Beth at Charleston Wedding Studio was a huge part of the success of our wedding. She is organized, very pleasant, fun, and genuine to work with, has great vendor contacts in Charl...
eston, handled all of the coordination with vendors, all of the day-of setup, coordination, and take down. We engaged her for the full package and it is well worth it. She can offer advice, respected our budget, can make decisions, be direct, and so willing to take pressure off the bride and groom and parents. She knew when to be reassuring. Thank you, Beth!
Our wedding would not have been the same without Beth from Charleston Wedding Studio!! We owe so much to Beth and the CWS team for helping us pull off our beautiful wedding day wit...
h minimal stress and maximum party time! My husband and I were on a tight budget and Beth helped us stay on track while still providing expert advice and recommendations to put all the pieces together for us. We used her “month of coordination” plan to help take our planning through to the finish line at the end of our engagement. She was always supportive and responsive when I had questions and help ease my jitters and anxieties about getting everything done towards that last month. We were blown away at how she expertly pulled off our vision by letting our love and personalities shine through all while keeping us within budget. Beth is the BEST!!! She’ll make your wedding dreams come true 💖
I used Beth as my wedding planner and she also was my florist! It was a huge relief to not have to book an additional vendor, especially since I didn't want a lot of flowers. She d...
id an absolutely beautiful job with our bouquets, a large floral centerpiece, the mantel decor, etc. We even asked for an odd boutonniere request (cotton wrapped in blue ribbon) and she was able to execute it! I am so happy with how everything turned out!!
When I shared my floral vision with my wedding planner, she immediately told me to look into Charleston Wedding Studio. I am so glad that I listened to her advice! I shared my thou...
ghts with Beth as well as a few photos, but wasn't sure what the outcome was going to be. Beth hit it out of the park! She sent me her ideas based on my initial thoughts, and it's like she knew what I wanted from the beginning. Furthermore, this was all done without breaking the bank. I actually messed up my count and ordered way too many of each thing, but Beth immediately said not to worry, she would take care of it. Looking at the venue, you would never know that I had made an error in the count, Beth was a natural at maintaining my vision with the extra arrangements! I would pick Charleston Wedding Studio over and over again if I could.
Beth was amazing to work with and really made our last minute microwedding less stressful.
We flew in from out of state, not super familiar with Charleston and I cannot express e...
nough how helpful all of her recommendations and coordination was to truly help make our wedding a success.
We had our greenery flown in which she went above and beyond helping to set them up throughout our ceremony and reception. She even provided us with beautiful cafe lighting which made our sunset reception even more fabulous.
She was extremely friendly, organized and professional throughout the process- from our beginning phone calls addressing specific questions all the way to the day before our wedding, she provided a detailed timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors and always made herself available whenever we needed something.
Both Marc and I are extremely grateful for her helping make our day such a special, stress free and memoriable one. I highly recommend her services to anyone. Thank you again!
Beth and her team did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding. I knew what the flowers were supposed to look like but I was in awe when I saw the venue. When I walked in, the flo...
wers took my breath away. She went above and beyond to give my daughter the exact look we wanted. She even flew in peonies for my daughter's bouquet since they were not in season in August. I was expecting peonies only in her bouquet but Beth had put them in every arrangement. It was gorgeous!!! She was a pleasure to work with and worth every dime.
Beth did cafe lighting both outside and inside at the Aquarium AND florals which included a moon gate and filling around 100 bud vases that I provided. She was kind enough to drop ...
off the bouquet and other items needed for pictures to where I was before the wedding and still managed to transform the space in the limited time provided. I cried when I saw how beautiful it was. Everything was more spectacular than I imagined and I couldn't be more appreciative of Beth's hard work. Thank you so much!!!

ultiple wedding planning packages. Beth's is by far the best value for the amount of time and dedication they gave us. They were responsive to emails, phone calls, text messages. Laura is a total sweetheart! She offered her assistance constantly! She was always going above and beyond. I swear I don't think she sleeps. Even when we thought there would be a 100% chance of rain on our wedding day, they were on top of things. They were able to implement a rain plan for us without losing the beauty of Magnolia Carriage House. The floral arrangements they provided were AMAZING! Within one phone call Beth was able to capture my vision and execute it flawlessly. From Beth's floral package, decor to Laura's organization and ability to remain calm when the you know what is hitting the fan; trust me you want these gals on your team.

