Chi Town Weddings

inted for a minute. Robert hit it out of the park and captured every moment beautifully. He is professional, talented, and was quick to respond throughout the entire planning process. Due to COVID-19, we ended up cancelling the larger wedding we planned and held a much smaller ceremony in my parents yard with immediate family only. Robert was very flexible and worked with us to change the plan and come up with a new vision for our photos with only a few weeks notice. We could not have asked for a better experience and we truly appreciated Robert's effort to send us our photos in a very short turnaround. I would highly recommend Robert and Chi Town Weddings for any wedding - large or small!

ed the area near our venue to ensure that we had some great neighborhood shots. He went above and beyond to be considerate of our family and friends. We couldn't be happier with the final product! The pictures are beautiful and truly captured the magic of our day.

er the wedding he had our preview done within the first two weeks! We have so many special moments captured from that day! We definitely recommend him for your wedding!

ledgeable, and patient. As we are not photographers ourselves, we didn’t have a terribly specific vision for what we wanted so we handed the reins to Robert and he did an incredible job. We used his beautiful pictures from our engagement shoot for our save-the-dates, invitations, and website—all of which received rave reviews from our family and friends. Leading up to our wedding, he was easy to communicate with and offered great insight with respect to what we could do practically and artistically to make the day run as smoothly as possible. On the day of our wedding, Robert very politely directed everyone to where they needed to be and expertly guided our trolley driver around downtown (during marathon weekend!) for pre-ceremony photos. It was also apparent Robert had really done his research and knew which shots would look best at our chosen locations which made our day more enjoyable. During the ceremony and reception, he was in all the right spots at all the right times and took incredibly beautiful photos! Robert is talented, organized, personable, and exactly the wedding photographer you want.

f the evening in a way that immediately brings us back into the moment when we look through our photos. Robert’s great eye and experience combined for some incredible shots before the wedding as well. He created beautiful shot after beautiful shot across the city, whether portraits or candid moments. We loved the creativity he brought to the day, and one of our favorites was a spur of the moment idea after shooting near the Art Institute in downtown Chicago. The shot is of our wedding party crossing a street, and while it seems a simple concept, the lighting and composition with the city and pedestrians around us really captured and elevated the moment. We also can’t say enough about Robert’s professionalism throughout our interactions and on our wedding day. He was incredibly friendly and excited to work with us, and he put in an enormous amount of preparation in advance. Not only was he precise in getting the most out of our time leading up to the ceremony, he was incredible in how he orchestrated many moving parts. It was as if we had hired a wedding photographer that was doubling as a day-of coordinator - whether it was giving precise directions to our driver, to keeping the wedding party on time, to coordinating with our DJ on lighting, or working with our families, Robert played a big role in helping our day go smoothly and we’re very appreciative that he went above and beyond for us. We could not more highly recommend Robert and would work with him again in an instant. Many thanks!

with different spots we could go to within the banquet hall/hotel. My dream of beautiful fall wedding pictures came true regardless of location!!!

g photos and I never felt like we were dragging or taking too long. Overall, we seriously enjoyed working with Robert and couldn’t be happier with the results. Anytime you can say that about something so personal and close to your heart, that’s really saying something!

ond to make the process simple, straightforward and efficient. Day of the wedding, I didn't have to stress at all because Robert made sure all the photos we wanted and even those we didn't know we wanted were taken perfectly! We got our wedding preview super fast after the wedding as well which I was very grateful for. Overall, Chi Town Weddings should definitely be your choice when you are looking for photography services because they are truly spectacular!

wledgeable and patient. Overall he was just so great to work with. We love our photos so much and have received many compliments. Everyone who has seen them so far loves how beautiful and authentic they are. We also used Robert for our engagement photos, which were also amazing and I would highly recommend using him for both.

to book with him.

ng day. He was very receptive to all of the different elements and photos we wanted to capture as well as brought fantastic ideas to the table. He did a great job on the wedding day to ensure he got all of the shots that we wanted, captured the details of the day, and candid shots of the day. We received the photo preview from our wedding just a few weeks after our wedding day. We would recommend Robert and Chi Town Weddings!

certain people and/or stylistic aspects of our wedding photos. Also, despite having a busy schedule, he was also super responsive!

everlasting memories of our special day!

contact and responded promptly in regards to any matter. Before the day of the wedding he made sure to note which moments we wanted captured and gave us an easy to follow timeline of the days events. Everyone at our wedding absolutely loved Robert. He made our experience special by not only capturing it, but having conversations with us and our friends and family throughout the day. While taking our formal pictures he made sure to assist those who needed help and ensure everyone looked good. If there was an odd man out or someone needed a slight adjustment, Robert would help. Through Robert's experience he knows the small details that produce unique images and bring life to photos. If you are thinking of booking Robert, book Robert! If you booked Robert already, book him again! You will not be disappointed! PS- Thank you so much Robert! We could have not asked for more!

