o it was not a huge issue. Look into the afternoon wedding for a huge price cut. Worth every penny.
The chart house photos are out of date above. I will add some new ones. Amazing food, Melissa is great. The views are breathtaking. Pictures don’t do this place justice. 10/10 hand...

Your guests will die for the food! Plus, the view does not get better. Marisa, the coordinator was super nice and easy to work with (despite Covid-10 rescheduling nightmares) and...
made sure we were treated well with custom drinks waiting for us before and after the ceremony. There is a neat trail nearby for adorable pictures. It was a perfect venue and a perfect day. I could not ask for anything more!

This review is way overdue, as my husband and I were married at the Chart House in August 2016, however we wanted to leave a review for the staff, especially Marisa, our wedding da...
y coordinator. From the beginning of our wedding planning up until our wedding day, Marisa was extremely helpful. We live on the east coast so planning a wedding in California was a challenge, but Marisa made it so easy for us. She was so excited for us and her enthusiasm was contagious! She coordinated all of the vendors and provided us with recommendations to use, which was really helpful and we ended up using three vendors from her list. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was professional. My husband and I highly recommend the Chart House in Dana Point for a wedding ceremony and reception as we had such a good experience. I hope Marisa is still employed at the Chart House because you will be in good hands and your wedding planning will be easier and more enjoyable.
Married there on February 20th during the day. The first time I went and looked, we ended up booking it. The views are breathtaking, the restaurant is clean and beautifully designe...
d, the layout is unique, and it smelled amazing! Marisa was WONDERFUL and such a breeze to work with. She made me feel like I was her top priority and really wanted me to have an amazing experience. She helped with the rehearsal and made sure everything during the wedding went smoothly. The pricing is great for what you are getting, the staff was wonderful, and the food was AMAZING! We can't wait to eat here for upcoming anniversaries. THANK YOU TO THE CHART HOUSE (ESPECIALLY MARISA) FOR MAKING OUR DAY SO PERFECT!
The view was breath taking, food was amazing, and Marisa was a breeze to work with.
The Chart House was the perfect venue. It was beautiful and the food was so good...we got so many compliments! The value was great and Marisa, the manager, was so helpful! She was ...
a joy to work with and she helped coordinate the whole day. I felt like she really cared and it was like having a friend helping you! My day was perfect!! Wouldn't change a thing!
I had a blast but I wish there was more time. I was on a time schedule. In the end I would have liked 2 more hours.
I was greatly impressed with the service I received at the Chart House. Marisa was fabulous and made the day even more special. The only small problem was there was technical dif...
ficulties with the music and caused our grand entrance to be messed up, but that wasn't enough to make a big stink about or complain or mark them down for.
This was our second marriage and we didn't have alot of money but we wanted it to be classy with good food. Everything was so expensive!!! I couldn't believe the prices! Ken, at...
the Chart House, was wonderful. It was simple, elogant and he knew what he was doing. Whenever I had a question, he would get right back to me. I am so happy we choose this venue. It was a choice between this one and a few others. All in all, our wedding cost us less and was classy and unique. Thank you Ken for all you did for us and for making it so easy.

nice restaurant that is both classy, delish and not stuffy!! Love!
Beautiful setting and delicious food, but felt very rushed by ken. Even tough we were on a time crunch after we were done with everything ie(cake, first dance, speech) we had plent...
y of left over time. 2 of the grooms best men wanted to give speeches and he said we only had time for one and also we gave the correct number of people who rsvp and 15 did not show and we did not get our money back for them which was $675. also i had made program fans that were laid out at the table by the guest book and i noticed that nobody had them ao when we were cleaning up i found them all put away in a box under the hostess table. i think ken or his staff did that. so if you take these pointers then i would reccommend having your wedding at the chart house. just dont let ken boss you around.
We were looking for an affordable location along the coast for our relatively small wedding (50 or so people). The Chart House was perfect. The view is absolutely amazing, you ca...
n do the ceremony and reception right there, and the staff was wonderful. Their food constantly gets rave reviews, so it's not surprising that our guests are still talking about the lunch we served! :) From beginning to end, they were great. Ken had everything in order and everything went exactly how I had asked and wanted that day...I didn't have to worry about a thing! They were awesome!
i loved the location of the Chart House it was a beautiful day and the staff was great.
The Chart House was an awesome venue for the wedding and reception. The staff was friendly and on-it, food was good. But the most amazing was the beauty of the grounds, the view,...