aspects of planning a little more difficult, but Beth always made sure everything was taken care of. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I had everything we needed throughout the ceremony and reception. They worked so hard to make sure that we had the best night of our lives, and made us feel so special that day. If you're looking for a planner in the Charleston SC area, look no further that Wildflowers Inc.
What a wonderful perfect day - if only we could re-live it all over again, and the first call we would make is to Beth and her Wildflowers team. Our daughter and son-in-law picked...
Charleston for their destination wedding, and a friend who had also married in Charleston recommended Beth. From our first call we knew we were in good hands. We hired Beth to do it all - comprehensive planning, decorating, lighting, and flowers, and we are so very glad we did. She gave us wonderful suggestions and ideas, coordinated everything, and just made the whole process fun, which I needed for sure since I am a worrier by nature. I really appreciated the importance she placed on our budget, and also on ensuring she knew exactly what our daughter wanted (her likes AND her dislikes). Our daughter’s work schedule left her almost no time for wedding planning, so she trusted me to relay her ideas to Beth. I was afraid we were not giving Beth enough to go on, but after a few calls and one very well planned vendor/venue day with our daughter and son-in-law, she read them both to a T, and the day of, everything was exactly how they had imagined - lots of lights & draping (thanks to Vince), beautiful tables, GORGEOUS FLOWERS - everything was absolutely perfect. We have had so many compliments, and several guests have told us it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever seen. The highlight for me as the mother of the bride is that Beth and her wonderful staff took care of everything the day of the wedding. We got ready at our venue so we were fortunate to be able to spend the entire day there and the only thing we had to do was sit back and enjoy every minute of a very special day. Thank you Beth again for all you did and for being so wonderful to work with! You will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

nded very quickly to set up a call. The moment I heard Beth's soothing voice and calm demeanor I knew she was the planner for me. Charleston has no shortage of wedding planners, but it was Beth's professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm that appealed to us the most.
We thought that the whole process would be difficult and stressful given we live 3,000 miles from Charleston in California, but having Beth totally put us at ease. She was able to provide us with creative ideas, knowledge of our venue, vendor recommendations, etc. and not to mention take care of all the tedious behind the scenes logistics! Throughout our planning process she would always answer our concerns and ideas quickly and was very responsive (despite the 3hr time difference and my frequent emails/texts).
When we arrived in Charleston a few days before our wedding we had arranged to meet up with Beth at our venue to go over final details, and when my fiance' (now husband!) decided he wanted to completely shift our ceremony layout 48 hours before our big day (among MANY over very last minute additions we made!!), Beth didn't bat an eye or make us feel worried about anything that was left to be done. We both immediately felt a reassured confidence that we were in good hands with Beth!! On our wedding day I was able to relax and not worry about a thing! Beth and her team really were such a pleasure to have as part of our wedding. They were all so friendly, helpful, and patient--and I was not the easiest bride! ;) They made sure every detail was perfection--from the flowers, to the gorgeous string lighting (her husband Vince does a phenomenal job with lighting), to the overall layout, we could not have been more pleased.
I cannot recommend Beth enough! Thanks to Wild Flowers Inc for coordinating the wedding of our dreams!
I cannot say enough great things about Wild Flowers Inc. Beth and her team are FANTASTIC. Beth got our vision and made it a reality. Our guests were shocked with all our floral...
arrangements. The tables were literally covered in flowers!! So we were quoted almost DOUBLE elsewhere. Beth got us everything we wanted and we stuck to our budget! She also assisted in providing uplighting and candles. Do yourself a favor - hire Wild Flowers! Thanks Beth for such a wonderful wedding:)
It’s really hard to put into words how awesome Beth is. We initially hired Beth as our wedding planner, but also ended up using her beautiful floral, lighting and decor services (m...
ore to come on that later). She is that unique combination of detail-orientation and laid-back demeanor that makes her a perfect match for the frenetic pace of wedding planning – she is calm, diligent, and fun! When you hire Beth, you get the reassurance and confidence that your wedding day will be a well-oiled machine, which was very important to us, since we were planning our wedding from out-of-state. The greatest compliment I believe you can give a wedding planner is that you experienced your wedding day without paying any attention to the internal mechanizations behind the scenes. We were able to provide our undivided energy to our guests and each other on our big day, without a single care for all the moving parts of our 8 vendors, and that is priceless on a day you pour so much into. Beth was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, consistently available for our many questions and ideas, and always willing to step in with a timely recommendation or suggestion based on her considerable experience. She is also well-connected in the Charleston wedding industry, which made her a great asset when dealing with our many vendors (some even had Wildflowers, Inc. discounts!).
We also used Beth for our floral, lighting, and décor needs. I cannot overstate how helpful it was to have our planner also responsible for the visual aspects of the wedding. She was able to execute our vision, and had many of her own décor pieces available for use; this was a huge help, since we don’t live in Charleston. Our guests kept using words like magical and enchanting to describe the ambiance of the event. We loved our venue when we visited and selected it, but Beth’s touches and lighting took it to a whole new level we couldn’t even appreciate when we first picked it.
If you want an incredible wedding and great value for a planner and/or floral vendor, look no further than Beth. She is the woman for the job. Our day was perfect, and Beth played a critical role in bringing that to fruition.

My family, including myself, raved about easy they made the whole wedding day for them. They kept cool calm and collected the whole time, and provided a great support team for us. You could tell they really paid attention to our needs prior to the day of the wedding and I had no worries. Thank you for making our day the best day of our lives!