nd the quick turn around time receiving our photos, the experience of working with Robert was delightful! He exceeded our every expectation. It was so comfortable having Robert photograph my friends and family while we got ready in the morning. All day he maintained such positive energy! He was a true professional and his skill at understanding our personalities and style is evident in our final photos! We never once felt like "just another client." We are so lucky Chi Town Weddings was able to come to our Long Beach, CA destination wedding. It is without hesitation I recommend them for your special day, no matter where you are having your wedding!

with us, we just got it, and everyone who sees it LOVES it! They literally feel like they have a complete picture of the entire event, start to finish! Robert also lead us as we created a timeline for the day, his insight was priceless, he communicated his expertise as a wedding professional. We love our photos and had a great experience with Chi-Town-Weddings and with Robert. If you can, book him for your wedding!

heard about Chi-town weddings and checked out Robert's photos. We loved the look and intimacy of his pictures but we didn't know if he traveled for weddings. Luckily, he was happy to make the trip for our wedding in California. Of all the aspects of coordinating our own wedding, this was one of the easiest and rewarding. Robert scheduled a call and sent us a shot list. We were able to talk to him about the location, family members and schedule of the day. My wife and I felt like we had nothing to worry about because our photographer had it covered. The day started early and Robert was there with my bride, capturing the exciting, frantic moments of getting ready. We look at the photos now and love the candid moments that he captured. At the ceremony he knew exactly where to capture the big moments, smiles, close-ups, family, first kiss, everything. Every wedding is different but I felt like we had a ton of family and friends to photograph. Robert directed us and kept things moving, laughing and excited. My wife and I couldn't imagine any other person being our photographer on our special day and we have the most amazing images for the rest of our lives because of Robert and Chi-Town Weddings. No joke, the best. We are forever grateful.

ng party and family members. We had a large wedding, 200 plus guests, and Robert did a great job of getting pictures of all of our special moments and big groups. You should see these photos, they are great!! We can’t wait to put our album together, we have the perfect mix of posed photos and easy going, natural moments too. Thanks Robert, we have lots of great pictures to help us remember our wedding day.

the entire planning process a breeze in terms of helping us choose locations for our wedding photos, capturing all of the important moments for us, and just doing an overall outstanding job with our wedding photos. And the photo booth was a huge hit at our reception! We can't recommend Robert highly enough, and his easy-going demeanor, calm approach, and expertise made us feel like we were in great hands. Thanks, Robert!

We are fun creative people who were looking for someone to be on our level. We had SO MUCH FUN! He got the BEST photos and the best moments! I wish I could add another few stars to the review! I'm so pleased. He is a great photographer and human being. BOOK HIM!

ing from Philly, which made things a bit more difficult, but Robert made it easy! From our first phone conversation, to him making time to meet us while randomly in town, to the day of our wedding, Robert was fantastic to work with. Every conversation was like we had known him forever and on our wedding day, you would have thought he was part of the group. Our friends and family loved Robert's personality and he was extremely flexible and helpful on the day of. Robert did a wonderful job capturing the memories of our wedding day; we could not be more pleased with the formal and candid photos. Since sharing the previews with our wedding party and family, we have received nothing but raving comments on how awesome our photographer was and how fantastic the photos turned out. Thank you for making our wedding day memories perfect! We are so thankful we picked Robert and booked him for the entire day; NO REGRETS!

e sure to capture the moments that were most important to us. They had amazing customer service and got our pictures back to us very quickly. I highly recommend Chi Town Weddings to any couple or anyone looking to remember a special day!

s we wanted. We took some really fun, creative photos in a park that were the highlight of the photos from our wedding. During the reception, Robert got some great candid photos. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a great photographer.

but when we got the picture preview link, we were able to re-live the day. Every detail was captured. It was amazing. We were so happy. Robert worked well with our large bridal party and families. I would highly recommend Robert and Chitown wedding.

eded naps and limited daylight with daylight savings time and he was amazing juggling all of it. I mentioned I wanted unique pictures and he totally worked with our very high energy group to make it work. I cannot wait to see the pictures but having seen a few on his camera already, I know they're going to be amazing. He was professional, prompt, efficient, and talents. Totally recommend!

an amazing job capturing exactly what we asked for (a nice balance of formal family/wedding party shots with a lot of fun candid shots throughout the evening). From the moment I first spoke to Robert on the phone, to our first meeting, and then to the actual wedding day, we both felt Robert was attentive, focused, detailed, and helped make things incredibly seamless. We received the initial snapshot of photos in an App less than a week after the wedding which was great to see an idea of what we have to look forward to. We were blown away with the style, brightness of all the colors, and amazing candid shots we love so much. Can’t wait for the full photo deck in a couple weeks. Overall, we highly recommend Robert for your wedding or event. We feel strongly you will not be disappointed by the quality and professionalism. He has done a great job capturing our story from beginning to end.

