Cherished Weddings

ica played a huge role in that.

s as a couple and make sure we were right on track with planning. She was consistently checking in with myself, my husband, and my mom on the days leading up the wedding to determine which last minute tasks she could assist with. She was incredibly organized, supportive, and hardworking, not to mention the way that she brings a calming presence to what can be a very busy/chaotic day. I appreciated this so much. We had been planning an outdoor ceremony for over a year, unfortunately a large rainstorm rolled in about 30 min before our ceremony was supposed to start. She took charge in communicating with necessary vendors and family members to ensure the ceremony went off without a hitch, you would’ve thought this had been the plan all along with how she handled it. :) I know there are so many things she did behind the scenes that day that we may never even know about. We are deeply grateful for Seanica/Cherished Weddings and can’t recommend her enough!

e behind-the-scenes tasks, meaning my wife and I and our families didn't have to. The most time we spent with her was when she brought us our coffee and meals at the reception, saving us from having to get up (really nice touch). My wife and I both have high standards, we can confidently recommend her services to anyone in need of a day of coordinator. Thank you again, Seanica!

cation of our ceremony and the time, so Seanica created 4 different timelines to compare and help us decide. I had so many video chats with her to talk through logistics, ask questions, and figure out what needed to be done next. She coordinated with our other vendors, had everything organized, created day of timelines for everyone in our wedding party, and honestly just kept me sane throughout this whole process! She even let me email her a copy of our marriage license just in care we needed to print an extra. She literally thinks of everything! She also helped set up the venue the day of and it looked even better than my Pinterest board. We had some tables set up outside with family photos, guestbook, etc. for cocktail hour. It started downpour raining a few hours before the wedding and she quickly gathered everything to get it inside before it got wet. Thankfully the sun was out by the time the ceremony started so everything was able to go back outside. I didn't hear about this until the next day and it just speaks to how well she is able to handle everything that comes up so the bride can just enjoy the day! Seanica is the sweetest human and was the calm in all the wedding chaos. You can trust her to plan and manage your day completely.

. For example, we provided the alcohol for our reception, and when an item was running low, she ran out and got more for us. She was friendly and professional, and we are so thankful for her help for our special day. I would definitely recommend hiring Seanica as your day-of coordinator!

ver have known it with how smoothly everything ran. Seanica handled the chaos behind the scenes like an absolute pro! I was completely unaware of any issues because she took care of everything, from adjusting the timeline, coordinating with vendors about changes, and making sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Leading up to the big day, she was just as amazing! She attended our venue walk-through and initial meeting with the owners, ensured all vendors were prepped well in advance, and kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire planning process. She scheduled Zooms and phone calls to double-check every detail and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Seanica was always punctual, incredibly easy to work with, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect! If you’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure, she’s the one. I couldn’t imagine our wedding without her!

swer all of our questions in a timely manner leading up to the wedding, but she also checked in with us multiple times throughout the planning process and was wonderful at communicating with our vendors. She did so many things behind the scenes that made the day run so smooth. She assisted the photographer, our DJ, setting up things for our reception, and made our ceremony feel so stress-free. I feel that all of our families got to relax and be so present in the moment throughout the whole day because of her. I cannot recommend Seanica enough and our families appreciated having her apart of our wedding so much.

questions ahead of time to give us much-needed peace-of-mind. Our event went super smoothly on the day, in no small part due to her coordinating with our vendors and being an awesome help with logistics. It really wouldn't have been possible without Seanica and she gets our highest recommendation to anyone who is looking for someone professional, capable, knowledgeable, and who communicates clearly and on time. We're so happy we chose to work with her!

al times and she created the timeline and communicated with all our vendors and helped us to consider many things we had missed. She is very organized and as the MOB, I have to say, on the wedding day I didn't worry about a thing!! I got to enjoy the entire day getting ready with my daughter and all the bridesmaids. Seanica was always one step ahead of me and was already doing a task before I even had to tell her. During the event she was so busy and had everything under control. I got to stay on the dance floor the ENTIRE night and never worried, as everything was taken care of by Seanica. Even after the event, she had been boxing everything and clearing everything along the way and we got to basically just go home when it was over. I highly recommend Seanica, she is so kind, very organized and just a beautiful person inside and out. She will allow you to enjoy your very special day that you worked so hard to plan. And the fact that part of her fee goes to a wonderful cause shows you just how wonderful she is!

ned out as perfect as it did without all her help.

y of coordination was perfect and she answered any questions we had leading up to our big day. It was perfect! She set everything up and tore everything down. She even accompanied us on vendor meetings and virtual calls to ensure everything was covered. Our family and bridal party were very impressed with her professionalism, kindness and execution. VERY affordable and we loved having her be there for us! Thank you!

isions I was stuck on, and just generally guided us through the unfamiliar process! Our day went off without a hitch (that I’m aware of - thank you, Seanica)! Our wedding would never have been as stress free without her!

as always available to answer my questions and happily obliged to all my timeline and plan changes. I was unsure of how to do some of the decor and she worked her magic to carefully place all decor for the reception and ceremony so that it looked perfect and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Best of all she’s a wonderful stress reliever for the day-of. She coordinated the whole ceremony and reception, and even when some of our other vendors made mistakes she was quick to jump in and help and do everything she could to make our day everything we wanted it to be. I cannot recommend Seanica enough!!

