Absolutely the best! My daughter’s cake 3 tier with the birch tree design icing was the talk of the guests. Our florists added flowers, foliage and berries for the perfect touch. R...
aspberry filling for 2 layers and lemon curd filling along with a separate chocolate cake. The cake tasting was so fun! Highly recommend.

rocess was so easy and the staff was so friendly and welcoming for our tasting. They were able to capture all of the details of the cake we wanted and we couldn't be more than happier.
The vanilla raspberry cake is to die for! I dropped off fake flowers for them to use in our cake and told them to just get creative (with a small reference photo of course) and boy did they deliver! Our cake was to be simple but elegant and my goodness it was everything I wanted and more! It was the perfect blend of icing, cake, and flowers to really make it stand out and be something great! Please book them for your wedding cakes! For any cakes! I know I will be using them for many occasions to come!
We had our wedding in June and were very disorganized when it came to our cake. I brought my cake request to Charles Street bakery about a month before the wedding and then change...
my mind about the flavor, twice during that month! They pivoted amazingly- though it was only a 6" cake, it turned out incredibly! We ended up with a brownie with strawberry jam filling that looked like a cake. I showed them a picture I had found of a scroll design in the icing and they matched it to a T! Beautiful job!
We hired Charles Street Bakery to make our wedding cake for our wedding on 9/16/17. We chose two flavors, lemon cake with raspberry filling & red velvet both with vanilla buttercre...
am frosting. The cake was absolutely delicious, and we received tons of complements from wedding guests. We worked with Zoey at the bakery, and asked that she decorate the cake with a simplistic white frosting technique and then with fresh cut flowers. I showed her pictures for inspiration, but honestly the cake design turned out way better than the pictures. I could not have been happier with the taste and the design of our wedding cake. Thank you, Charles Street Bakery for a cake to remember.

ly was our cake beautiful but it was also delicious. Everyone raved about how good the cake was. I also surprised my husband with a grooms cake. I gave the bakery a basic idea of what I was thinking and let them have free range and it was awesome! It had all his sports teams on it, a jersey with his name on it, a video game controller..it was just perfect and tasted great too. We were very happy we hired Charles Street bakery!

lous! Two of my sisters have gotten married before me and I attended their cake testings at other bakeries where we got a small fork size portion of cake to try...not the case at Charles Street Bakery. Here, they give everyone huge slices to try and every type was delicious! The cake arrived at my venue gorgeous and my guests loved the cake as well!!

I have a very busy work schedule and trying to do tastings and contact people was a little hectic. I had gotten in touch with a few different vendors and at first things would go ...
great and then all of the sudden the communication would just stop. One vendor told me that the cake I wanted done would HAVE to be done with fondant (which I did NOT want and knew that it did NOT have to be done that way) when I expressed my concerns and asked her if she could do it another way she just stopped talking to me all together. All she had to do was say she wasn't comfortable with that.
I finally contacted Charles Street Bakery and they were amazing! I got a tasting the day after I called and when I went in they were so helpful. She said she had no problem doing the cake without fondant. The cake was so delicious and turned out exactly the way we wanted it. The pricing was almost half of what other places were quoting us too.

was outstanding. During our cake consultation, I couldn't find any pictures of any cakes that I liked so the young woman we were working with offered to sketch ideas for me. We put our suggestions together and came up with a beautiful cake, even on paper! The cake itself is moist, it has a very "homemade" quality about it. So many other cakes we tasted were more like box cakes. The icing is fantastic, not too buttery or too oily. Our cake was vanilla cake, buttercream and raspberry sauce (2 layers) and chocolate cake with chocolate ganache (1 layer). We received so many compliments on the cake and design, and could not have been happier! I highly recommend this bakery!!!