I can’t thank them enough, I’d recommend them to anyone! Beyond thankful for them.

t, and all of the little touches you added brought it all together. The thing that I cannot say thank you enough about, is lifting so much stress off my shoulders! Stress I didn't even know I had! From the details and working directly with Beth, to the day of and having Laura and Sheri there to guide us through everything. The day was perfect because we had you all there! We cannot thank you enough! I just hope someone reads this review and books you and continues to spread the word on how amazing y'all are!

ting, flowers and lighting and it was the best decision ever. The entire team was incredibly professional, and the wedding was the best night of our lives thanks to their hard-work, creativity and attention to detail. I was so overwhelmed trying to plan the wedding, but Beth, Torre and the rest of their team put my mind at ease and allowed me to relax and enjoy my engagement and my wedding. I have had multiple guests tell me that the wedding was the best one they have ever attended, and I am confident this would not have been the case without WildFlowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and not only met, but far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. Beth worked hard to stay within my budget and find ways to save money while maintaining a high quality look. The lighting was amazing and was far less expensive doing through WildFlowers vs. other rental companies. They hung beautiful lanterns in the trees, hung cafe-lighting throughout the property, and had other small items they allowed us to use that added wonderful details and personal touches. During the wedding they were extremely attentive and made sure my husband and I had food, drinks, and were all the places we needed to be while still having a great time. I cannot recommend WildFlowers enough!!

ery specific vision for my wedding flowers that I knew may be difficult to accomplish - deep rich colors, no pink or white, wild looking, metallics, and feathers (yes, feathers). They NAILED it. The bouquets were seriously my favorite bouquets I've ever seen and all of my bridesmaids were raving about them too. Vince created a masterpiece of a drift wood arbor adorned with our flowers and feathers. It was incredible. And our centerpieces were just as breath-taking... they included all of the elements I was dreaming of, including my romantic candlelight. To say we were all impressed would be a huge understatement. We were blown away. If you're a bride with a unique vision for your big day, look no further than the creative minds of Wildflowers Inc.

ers, Inc. for both flowers/decor as well as their planning and coordination services and I do NOT know what we would have done without them. Beth is extremely organized and knew our venue well and offered her suggestions and expertise to help make the planning process so much easier. She was always accessible and easy to get in touch with and answered questions very quickly. They took so much of the stress off of me as the wedding day got closer and closer and handled so much more than I ever imagined. On the wedding day, they kept everything on track and were always close by to attend to anything that we needed. My husband was not expecting this level of attention and said that he felt like Torre was his on personal attendant for the night. :) I'm so appreciative that they made him feel so special, too. And their personalities are so fun and easy to work with, they added even more to the wedding day. I could go on forever about how awesome Beth and Torre were and couldn't possibly thank them enough for making everything so seamless and perfect.
And the flowers!! I gave Beth a very brief description of what I was thinking because I didn't really know what I wanted and she took it and ran with it. The flowers were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. She really knows her stuff and she perfectly executed what I didn't even know how to describe. Wildflowers, Inc. also decorated the entire venue with fabric draping on the ceiling, uplighting, and the various tables (altar, cake table, favors) scattered throughout and so much more and it was all PERFECT. I was so excited walking up to the venue and seeing how it all came together. They somehow put together everything that was in my head with very little direction and details from me. Clearly, I HIGHLY recommend them!
I had no vision when it came to flowers. I know nothing about flowers. All I knew is I wanted something earthy, southern, and amazing. I told her to create a vision from that, and ...
oh my goodness did she. Look at her website and see all the flowers she has done. I paid for my whole wedding and was on a budget, so she worked with me and didn't cost that much at all. My family, who are nosy and very critical, asked how much my flowers were since they looked absolutely amazing and seemed so expensive. When I said how much I spent, they were floored. As was I. Other vendors cost so much without the quality of work she did. I was truly stunned on how spectacular my flowers were. She is an amazing person when you meet her and I am so glad I chose her.

I will definitely recommend Wildflowers for any party.

I contacted Wildflowers for our wedding flowers as we had a rather small budget for flowers considering the usual cost is in the thousands range. We were able to work it out to be ...
under a thousand dollars even with 14 in our bridal party! Beth was absolutely amazing she answered any and all questions i had and i told her just a few basics of what i wanted and she ran with it!
Our flowers were beautiful!! everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the flowers were.
They were extremely professional they came and dropped the flowers off and were out of there they didn't linger or anything like that. And the set up went extremely smoothly.
Also, as a plus they gave me a free toss bouquet as well as added in several free boutineers incase any of them wilted.
We were married on June 14th and today is July 8th phenomenally enough there are still a couple of our centerpieces that are alive and still beautiful! We did purple hydrangeas which usually die rather quickly so i am amazed that they are still going strong.
Book with wildflowers and you will not be disappointed!
