Cherry On Top was an outstanding experience. All the way from the taste testings, the selection of food, the service on the day of, etc... Everything was outstanding (especially the tomato soup, holy cow). All in all, a very positive experience and would definitely recommend to others.
Kathy and her team are incredible. We had been to multiple tastings and hadn’t had a great experience with anyone yet until we went to see Cherry on Top. We were blown away by the braised short ribs, pecan crusted stuffed chicken, lemon sage pasta, sweet potatoes, and ratatouille. She even made adjustments to the menu for me (a vegetarian) to ensure my meal was just as wonderful. She even sent us home with leftovers from the tasting which was crazy. The leftovers were just as amazing. Our guests would not stop talking about the food even after the wedding.

Cherry on Top is a seasoned full-service catering and event planning company serving the DFW Metroplex/North Texas. We have successfully planned and catered weddings, corporate events and special celebrations, both large and small, casual to black-tie, since 1984. We understand that great food is one of the most significant aspects of a couple's big day. Therefore, we work closely with our brides and grooms to design the perfect wedding menu with the types of food that promises to exceed their expectations and leave their guests with a wonderful memory of a delicious meal.

Because of that, I consider myself extremely lucky to love what I get to do everyday; and, make sure I follow in my grandmother's footsteps to ensure every event is a success! I have been successful planning, producing and catering events since 1984. My team and I know and appreciate that great food is one of the most significant aspects of a couple's big day and we are here to make sure everything runs smoothly.
