sing enough praises for Christopher Duggan and I highly recommend him and his team for any wedding!

prep. He helped with the timeline, listened to my vision and also understood that I really wanted a clam environment. Everything went so smoothly. Most importantly, the pictures are so beyond stunning. They completely exceeded my expectations. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

ng a breeze! He has a great team, and was extremely patient as we went through a long list of formal portraits. A month after our wedding he provided us with a few "sneak peek" pictures (we got married during the busy summer season) and can't wait to see the rest of the wonderful moments captured from the day.

met my husband!) that my one “must-have” if I ever got married was to have Christopher photograph my special day. Christopher was an absolute pleasure throughout our year of planning. He stayed very engaged in our planning process despite the fact the he was unable to photograph the day of our wedding. Instead, his colleagues Whitney (who was the second photographer at my friend’s wedding) and Cherylynn were able to bring the Christopher Duggan Photography magic to Philadelphia for our wedding in September! They were both so much fun and easy to work with. Whitney was efficient in getting great shots and worked very well with a local videographer we had hired – you would have thought they were old partners, despite never having met each other! I am so pleased that our memories were captured so beautifully and that we have these wonderful photographs as keepsakes. You can’t go wrong by inviting this team to be a part of your special day!

r Duggan team did was capture the story of our wedding. INCREDIBLE. Needless to say highly recommended for all services since quality is about commitment and care and they exhibited both.

our wedding. I have known Christopher for many years through our work in dance, and have always admired his work, so he was a natural choice for us. I think that his work in dance really informs his wedding photography—beyond his natural eye for composition and light, it gives him a special ability to capture split-second moments. Throughout the planning process, Christopher was always responsive to questions and thoughts, and we worked together through online forms and an in-person meeting to discuss the important details for him to capture and create the timeline for the wedding. On the day of our wedding, Christopher and his assistant Jordan arrived early to check out our venue, as they had never worked there before. They found some amazing spots for portraits. Our entire wedding party and family immediately felt comfortable with both photographers, so everyone felt that we were working with friends. One of our favorite things that we did was make a group picture of everyone who attended the wedding immediately after the ceremony. I know we will treasure this for years to come. Christopher was kind enough to send us a few pictures the day after the wedding, and we received the rest of our photos in a very timely fashion. We can’t recommend Christopher and his team enough.

nd joyous moment of your wedding, then you must have Christopher and his team take your wedding photographs. He is professional, warm, incredibly talented and easy to work with. He has the ability to bring out the very best in everyone he captures through his lens and his exceptional technical photographic abilities are evident in the gorgeous lighting and settings in every photo. I wholeheartedly recommend Christopher Duggan Photography for your wedding and engagement photos!

eam, who guide you every step of the way, and make sure that any questions or concerns are resolved well before the wedding date. I told him that my one request was that everyone in the room be included in a photograph, and I can honestly say, I expect he met and exceeded this expectation. Guests commented how they were impressed by Christopher and his team, and how they moved throughout the room virtually unnoticed, yet captured some wonderful moments, which is evident in the handful of pictures we have already seen. They work quickly to get you pictures, and even surprised us with a mini-accordian book (and magnet), small enough to carry daily, and arrived just two weeks after the wedding. Three weeks later, and we are already getting the first draft of our wedding album, which he expects to be in our home in less than 6 months. Worth EVERY PENNY and more!

how the photos would fit into the timeline. He was really helpful even in that planning stage because of his experience with what has worked well in the past. On the day of the wedding he fit in so well it felt like he was a good friend. Christopher made everyone feel comfortable and confident while taking portraits, and I loved his artistic style. He also took such wonderful candid shots because he is very observant while things happen naturally. We got our photos back and we love them! They are amazing quality, the lighting is perfect, and his overall skill as a photographer is obvious. Looking through all of the photos is like reliving the wedding day, and he was able to capture so many little moments that I missed on the day. Everyone's personalities seemed to shine through in the photos. I highly recommend Christopher!

h the entire process. He was calm and reassuring, and his pictures are utterly beautiful! We felt very comfortable with him and his assistant throughout the whole day, and he never felt like an intrusion during night. I HIGHLY recommend using Christopher Duggan Photography!!

ction with Christopher that it'd be a good decision. My confidence was confirmed after conversing with Christopher. He was very personable and listened to my ideas, as well as provided professional feedback. I knew immediately that wedding day photography would be stress-free. Before I knew it, the big day had arrived. To no surprise, the photography was flawless. We shared the photos with our guests and every single one of them was thrilled with the results. All of us had a fun time reliving the day through the photos. More importantly, many thanks to Christopher Duggan Photography we now have these amazing memories captured that we can cherish throughout our years as husband and wife!

uch easier for us. From our initial planning, to our wedding day, and now as we create our wedding album, Christopher has provided us with such a wonderful, easy, and professional experience. Before the wedding, Christopher sat with us to learn more about our wedding and our vision. We were able to get in touch with him through email and over the phone whenever we needed. He personally gave us time and attention each time we had a question. On our wedding day, Christopher and his remarkable team made sure that everything ran smoothly. He made sure to take the special shots that we requested and not once did we need to remind him of anything. That really helped us relax on our big day. And the shots are not only beautiful; they are so creative and personal. He came up with so many ideas that were elegant and classy. He really captured the most amazing moments. Prior to our wedding, Christopher requested a list of people that we wanted to include in our family photos. This part made me a little nervous because we have such a big family and so many different sides. However, as soon as we began taking the family shots, my nerves were calmed because it was so organized and quick. His team took control and it was so smooth. I was so grateful for that. And the pictures from the ceremony and our reception are more than we could have ever asked for. I honestly can’t think of a better photographer to choose for a wedding. Everything is just so easy and he understood what we wanted completely. But more importantly, the pictures speak for themselves—they are incredible!