ok is the first photo we have where everyone is smiling, looking at the camera and we can see everyone. Thanks again Rob! we still can't believe you pulled it off. Robert was stylish and classy and these traits flow into his photography. He was communicative and knowledgeable throughout the process. The day of my wedding he was pleasant and easy going. We received our preview in less then a week and we've been sharing it with family right away. Thanks again Rob for capturing such beautiful moments and for putting up with my wild and crazy family. You're the best!

our group and went along with our crazy ideas to act like we were running from a T-Rex. When we viewed our friends that got married photos, they were pretty amazing. We pretty much called it right there and booked Robert with-in the week. We did all of this from out of state, Robert sent us quotes, signed contract online and we were booked! This guy is super attention to details and missed nothing. Every photo we mentioned wanting he got and so many more. We could not be happier. My wife looked amazing that day and we are not what I would call photogenic people. Oh, and the photo app is a great thing to have. That is also what sold us when booking. He a tech guy with talent. Thanks Robert!

our family; so more than the fleeting parts of a wedding(the cake, decorations...the material things) something that meant a great deal to my husband and I was the photos. I cannot say enough about how thrilled we are with Robert and the photos he took. The memories he captured are the kinds of things you can't put a price on (let's say this you are more than getting your money's worth with him). He's extremely talented and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Couldn't recommend him any more highly, if he's an option for your wedding BOOK HIM.

he entire day and his demeanor really helped my bridal and myself relax on what could have been a super stressful day. Our wedding was 8/27/2016, and by 9/1/2016, he had a 40 picture preview ready on his app. My family could not believe how quickly we received some of our photos, and they could not stop talking about how beautiful they were. If you're looking for a photographer who loves what he does, and who's professionalism is second to none, Robert is the man for the job. Robert - Kenny and I could not be happier with our pictures. You truly did an outstanding job capturing every moment of our special day. We can’t thank you enough!

all the photos you want to take. He captured all the moments and typical wedding shots that we wanted and then some. He was very responsive throughout the whole process and let us know when we were getting close to his end time and asked if we'd like him to stay longer. Having beautiful photos was one of the most important things to me and we are so happy with the results. I HIGHLY recommend RRG!!

view to facebook. Point is, super easy, photos are accessable all over the place and easy for everyone to download print or what ever they want. Rob made it easy from the start to the end. Wedding albums are top notch and pricey, but worth it. What I really liked that he was cool with our ideas. We had so much fun that it didn't seem like work to get through the photos. The limo overheated with the nearly 90 degree weather and my wife was freaking out that we wouldn't get to go and take photos around the city. Rob was like "i have some ideas, we'll be ok". And the photos came out better then expected. Any way Rob is great, hire him, you'll like him.

. We spoke with Robert on the phone and he was super helpful making everything clear. We were pretty confident he was the right choice, but we still wanted him to meet with our local Chicago Friend. Robert didn't mind at all, meeting went well and the rest is history :) We actually came into town a few months prior and Robert agree to meet with us again, this time face to face. Nothing but a professional putting our mind at ease. Day of couldn't have gone any better. Robert was lots of fun, funny and fit right in with our crazy wedding party and family. Rob came up with so many ideas way beyond what I would have expected or thought. And he took all these candid photos that I didn't even know he got. After looking at all the photos, you really get a sense for the entire day start to finish. So happy. Would do it again and again and recommend him to just about anyone. Thanks Rob!!!!

e even saw the photos. Blew us away. We loved them all. Robert really captured what it was like to be at the event. Creative photos, candids, formals, he did it all. I would do it over again. If you're thinking about booking him, DO IT! :) No really, from the start of the process to the end, we always felt supported with access to Robert via text, email and phone. Can't fathom hiring another photographer at this point. Can't say enough. Thank you again. Looking forward to receiving the album.

our vision and even scouted locations prior to our session to make sure that we were on the same page. He was super communicative and knowledgeable of his craft. He was an absolute joy to work with and we would highly recommend him!!

e to take or an idea, he was there to capture the moment. We are so happy with our preview so far and can't wait for the rest of our pics!!! Thanks Robert!!

enced and limited our photos as well as didn't fully listen/ follow the desired/undesired photos for the day. We took most of our photos in only 2 places and when we told her we wanted to do more fun photos she was left clueless as to what we could do, so we all had to struggle on the spot. I asked her for ideas and she just said she didn't know. Hopefully the photos turn out great since we all bared through and tried to be creative but I wasn't the most pleased

c and everyone can't get enough of them. He certainly exceeded our expectations and my wife and I highly recommend him.

o my family and friends... It was an honor and a pleasure to have him take photographs for my wedding day and I couldn't think of a better duo for your event. Thanks again, Robert!

ence. We only had a rough idea of what pictures we wanted but Robert was masterful at finding the right locations and poses for us. He was so easy and fun to work with. When we got our pictures back our minds were just blown from how beautiful they turned out. Thank you so much Robert for the awesome experience!!!!
