First of all, I want to say that I had no hand in planning my rehearsal dinner, so I can't say anything regarding the planning process. I recommended the Chart House to my in-laws ...
because of the beautiful view and because I loved the food when I had eaten there before. For our rehearsal, the view was beautiful, but the food was definitely not as good as it usually is there, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the menus they printed had the wrong choices on it and my name was misspelled. The Chart House ended up offering us the menu choices they printed in addition to the ones we had asked for, which was nice, and printed a new menu with my name spelled correctly for my husband and me to keep. Overall the experience was fine, but I feel bad because I know my in-laws tried to spring for the nicest place in town, and it didn't live up to its reputation.
Great food, Wonderful location, service was good but just slightly lacking, otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating
The food was excellent. There was some confusion among the servers, but in the end it was fine.
The food was amazing and there was no rental fees just the price of your food and drinks. Its a great restaurant on the water; The female wedding planner was horrible and only want...
ed her ideas used. We had to tell managment that she was to be no where near the planning of the wedding. They greatfully made her leave.