. Christopher's photos are the perfect combination of classic, fun, and most important for me and my husband, unique. We wanted lots of candid shots that really captured who we were and that is what Christopher did. Another great thing about him is that he is low key and was never "in your face" or intrusive to the guests at the wedding. Many of our guests noticed that and really appreciated it. I love all of the photos from our wedding and highly recommend Christopher to anyone looking for top quality special and unique photos.

e have all of our pictures, and are working with him on finalizing our book, we can say that our experience definitely lived up to all the wonderful things we had heard. He was delightful to have around on our wedding day (which I think is so important) and the pictures exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to any NY area bride!

done by him. He went out of his way to accommodate us by coming to NJ for our engagement photos which turned out amazing!!! They made us feel extremely comfortable and because of that our wedding pictures came out so natural and beautiful. They really captured the day! We have recommend him to all of our friends and would hire him again in a second for other functions. We couldn't be happier with the results!!!!

then stayed in touch via email leading up to the big day. Christopher really listened to us and made sure the photographs captured all the moments we wanted. Christopher made sure to work within our timeline for portraits and let us enjoy the day...while still taking amazing pictures! We are so excited to share our photographs with our family and friends, and are so grateful we have them to remember our wedding.

ting with him in his office, my husband and I knew we had to have him at our wedding. He was professional, responsive, and it was clear he was passionate about his work. He was booked a few days later and it was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. On our wedding day, Christopher made our picture taking enjoyable and relaxing. Our family, wedding party, and guests absolutely loved having him around. Although he was constantly working and taking in every moment from our wedding, he was noninvasive, which is exactly what we wanted! Christopher is extremely creative and it shows when working with him. He is constantly thinking and coming up with new ideas. Six weeks after our wedding, we received our pictures and we LOVE LOVE LOVE them! We were blown away by all of the beautiful pictures he took. It was such a wonderful experience to relive the day. We can't put into words how thankful we are to have had Christopher capture moments from one of the most important days of our lives. We have looked through all of our photos several times and we can't wait to share them with our family and friends. Our wedding will forever be unforgettable because of the photographs we will have for the rest of our lives.

phy for motion pictures (a very reliable source!) When we initially met with Christopher, we were impressed by his experience, artistic style and approach. We immediately felt comfortable with him and being in his presence. We were able to look through previous wedding albums at his office and could see firsthand that he truly captures the magic of the day and makes pictures come to life. He and his team clearly communicated the wedding timeline and what we should expect. They were always accessible and responsive, and we felt 100% comfortable that they would do a fabulous job on our big day. Fast forward to the big day, and he beyond exceeded our expectations. As the bride, I was wrapped up in a million other things going on but I didn't have to for a second, worry whether or not Christopher was capturing the moments. He worked inconspicuously and didn't disrupt the flow of the party. We received our photos six weeks later and were amazed at how unbelievable they came out. I posted a few photos on Facebook and 2 months later, when people see me, they'll say, "Wow. You guys had the most incredible photographer." As I looked through the pictures I found myself saying how happy I was that he captured details I wouldn't have even though of as I was so wrapped up in other things that day - genuine moments, floral details, the programs, welcome bags, shots from the outside of the venue looking in, key moments of the speeches, and many many other meaningful moments. It was such a joy to relive our most special day through his magnificent photos. Well done Christopher Duggan Photography!

were absolutley stunning. Christopher's style is more journalistic than traditional which is what we were looking for. He works very closely with you to make sure every single moment you want captured is on your big day. Would recommend him 100%.

ictures are amazing and he is such a warm and thoughtful person - checking in with us over the year leading up to our wedding and staying in touch after, making sure that we were happy every step of the way. His personal touches make the whole experience truly unique and we are beyond thrilled with the breathtaking photos that we have to remember this special day for the rest of our lives!!

m and enjoyed every moment of our engagement shoot and all the photos on our wedding day! He really captured great moments from before, the ceremony and the reception. We highly recommend Christopher and are so happy with our experience!

ok him. You'll be so happy you did!

eginning of the process to the very end Christopher was the most professional and easy-going person to work with (tough combo to come across!). He was extremely organized and got all the shots we requested (including hundreds more we didn't even know we wanted until we saw them). Never obtrusive, and always a gentle presence, Christopher is a skillful photographer with a great sense of timing. I hope all the future brides out there are lucky enough to find their Christopher Duggin.