and we owe it to her. If there were any hiccups, she made sure we didn't know about it. BOOK HER!

ted all of our vendors and was constantly checking in with me to make sure I didn't need anything. She made my dream wedding come true and made the day run smoothly. Any little problem that came up she took care of. If you are considering hiring her, do it immediately!!!! You will not regret it.

ndors to keeping everyone on schedule, Seanica did it all. Not only a wonderful coordinator, but a wonderful person!

to coordinate, follow up and follow through we’re great. She made our day happen and go off without a hitch. From arriving early on wedding day to help with decorating details, keeping timeline in check and putting gifts in a safe place for end of evening. There was even a decoration crisis a few hours before start time when the seating chart was knocked over and broken. It was broken in a way that it could not be mended with glue or tape. Seanica put some magic in motion by adding new details with greenery and made it still work for us. She was a blessing to this mother of the bride. I would highly recommend this vendor!

hrough the whole process and made sure she had every detail right. Her assistant, Whitney, stepped in for Seanica for our wedding and did amazing!! They're both so sweet and really helped our wedding become the wedding of our dreams! They were perfect!

ions I had, and flexible with her meeting times. We had quite a few heavy decorations and she did everything I asked perfectly with a smile on her face, while working her butt off! She is so, so kind and I know if you choose her to be your coordinator you won’t regret it.

-of coordinating services, but she met with me several times prior to the day to make sure everything was going according to plan. There was even a wedding day mistake of the florist not delivering all of the flowers, and Seanica was able to get it sorted out quickly with plenty of time to spare. Thank you Cherished Weddings, 100% would recommend!

and rounded up a replacement cake. I’m SO happy I had her there. She really made the day and tasks I wasn’t able to deal with go so smooth. 10/10 recommend

planning and decorations figured out, but I wanted someone there the day of that could help us set up and handle any problems that may arise because the last thing I wanted to be doing on my wedding day was trying to solve problems. Thankfully, no major problems arose but there were some hiccups here and there. I was told that it doesn’t matter how much planning you put in, there will always be something that comes up day of, even if it’s small. Well, my maid of honor happened to take a picture of the wedding cake after it was delivered so she could show me what it looked like. The first thing I noticed was the missing cake topper! I called Seanica right away (she was running around all day helping us set everything up and making sure the guys were running on time!) and she found the cake topper and put it on! So it really is true that little things will happen day of that wouldn’t have even crossed your mind. Communication was great leading up to the wedding as well. She made sure to let me know that she was always a call or text away if I needed anything. I am so grateful to Seanica for all her help. She made timelines for the entire wedding party and made sure everyone and everything was running on time. The ceremony and reception went so smoothly and she was a huge part of that! I was so surprised at the affordable price as well. Other day of coordinators were double the price. There definitely is no sacrifice in quality of service! I have already recommended her to a friend for day of coordination. I seriously wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again!

that and so much more. She kept in constant communication with me and others to ensure the day ran smoothly. She helped bring to life everything I spent 18 months planning. She was always there to see if I, or anyone in my family, needed anything. 2 weeks after our wedding and I still have family and friends saying how amazing she was. I could write more but just know if you want someone who will exceed every expectation and ensure your big day goes perfectly, Seanica is your person!

and was two steps ahead constantly. She also thought about us the entire day and did so many little things that made everything go smoothly, like having a plate of food and drinks for us when we got to the reception, set up my cake with flowers, and took charge throughout the night to make guests comfortable. I would highly recommend her day-of coordinating! She was also super communicative, respectful, and kind.

dible and we are so lucky to have had her for our perfect wedding day. She is incredibly kind and so hard working. She worked with our wedding party of 9 groomsmen, 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, 2 dads, 1 groom, 1 very anxious bride and all of our other family members. She set up tables. She worked with all the wedding vendors that showed up throughout the day. She organized schedules for all our wedding party members. She organized everything inside and outside the wedding venue. She calmed my nerves. She is absolutely a JOY to work with and we are so lucky to have had her. It was suppose to rain on our wedding day - and a bride with an outdoor wedding you could imagine how stressed I was. Seanica took all that worry and was a rock. On top of how amazing she is, she also donates a portion of her fees to charity. THIS WOMAN HAS A HEART OF GOLD. Please hire her for your wedding - you won't regret it! We LOVE Seanica!

ations or suggestions, executing everything the day-of, and finally making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the night! She is so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable about the industry. Cannot say enough good things about her services! 100% recommend!

tion space and made it look stunning. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she nailed it. 3. Takes charge when needed. Small snafu with guests arriving early, and Seanica politely and quickly took care of it. 4. Affordable. A fraction of what other planners charge for amazing services. 5. Community. Seanica donated HALF her already affordable fee to a charity that supports women escaping human trafficking. 6. Communication. Text or email, she was always available, plus a few in-person coffee dates, too. Seanica was such a blessing and I was able to enjoy the day with my new husband, family and friends because she took care of all the details. Cannot recommend her enough!!

’t have asked for a better wedding planner that listened to our needs and made it all come to life.
